We are sad to say that we had a bad experience with Themerchantsolution. Their rep promised so great fees to us, but it didn't happened. We decided to cancel the service as soon as we realized it, but they told us we had a contract of 3 years, so we paid 3 years of contract in fees, and at the end of the contract they mentioned about charging us $200.00. We recently received a letter from a collection company now asking us for $1,065.31. We called the Themerchantsolution, yet they didn't mentioned about any $200.00 but now about the terminal, which is supposed to be paid off already. Themerchant solution didn't show any effort in solving the matter, instead they just said to us handle it with the collection company. We paid too much for something we didn't get. (3 years of contract!)
