Like the doctors, lab and mammography. But, agree the billing department is awful. I have also gone there for 17 years and have spent hundreds of thousands and received a note that I was being kicked out as well because I was working to negotiate a charge with my insurance and it had only been just over 30 days since I had been there. They had already received my insurances money and co-pay. It was crazy! Interesting to hear this from so many of you. They obviously need a new way of doing business.
