I wish there is a -star to rate this company,

- when i first started using my pos, it kept taking the money i received from my clients to a different bank account in a different state, and it took them 3 months to fix this and get my money back.

- the 24/7 support is fake, they never support you on weekends or after hours, NEVER

- finally i got my business closed and I was lucky someone bought my POS, because otherwise i had to pay 950 USD to them for cancelation,
the funny thing is when i transferred the pos system to the other company name (the company that bought it) nobody told me that i should request a cancelation form to cancel my account, SO i ended paying 67 USD a month after the system was transferred and being used by their new client

- Finally i sent the cancellation form beginning of the month, 20 days later i called them and they said yes we received it, but you will be charged for the next month (67 USD) because that is our policy

PLEASE NO ONE CHOOSE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE REALLY BAD, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL KEEP PAYING THEM EVEN AFTER YOU END YOUR CONTRACT WITH THEM

There is no star for them. I want to cancel my service and now they are saying that I need to pay for the machine terminal $550.00 plus $ 399.00
re stocking fee. Can you Believe it? So we HAVE to stay with them!!!!

I m sorry but I ve read some of these reviews and these people are obviously people who have never taken card before , everyone has to pay interchange from visa and MasterCard you can t escape that people! It s the cost of doing business. TMS got me the lowest rates possible so I m happy.

It really is the worst in company, they completely deceive you, they always give you the years they want they never respect the contract.

Charged me 80.00 a month for 10 months after I wanted to cancel, so I put a stop payment in the charge now there charging me three hundred and something. So almost 1100.00 dls for nothing or not cancelling acct. Bad bussiness!!

These guys knows what they are doing. Great service, fast response, really well handles the problems.

I am been with them for over 10 years. Their customer service is getting better and better each time. They have the best rate.

They said they are the cheapest one but they are not.
They charge for any reason and they have a lot mistake they charge me before even i start with them for $28 and when i called them they said that was mistake they charge me $39 and $69 for annual fee and i just work with them a few days. I paid $99 for $1000 and for another $1000 i paid $119 it means more than 10%
please don't sign up and let people know about that

Terry Sotelo, thank you for professional support of pci survey every year. She maid so easy to file pci survey ever. Recently terminal replaced cause of key problems. Tech support was good and smooth too.

The most DISHONEST and FRAUD-based people/business that I have EVER seen/encountered. Look at all the 1-star ratings in this forum; they are there for a reason.

NOTHING was truthful in their approach to me to sign up with them and then when i cancelled while having NOT A SINGLE transaction they became very belligerent and demanded huge sums of money for a so-called "early cancellation' while having a WRITTEN document stating "NO CONTRACT, NO CANCELLATION FEE!"

I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I invite you to do the same. They must be stopped and eliminated from the face of business world otherwise they will rip people off day in and day out.

I have been with Merchant Solutions for the a lot of years now and I think I finally hit the jackpot as far as processing goes. My first point of contact was Ray Siddiqui, who came across to be the most helpful, knowledgeable and concerned person that I had talked to till then regarding this.
I have been very pleased about the services and the customer service given by him so I actually switched all my other accounts with him and even recommend him to others. Keep it up, Ray.

The reps never mention anything about closing fees. When I stopped using them, they charged me a restocking and cancellation fee that was over $900. They hide these fees in size 2 font crammed into their paperwork. Do not ever do business with these people. This is coming from someone who used their processing for over 4 years. They charge you random fees that they do not mention while your signing up. Go local...

If I had to guess from a complete lack of any degree of professionalism from cold call saleperson-i would never consider doing ANY business with this company.

the worst company ever you can deal with, they will charge you money you do not know about it so be careful to not sign with them any paperwork because in between the lines there is will be more money charges.

I had such a bad experience with them. the send me a horrible devise using a windows system which is can be virus or hacked easy. one of the parts for the cash drawer came damaged. So I payed from my pocket to return it back in 48 hours $200 and they still asking me to pay $1500 for no reason. so you can say it is a kind of a scam.

I had another company that wanted our business and I wanted to compare to see and see if we could get a better rate, but I had no idea how to read our statement. I called and got Terry to go over it with me. She was very patient with me and promised that if we got a better rate, she would match it if she couldn't beat it. I really appreciate the time she took going over our bill with me.

The absolute biggest scam company out there. They bury fees and claim they sent the information by mail informing you of any issues. In three years I never eceived anything but my statements. I switched to a very professional company and have had no issues and am saving my company a lot of money. When I terminated my contract they dragged it out to collect another monthly fee. I tried to get a refund and they refused to consider it saying it was in the small print of the termination agreement and also a hefty restocking fee when I turned in my obsolete three year old terminal. If there were negative stars- that's what they deserve.

The staff members knows what are doing from the first day I started using. We will always get calls just to follow up especially with Priscilla one of the customer service rep! She is on top of everything!

This is my first review I have filled out online, but Charles asked me to share my experience with you all so here goes. It started when I received a beautiful postcard in the mail about the services the Merchant Solutions provides. I called in and get transferred to Charles who was so patient with me and all of my questions. I could not figure out how to do the application online and Charles was gracious enough to come by on his day off with his beautiful family to help me get signed up. To me, it shows they care about helping us and that they don't see us as another sale. I have already recommended them to all of my peers.

We have been using Merchant Solutions for a number of years now. Their POS system works wonderfully for our business. Customer Service is top notch and all the reps in the customer service and technical departments are very responsive, knowledgeable.
This company helped us with some fees and charges while we were hurting during the COVID 19 emergency and we are truly grateful for that.

I have a similar situation to the other comments when wanting to cancel after being with them 3 yrs. They say fees of $395 restocking plus $550 deactivation. Funny but the original contract said $350 restocking fee if you cancel and nothing more. Then they sent me a new terminal in 2016 which was forced on me and had me sign for it. This newer version has the words "Three hundred ninety five dollars" written out in small print instead of $395 so it is not obvious. Too bad I did not notice that at the time. They increased the fees and added the $550 deactivation fee.

Wow, I m very impressed. I had a great experience with Caitlyn my sales rep. She helped me understand things about this industry I have never learned before. Which makes a huge difference moving forward . Also terry and Edna is customer service were very sweet to me when I needed help with my statement. Very comforting knowing I can rely on talking to the same people and get the customer support from a friendly voice.

Everyone I have worked with has been amazing and very professional. Going above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of as a business.

I have recently opened an account with The Merchant Solutions for a business needing to process credit cards. While it was a random search that led me to The Merchant Solutions, the experience I've had with my two "handlers", Ray and Sergio has been phenomenal. The process was made smooth by both Sergio and Ray and, they have both endured multiple phone calls from me making certain I understand the process as we've moved into the processing part. The integration between The Merchant Solutions and our Gateway has been almost seamless and, where there were speed bumps, Ray made sure to follow up with me continuously ensuring that the process continued to move forward. Furthermore, as I have begun to process and am receiving our funds, Ray and Sergio have continued the hand holding with me to make certain I understood how the fees were being applied and charged. While this is only the first month with The Merchant Solutions, I feel confident that this will be a long term relationship! Thanks again guys!

Got the terminal I was looking for FREE! Everything working good so far. My rates are cheaper than before with Elavon.

I have been processing with The Merchant Solutions for over 1 year now and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. This company has the best rate that I've seen out there but not just that, their customer service is amazing. Whenever I call for anything they always resolve it right away. They also follow up afterwards to make sure everything is going okay. The management team and entire staff are doing a great job.

For a few months I was looking for a good terminal and fortunately I found Merchant Solution with a low cost in monthly rates and above all good customer service AND technical support assistance so do not hesitate to contact them and get their services ...

I got a great deal from The merchant solutions actually, I looked around and couldn t find a POS for a good price that included all the services.

Everywhere I looked I found POS for like $1299 or $1499 but then it was $99 a month for tech support and that didn t include the warranty or support. TMS includes everything for only $49 bucks a month for 48 months. I m really happy because the systems easy to use and they programmed everything for me. Antonio in tech support was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm doing all my processing with The merchant Solutions since 2016 and I can say they are the best in many ways.
Customers service will help you with any detail or questions you might have and will make sure you are receiving the best prices and equipment including giving the best deals to fit your business needs.
I can call any time and they will give me the best advice, get me technical support on the line if needed and make sure to stay until they are sure my issue or question is totally resolved.
I can definitely recommend their service for any business, small or big, they can be perfect

I wish read this reviews before I signed up with them. Yup they do not tell you about other fees when you cancel. Don't sign up with this company.

I had a problem with my terminal mid day, and within an hour it was fixed. I have many companies that want to put a terminal in my shop, I will never leave Merchant Solutions.

Recently I contacted them about the VISA/Mastercard lawsuit. Anais followed up on it and sent me all the info I needed to file a case and hopefully get some money back!

I spoke to Ray about PCI compliance and shared that we have a small restaurant that's been closed for 2 weeks now. He was nice enough to waive our April's statement fee and provided more information on how we can save. What a great guy. We are sad to say that we had a bad experience with Themerchantsolution. Their rep promised so great fees to us, but it didn't happened. We decided to cancel the service as soon as we realized it, but they told us we had a contract of 3 years, so we paid 3 years of contract in fees, and at the end of the contract they mentioned about charging us $200.00. We recently received a letter from a collection company now asking us for $1,065.31. We called the Themerchantsolution, yet they didn't mentioned about any $200.00 but now about the terminal, which is supposed to be paid off already. Themerchant solution didn't show any effort in solving the matter, instead they just said to us handle it with the collection company. We paid too much for something we didn't get. (3 years of contract!)

Been with them for 5 or 6 years and the service is always excellent. I have a dedicated rep who assists me with everything and the rates never go up. Thank you for your service

I don't give them 0 stars because there aren't any. They are a fraud do not sign with them !!!!! They don't give you the contract, they make you sign online. The seller Salvador Cruz is only here to sell you, but if you have a problem, he will not answer you or answer your messages. They tell you that it is without a contract, and they tell you that there is no hidden fee. But it is quite the opposite. Watch out!!!! Unfortunately I fell into the trap. They are a fraud !!!
