Extremely poor quality work! They did a dive on our block with their subsidiary and left their hands behind. I had hired extremely unskilled Roma from the street for a week or two and they were studying for us. Against BGN 15-20,000 budget per apartment. They took what they could from the balconies and the materials and dirty everything. After the "remediation", in warm winter, my heating current jumped by 30%, compared to the old insulation they had removed.
