They lost my clothes costing about 3-4K. Their customer care service deserves some kind of an award for finding the lowest iq humans to employ. Whatever you tell them, they reply with the exact same answer. That "we have returned all clothes.given by you". I asked them what proof they have and they said they checked their cctv footage. So I told them that I will pay if they show me the cctv footage they have. They started saying the same thing. "we have returned all clothes.given by you". They are a bunch of useless hooligans with zero sense of responsibility or accountability. They have now started spamming my email and SMS with requests for payment without giving a proper reply to my queries.
Never again.
