My doctor was GREAT. However there was a mix up with my insurance and I got a bill that was suppose to be paid by insurance. Called obgyn and explained that I talked to my insurance company and they would be paying it. They didn't send in the payment fast enough for them and I was notified that I could no longer be seen with them!! I called and said I would pay it and just be reimbursed from my insurance and the response was "nope sorry you have to seek care elsewhere. " I couldn't believe it. Billing department is awful and could care less about the patient's.
