Doctor Bemus is great and if this was a review for just him and the nursing staff it would be 5 stars! However, some of the ladies at check in/check out lack in customer service. I go in there and say something like hi I have a 4:00 appointment and without even giving me a friendly greeting back they just demand my last name. Almost like they don t have time for patients. If you have a question about scheduling an appointment or something don t expect a friendly answer.
