Hello all, Good experience first time. Clothes were washed properly but there are some stains at coller which needs to be removed. But sad part is: I stay at New Sangvi and booked an appointment. Man came home, washed, delivered. Then I recommended this to my friend who also lives in same area. He booked an appointment but they refused to collect it from same location and asked him to come to Aundh to drop the cloths. I am and of course he is very disappointed with this. Any explanations??? Gross deficiency in service. Clothes not dry cleaned at all. Stains remain as they were. Ironing awful. Totally dissatisfied
the best in Pune i suppose quick pickup in time delivery and too good support in case of any issue what does one want more than it and too its cheaper than any other laundry service. after more than 10 orders i have been addicted to it i never wash my clothes as we consider laundry wash may fade clothes or damage but their wash is great feels like new clothes after wash. apart from awesome laundry service their team is so decent in solving issues they call when they have some issue with some hard stains and also if they make mistakes they never argue. everyone must give it a try i bet you will love it.

Terrible service and delayed delivery. They will deliver after a week and switch off their phones.
They never pick up on time if you book your appointment 10-12 or any other time you choose they will be 2-3hours late every time
Moustache Laundry is the best laundry service in Pune. They do quality work with trained staff. I am using their service since a year and completely satisfied as a customer. Often they come up with exciting and pocket friendly offers.

This is the second time there is no communication after 2 days of order pick up. Order pick up was delayed by 1 day without intimation. On calling the support the attitude of people is so rude. The timeline of delivery mentioned is not correct. Avoid.
Horrible service! No timely commitment. Requested calling the store owner/ delivery boy to deliver the order at the earliest. Fake commitments over the call. No proper answer is regards to when the order will get delivered. I am first time customer with Moustache and I will never recommend this place to anyone else.

Initially they started off well but with scale every startup shivers and trembles down. From past few orders, they messed up almost all orders and charged us for unnecessary surge , delivery etc. Quality for regular clothes is fine, but service is so messed that instead of making it hassle free, they are adding hassle to my life. They WhatsApp me by sending pictures and asking if these are my clothes? like is this really your tagging process? You should seriously invest more in processes now. Delivery charge: You never deliver as promised. 48 Hrs? its been 6 days and I am still waiting for my clothes to be delivered. I am scared to give my clothes to you any more. Sorry Moustache Laundry but you need to re-work your processes.

Moustache laundry is a big fraud, they took 28 premium shirts from me. And they are now not picking up calls from my end. Not telling me status.disconneting calls. It's a loss of 50thousand rupees which I am suffering.
I have a great experience with The Moustache laundry because of their supportive staff and quality service. Hands down this is the best laundry place in Pune.
They lost my clothes costing about 3-4K. Their customer care service deserves some kind of an award for finding the lowest iq humans to employ. Whatever you tell them, they reply with the exact same answer. That "we have returned all clothes.given by you". I asked them what proof they have and they said they checked their cctv footage. So I told them that I will pay if they show me the cctv footage they have. They started saying the same thing. "we have returned all clothes.given by you". They are a bunch of useless hooligans with zero sense of responsibility or accountability. They have now started spamming my email and SMS with requests for payment without giving a proper reply to my queries. Never again.
Dress are misplaced and doesn t matter to them if dress are ironed burn

The delivery guy is very rude and pathetic. He simply kept postponing the time and finally said he cannot deliver. Its really important that i needed clothes as i have to travel. As a regular customer they did this 3-4 times, its becoming habit. Tell your delivery guys to speak respectfully
People ! Please don't use this service.. even though their websites look top notch, their service is unbelievably bad.. they are not professionals in any way. There are high chances your clothes can vanish in thin air... Interesting story : when I went to collect my clothes at their outlet (which was supposed to be home delivered) I saw a guy searching for his jacket at that store which has been given for dry cleaning for almost a month. Ps : he is still searching

There should be provision of -star rating, Wondering how they can manage to get 3.7 stars(definitely with the help of paid reviews). They are costly, they charge pick up and drop charges and after paying this much premium we expect very professional and good quality, its exactly opposite, Moment i have asked them for refund, they have stopped responding(No surprise)

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GIVE YOUR LAUNDRY ORDERS TO THESE PEOPLE, Read below for the reasons: I'd given my blazer for dry-cleaning and these people have ruined it for me. My blazer is of very delicate velvet material and now there are all ironing marks on it. More over its standing collar blazer and these guys folded the collar like normal blazer and ironed on it. I tried mailing them the issue but surprisingly their support mail doesn't exist. Then I tried to call them, their number was busy for almost a hour and when finally I got connected the person on other side was driving and neither I could hear him nor he could hear me. You can definitely give them your laundry if you like to ruin your clothes. Edit 1: After this review I was called and asked to return my blazer to them and they will fix it, after assurance from their manager I reluctantly gave my blazer thinking what more harm they can do. I didn't want it to get ruined again so I visited their facility in Pashan and explained the manager there and also the person who was gonna Iron it. Both of them confirmed me that they understand it is a standing color blazer and they will iron it without folding collar. I was delivered Blazer at around 8:30 in evening and again the collar was folded and ironed. I again called them and asked the reason but they were not accepting their mistake. Finally after 1 hour of debate they again took it back. Next day I got it but there are now 2 different fold marks on it and it's ruined beyond repair. Edit 2: After 2 Days I got call from the owner and despite of sharing the images with him and a testimony from his staff he was reluctant to admit the mistake.
Third class services! To be specific it s services are severely deteriorated as compared to past. Earlier it was good but now the experiences are far from worst. Would never recommend it.

Worst experience ever. Takes a week to dry clean few items, expensive and didntd even get a delivery. Had to pick my order and to top of it the cashier had no change. Pathetic place.

They are sitting and making fool. I ordered for dry cleaning, the shared coupon and cashback after i applied those at time of delivery they started applying nonsense terms and conditions which they never mention on there promotion msg. They are also never punctual the dates which they mention on the app never deliver on thar also, need to give a call reminder. Waste money and time
Don't fool by 48 hour 72 hours thing. Whenever you call they will say it will be delivered in one hour. Really unprofessional. 5 days for ironing, still not delivered

Had given my pants for dry cleaning as there were ink and oil stains on them. They delivered better than expected. Keep it up moustache laundry and do convey my review to the hard working employees
Beware of fraud laundry service !!!! Pathetic service! Rude Customer Care! Arrogant Delivery Boy! Good at misplacing cloths! Excellent in harassing customers! Pay for loosing your cloths! I gave some cloth to dry clean and ironing. The delivery boy called me and said he will be delivering the full consignment of cloths. My friend received the delivery with partial consignment and I complained them that the delivery was partial. The missed item include 2 suite costing 18k and 10k each and a shirt worth 3k. Rs.31,000 worth of cloth was missing, that was a panic situation for me. As it was already late night and the shop got closed, I decided to visit the shop early morning. The next day I found that the two suits were hanging in the shop, that was a relief for me. But the person at the shop denied the he is having any shirt. He asked me to go home and check. I repeatedly said its not at home, it was not delivered but he didn't listen. I called customer care, they also denied to take any responsibility and said they have checked at their store and its not there and has been delivered. When I escalated the matter, even the higher management was not ready to take the responsibility and spoke very rudely. "WE CANNOT HELP YOU and please pay the outstanding" was the last reply. The Moustace Lanundry is just an app to make people fool, no premium service. I need suggestion on how and where can I report this fraud laundry service?

Pathetic experience.... took 6 days to get my clothes to the Kalyani nagar store as they sent it to a different store. And when I got it, it has a bad smell like it was not even cleaned...

Not even worth a star. We have been giving them orders for so many months but today they lost a very loyal and regular customer. It's been 6 days that they haven't delivered our clothes (BTW just ironing). And when we called and asked for it the guy was least bothered about our problem and very casual about not giving them orders again. I am for sure not giving them order again.
Very poor service they lost my cloth worth Rs14000/- and now at the time of compensation they are just ignoring my calls and no response from there side.
Worst experience ever ... gave 4000 rs to do dry cleaning of my expensive curtains and all them shrank 10 cm ... don t think they did dry cleaning they just washed my curtains for dry cleaning price now I have to change all my curtains will cost me 30 thousand atleast ... don t give ur expensive things to them they are really bad Raised complaint regarding this.. they are fooling me that they have a complaints team which will contact me ... it s a joke

Worst laundry in Pune. Misplaced and burnt many of my formal shirts and trousers. Exchanged my clothes on multiple occasions. No customer service. Nobody responsible. Kindly stay away and find other laundry.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC PEOPLE! They lost my item worth Rs. 1500. I called at least 50 times but they were not co-operating. After chasing for two months, they come back saying they will give credits (worth half the price ONLY) to use their service for free. Why would I ever use their service again?? If they had any shame left they would have returned the complete money in cash for the lost item, instead they say that this is their "policy". Well, now I understood that their policy is to cheat and loot people. I am going to consumer court and bring these people to their knees.

Horrible company with no respect for customers. They messed up my shoes and aren't willing to compensate. The staff is not responsive at all that's why I contacted the owner itself , he is worse at communication than his employees. The quality of their service is also questionable. Wish I could give a negative rating.
Where to start? 1. They lost some of the clothes i had put for washing. And refusing to make any efforts to find. Not even answering calls now when i follow up. 2. They discolored some of the dark clothes by ironing with too hot temperature. 3. The ironing is so bad, some of the pure cotton clothes show the wash creases after bringing from laundry. Highly dissatisfied. Don't recommend.
Fraud people, they never give any receipt while taking order. In my case they sent me a message that total cost is INR 275 how we while delivering they changed it arbitrarily and charged me 325. Sorry Folks NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM.

Using the services for more than a year. It was best when they started, now the service is getting worst. They billed me for the dry cleaning and after payment no one bothered to deliver the clothes. When called, they delivered two out of three items that too after 10 days. The remaining item is still undelivered and when I call them, only response they give is we are checking. Not trustworthy. You people have lost my trust and faith.
pathetic service.. my wife gave them two silk sarees for dry cleaning and they didnt do a gold job at all...there were wrinkles all over the sarees and they were also crinkled..not fit to be worn for a wedding..the saddest part is..they have one job to do and they suck at it...the customer care is so laid back and useless to be honest..i would not recommend them strongly and would suggest you visit any local laundry for your needs..#tmlpathetic

fake reviews i guess, i gave them my expensive shirt and they return me with 2 buttons less and there was no reply even when i was calling them.
You will get most of your clothes damaged or torn after using their laundry services and they don't care. Most of good reviews are paid ones. Not worth it! Their payment system/software does not work most of the time when you are paying online. It'll not update the order as Paid even after you pay the bill. Executive calls and speaks rudely even though I have paid much before and sent screenshot.
