The quality of the work (i.e. dry-cleaning & steam ironing) is awesome and consistent and the price is reasonable. But the guy (Asif) at the Baner counter (as the Baner branch is near to my home) is very unfriendly and rude. He never talks properly and is alway full of attitude. He commit mistakes, like doing steam iron of cloths which was supposed to be dry-cleaned and vice-versa. And even after this, he never accept his mistakes and instead, he keeps arguing with the customers.

Hoping the owner & maintainers of "The Moustache Laundry" see this review and change the person on the Baner branch. After that only, we'll be continuing using the services.

Loved the service. Definitely Better, Faster, Cleaner and Cheaper than the local dhobi. The Moustache Laundry definitely adds to my list of best utility services.

Best service in the WHOLE WORLD I do not know how many messages I have received.

Good laundry but the laundry pickers are very Impromptu when it comes to picking up orders.

I guess this laundry service is best in Pune. I totally loved the service, and not only this its very much cost effective, properly washed and ironed clothes within 2 days! Keep up guys

Pathethic Service.
On April 3rd i got my clothes & They ruined My new Tshirt & after accepting there mistake , they took tshirt again... to make it correct they took almost 10 days to give me back my tshirt & after that also the tshirt is at same position ... and again i called them and said that u tshirt is still same like earlier.. take it back and make it done. And today its 22nd April no one has came to pick the Tshirt.
DONT GIVE YOUR CLOTHES TO THEM.

Can I expect a call back regarding my complaint. Its been 10 days now.After being promised of delivery today , the concerned person is not even bothered to answer my call neither is replying to my messages!

Initially it was good but then they started punching holes in the clothes which tore a lot of my clothes.
They lost my undergarments.
They tore my bed sheet.
They removed the strings from my pants.
Then their executive spoke very rudely when I told them I wouldn't clear their payment as they have spoilt my expensive clothes.
Also their rates are very high you'll get better laundry services at better rates in Pune!
Hence, I would strongly not recommend this laundry.

On Tuesday evening 28 May 2019 I found the online app The Moustache Laundry and I was excited to try out this app for rendering laundry services. I arranged a pickup in the Evening. I was pleased to see the guy came within the given time and picked up my clothes. And he as well as the app promised me my clothes will be delivered by Friday evening 31 May 2019. I called the customer support number on Friday evening. The guy I talked to said my clothes will be delivered by tomorrow I.e. Saturday morning 1 June 2019. Then again I called on Saturday morning. The guy then assured me that the clothes will be delivered by the same day evening. After That I called the guy and he assured me that the clothes will in any case be delivered by tomorrow morning I.e. Sunday 2 June 2019. I have been calling the customer support since the morning and they keep saying the clothes will arrive in some time by 7pm then by 9 pm. Now It is 9 pm Sunday evening 2 June 2019. I talked to the customer care executive and they told me my clothes were tagged wrongly sent to the wrong location. They will be brought back to them by tomorrow. So they will deliver by tomorrow evening 3 June 2019.
Sir, I am gravely worried about my belongings. I trusted the Moustache laundry with my clothes. And now they are saying that my clothes are lost.

Edit 2 (1st NovemberN2018) :So i was waiting for a call from one of their startups co founders. But than you know, theplan is only to make money or for some funding. They have no customer oriented approach. They spoiled the shoes worth 10,000/- and iknow itsnot too big, but it isn't too small. Have requested a look into it via mailz but even than no response. I would rather not wait anymore!
But one thing for sure, they take you for granted. It's just money comes in, and they dont care what they exactly are doing!

These Guys have no knowledge of how to actually dryclean shoes. They have spolied my two new pairs of shoes out of 7 I gave. They have spolied my expensive ones and I know I won't get anything from them, other than a sorry. But I don't want anyone else to suffer. If you want your shoes to be done well, please not them. These people are unprofessional and unskilled. Sorry but that's an honest review after giving them a chance again of working on my shoes which were spoiler by them.

PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR SHOES AT LEAST!

I WhatsApp on the number from which they promised me to Redo it and when I told the guy that the shoes have been spoiler, thata. Is not replying now. I think he is the owner.

Worst laundry service never trust them, damages my mother's shawl and their owner Sameer and all their staff does not have any sense of talking and their founder Sameer is kind of person with whom you would never even want to talk. very rude and very unprofessional. Pathetic service.

I'd given my blazer for drycleaning and these people have ruined it for me. My blazer is of very delicate velvet material and now there are all ironing marks on it. More over its standing collar blazer and these guys folded the color like normal blazer and ironed on it. I tried mailing them the issue but surprisingly their support mail doesn't exist. Then I tried to call them, their number was busy for almost a hour and when finally I got connected the person on other side was driving and neither I could hear him nor he could hear me. You can definitely give them your laundry if you like to ruin your clothes.

they said that the dry cleaned clothes will be ready on Thursday. Went today (Saturday) and it is still not ready. This is the third time that it is not ready on time. I am considering to stop using their service. Frustrated.

They TORE my SUIT and returned it to me and even charged me for it.
Worst experience ever in any online service.
The guy came on 23rd April, 2018 and inspected my suit for any defect and after having found no defects, took my suit for dry-cleaning and gave me a receipt telling me that I would get it back in 3-days. Next day, I got an email with payment link in it and I payed the amount (Rs. 220).
After a week passed, I got their contact number from their website and contacted them. They told me that this was their Indore office and someone would contact me from Pune and will look into the matter.
Next, I was told that my suit was torn(Photo attached). But they are "deserve" a second chance, The guy told me that he is ready to compensate me.
I told him that the suit was a branded one and it would be better I he just got me a new suit from the same brand with similar color; this way he wouldn't feel that I was duping him, but he insisted that I give him an amount.
So, I went online and found the same suit and sent him the link for the same. He then told me that the amount was very high. I told him that I can settle for a new suit which he might get on a discount price, which would be lot cheaper.
By this, time I was very frustrated and told him that if he would refund me the service charge and send me my torn suit back I would call it a day and will let the matter rest.
6 days later(10th May, 2018) I again pinged him that I hadn't received my suit, and got a reply that someone would deliver it to me.
On 14th May, 2018, I pinged him on WhatsApp again. I got a call from their Indore call center that some one would deliver my suit to me.
finally, I received my suit, in a carry bag, all crushed, dirty and torn at left shoulder. Moreover, even though, the suit delivered was still dirty, I had to pay a service fee.

At the sight of the dirty old carry bag in which my suit was delivered all dirty and torn up, I felt so bad and cheated.

Don't use this duplicitous service. Don't risk your clothes and take a lesson from my experience.

Give your clothes to the local guy. At least, he will take some responsibility of your clothes.

Worst service. No proper customer service. No manpower to deliver the product on time. I waited for almost 3 weeks for my clothes to get deliver after so much follow-up. Never use their service I strongly suggest you

For them disappointment and nonchalance has no limit.... Gave 5 brand new clothes for dry clean.. instead they did a normal wash & iron(not even properly done this) spoiled the clothes and the man over call is asking me to calm down...and passing the buck onto his staff...

I gave my clothes for wash and iron and they have charged for dry clean.
Very rude behaviour when I complained about it.and charges extra every time.

They stole my cloths .. and as I have no bill I can't claim for it. In home pick up they don't give you a bill .. BEWARE OF THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!

their services are good, the washing and ironing is of in a very professional manner, but last time they lost one of my brand new t shirt and when i asked for it, they said we didn't even receive it, and I'm damn sure that i did give them as i had noted down, how many cloths did i give, yet one was missing among them. and moreover they went even ready to take the responsibility for it.

All hype and nothing to back it up. They have lost expensive clothing. Customer support is cluless. Please save yourself & do not use this service.

"Washing your clothes re-invented". The Moustache Laundry has proved their tag line with an impressive laundry service provided. I have used other laundry services but always had complains about the services they provided i.e.,torn clothes, quality of washing. Since last 2 years I have been using their services but not a single complain from my end. I appreciate the efforts Moustache Laundry put in maintaining the quality without comprising the prices.

This place has the worst service ever. I was told my laundry would be delivered in two days, and it took ten days. Not only did it take ten days, it was only delivered after I made repeated calls to them (which initially were not answered) In addition to all of this they dry cleaned items that I had asked should be washed and ironed, and of course decided to them charge me accordingly. When I pointed out the mistake, I was told that I had asked them to dry clean it, even though I had not.

There are a lot of good laundry by weight services, and this is not one of them.

worst services ever had..first experience and worst. they burnet my jeans and it was black when i got ..it was whitish black ... #pepe jeans of worth 2600 ... single drycleaned jeans .. the owner or memeber #sameerjain was offering me 200 rs for jeans .... might have not baught the jeans ever ... after i faught alot he Gave me 500 rs for jeans after one and half month.

Service is pathetic, inspite lots of call you will not get your clothes back.
You have to struggle everytime to get your clothes.

Best place for laundry. Their laundryman is quite trained. Awesome prices. Quality service and fast service. They did my work in time. Strongly recommended.

Had an excellent experience with the moustache laundry. Their service will leave you with an absolute value for money feeling and wanting to call them for any of your laundry needs always.

Bad first time experience.
I gave them my shirts for washing and ironing. When they return, three of those shirts were as is with dirt on collar totally unwashed and stains and dirt on wrist area was also as is. It clearly looked as if the shirts were just soaked into plain water and dried as is without doing any type of cleaning or even detergent.

Though they agreed for free wash of these clothes next time but I dont wanna risk at all nor recommend to anybody.

I better pay more to my local laundrywalla and get piece of mind.

Gave them a pair of sneakers which they later said they weren't able to fully clean which was understandable since they seemed tough.

But also gave a pair of pants with a small black stain, asked on call if it was taken off which they confirmed was. Don't think they even looked at the garment before delivering.

Please steer clear of moustache laundry when it comes to dry cleaning needs. They may have raised VC money but that does not mean they know this domain and related processes. 15 days since I gave my expensive suits, first they came back all wrinkled and now I have no communication when I will get them.

Worst experience ever. I don't even recommend in trying it for the first time. They get your clothes wihkut stains and then they'll ruin it before it gets delivered to you. I gave them another chance after first bad experience.
1st time they screwed my white diesel tshirt. They put a splash of mud/clay on the white tshirt which had nothing on it. When it was delivered i was so mad, i called them up 3 times but all they could do it say sorry. I know they won't afford to pay me for diesel tshirt.

So i decided to gove only colored clothes. Second time i gave them blue armani tshirt which had a print on it. When i shirt was returned the print din't exist at all, they had ironed it. This time i kept asking for refund but they blocked and stopped replying my messages.

Also they delivery is poor, the guy will delay for a day or two, he doesn't have the weight machine, card machine is not carried, at the start the packing was using plastic bags at least the clothes were safe even if rains, now it's paper wrapping,....

Strictly, I don't even recommend on trial basis. If you love your clothes find other option and even if you don't love your clothes don't give a chance.

Worst service..4 bitter incidents
1. 3 times, They literally forgot to deliver my order after payment and after calling multiple times the order delivered after 1 week.
2. Given a blanket for dry cleaning and got it back after 20 days that too after calling multiple times
3. I gave 1 t-shirt for dry cleaning and few more for ironing only. They dry cleaned 2 t-shirts and charged for extra one.After so many complaints they never returned/adjusted my money.
4. They delivered someone else s clothes to me with mine.
Better to go for your local dhobi or some else company for services.

they are the most professional and the most convenient firm for laundry services in pune and thus they are the best and quality of work is excellent

They show 40% off on dry cleaning through discount code which can only be applied from app. The app does not work, no verification code or mail from their side.

The worst ever service. The worst experience the first ever time I used their services. They LOST my QUILT and in return gave me no cash but 800 RS credits to use for free laundry while the quilt itself was 1500. WHY THE HELL WOULD I GIVE MY CLOTHES AGAIN? to be lost again? Also they gave me someone else's cloth after wash and dry and I haven't yet got my top after 1 month of following up with them.

Professionalism: The owner is just talking in a way that he doesnt doesnt care what me or the delivery guy has to say. He is so rude.

Value: I was told on call that it will be 200 rupees but then i got two bills via text message which had two different amounts. Not sure why

Quality: I was going to get the delivery in two days of giving them to clean but got it exactly after a week that too after calling them daily.

Quality: Gave them black leather shoes for cleaning and in return they gave back my shoes in torn condition where they have brutally pulled off the base of the shoes along with the cushion and on asking for repairs they are not even responding back.
