I ve had merchant solutions as my service for at least 12 years and I ve never had an issue with them. I recently contacted them about changing an account number and I spoke to Anais about it and she changed it very quickly which I really appreciate. Thanks Anais.

I first called in to customer service because of a charge on my bill that I didn t understand. Anais Laurent took my call and explained to me that it was due to a EIN name discrepancy. (Our account is new) She gave me a list of ways I could get a copy of our EIN letter that we had some time ago lost. I started at the top of the list and ran into nothing but dead ends. COVID and bureaucracy and total lack of service elsewhere just left me frustrated and unable to make any headway. Ultimately it took a few calls to the IRS, a search on their behalf and a good deal of waiting. Anais called every week to check on my progress. She was very patient and encouraging when I felt like it was never going to get resolved. I must say from the start Merchant Services has excellent customer service and Anais Laurent is a real stand out with her genuine customer care.
I m so glad I made the switch from NPC to Merchant Services. My only regret is I didn t do it sooner.

Horrible Company......Do not sign up with them.......like other reviewers have said they want to charge you $945 to quit doing business with them. That is after they promise $1000 and no cancellation fees if they don't match the competitors. When they say they can not match square and you want to leave. Nothing but scam artists, I did not see any mention of the $945.

After setting the account, Sergio is follow up with phone call to make sure everything is ok. Miguel and Robert are very helpful when I need the instruction on how to use the machine.

I had a rocky start with the company to be honest with you. If it wasn't for Priscilla, I would have done left due to some issues I was having but she has tried her best to resolve any problems that my account had from the beginning. All in all I've been doing business with this company since I've opened my business in 2015 dealing with Priscilla she does care about customer service and let me tell you she obviously does and does it well almost as if this is her very own business mentality as a business owner she could have a job at my facility any time dealing with customer service.

If you need help getting anything done contact Meena in tech support she can and will get things done in a jiffy! They programmed all my menu at no extra cost I was worried how to do all of it by my self. I was also worried about the quality of product I would get for a price of $49 a month for a POS however I am very satisfied. My cousin will be signing up too for his gas station. I was having trouble with figuring something out regarding my credit card machine and every other company I was transferred to was not helping me find a solution, but once I was transferred to Terry everything was better. She went the extra way to stay on the phone with me for over an hour until she figured out how to fix my problem. All in all Terry was very helpful today and I was really have with her help and service.

Discount Pool Supply in Tampa Florida suffered this company with all the false promises. They will never do what they say and ignorant and idiots work there. Greedy Indians own this business and rates will change on you. Be very specific or be in hot water by signing their contract. Please, call us for more details or be prepared to have stress. Best advise I can say after experiencing all 3rd party CC processors, go to the bank or credit union so you won't be a victim of scam. If they withdraw any unauthorized money they will be in serious trouble with Lawsuits, First Data and Government.

Called in and Charles helped me find out i was paying way to much in processing!! They Cut my prices in half and got me a free terminal. Very pleased with The merchant solutions thus far.

horrible company. i canceled with them months ago and they have fraudulently been withdrawing money from my account since. i finally blocked them from my bank acct. what a nightmare its been working with them i highly recomend finding some other credit card processing company.

We have been with The Merchants Solutions since 2011 and over the course of three different businesses they have been by far superior to any other processor I have ever had experience with. Their staff and support are exceptional and their rates are more than competitive based on every comparison, but even if one came along that was lower cost we would be hard pressed to risk the loss of customer service.

This company is fraud. They call and solicit the account first and if you are not happy and want to close the account they charge you $ 945.00 to close the account. Read the small print before you sign up. I called to cancel the account and Chantel X 7021 ask me to stay and thy will match other vendor. For 2 months I paid 49.95 for no reason with using their service and after I close they also charge me 3 charges 395.00, 275.00 and 275.00 total of 945.00 plus 2 moths of 49.95 each, so I lost 1045.00 to close the account.

I ve work with Bank of America and gotten screwed over , I have worked with ipayment , and Elavon and was consistently overcharged and even got sucked into leading a terminal for 2k when it was only $250 to purchase my own. I worked with Caitlyn at the merchant solutions and not only did she save me money and teach me about the industry but she got me a POS at a great price. I am not sure if most people writing reviews are not familiar with the industry but I have been processing for over 10 years and by far this company is the nicest and the cheapest.
