My college age daughter saw Dr. Busselwitz and loved her, however, after one of her annual checkups her visit was miscoded and a bill was sent to my daughter. She thought insurance was covering her bill since it was a preventive check up and assumed it had been paid. We later found out since it was miscoded it had gone unpaid by our insurance company. Now, she is no longer considered a patient here!? How disappointing! (One of the doctors in this practice even delivered my daughter 22 years ago). My daughter explained what had happened so I called this office and asked them to re-code her visit. They argued with me that it was not an annual check up. I paid the bill in full over the phone. I used to think so highly of them. In retrospect, I am glad she is no longer a patient here because her new Ob-Gyn uses ultra sound for some procedures this clinic does not. This has helped my daughter immensely!
