We had a fantastic stay at the May Fair. Truly 5 star hotel the service is impeccable. The breakfast is incredibly busy but has a huge selection.

It is part of the Club Carlson/ Radisson brand so you can stay using your points. Add a concierge member or welcome gift was commentary drinks at the bar which came with lovely bar snacks.

Staying here for 4 nights - my room has steps in it where you can roll your ankle or easily trip and the elevators don t work properly. Is this a 5 star hotel? When I asked for a room change, the bellman said he likes the room with the steps :s....

Normal bar was closed, so we ate in the Mayfair Kitchen next door. Tapas were nice, and the restaurant itself looked lovely.

We are confident that the hotel is one of the best hotels in London, due to its cooperation and support for the Arabs and Saudis. My next stay in London will be in this hotel. Thank you, Miss Fatima, for your cooperation and support.

Elegant and nice hotel. Unbeatable location. Classic style, the most design bar and restaurant. The staff very attentive, breakfast very good and the hotel at its little noisy.

The food was nice although I did not like the 28days mature steak..not much to choose from the menu so dont expect to have a huge selection. Cocktail were nice, and good service. Overall, food is good, cocktails are very good, the location is good. Enjoy

Elite, classy and posh place! It' s my favorite in London!

The rooms are so cosy, the ambiance at the hotel is wonderful, the visitors bathroom is the loveliest I have seen. And the food at the restaurant is superb! Every dish I had was delicious, however there's a dessert with the toast and ice cream that everyone should try!

The staff are delightful, very friendly with exceptional service.

The set menu option is a great way to sample the unique offerings from the kitchen. The decor is rustic chic, and the natural wood table look great. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and we loved all of the dishes we tried.

It's a little strange but a comfortable and friendly hotel in the centre of London.

The hotel is located in a very central and prestigious place.
There is really no parking in the area but no need to reach a place by car.

The hotel is prestigious and very suitable for the business sector.
The meals are great.
The business floor (1st floor) has conference rooms, conference halls and computer work stands.
The service is very high level and always ready to help.
The hotel has a tea hour, of course, which offers a variety of high-quality cakes and teas.
The hotel has a restaurant and bar, which is also open to outside guests, who are highly regarded.

Visited to use the Spa facilities, they were fantastic. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the facilities were excellent. Spent a couple of hours here and came out thoroughly relaxed!!

Went to the spa here and really enjoyed it. The staff were very proactive in customising the timings and the facilities were pleasant, clean and high quality. For the price we had a massage, two hours of facility use and dinner inclusive, which is a pretty great deal compared to other things we saw. Only fails to get five stars due to being a little small and maybe needing one more thing to do - but maybe I'm being greedy.

You get what you pay for: expensive but tasty cocktails and the exact clientele you would expect. Pretty loud on a Saturday night so wouldn't go there for a cosy date!

Poor maintenance for such high profile hotel. Staff not very friendly upon pointing on the issues with our room. Not honoring the benefits of the Gold status in Club Carlsson. Not recommended

It's ok but room wasn't up to the high standard I was expecting. Bathroom was small and curtain hooks were coming away from the wall.

Located in central area, in the Mayfair borough as his name, the hotel is pleasant, small common spaces, rooms are nice but small, very nice service, with a big bar located after a long corridor.

Nice modern bar but a lot of the girls are working girls which isn't great

Really nice security, bar staff are ok ..asked me if I wanted a drink but then told me they don't have time to make it?!

I stayed at the Mayfair hotel this past week for a business trip. Myself and my colleague were extremely impressed with the excellent quality of service from your manager Filippo Di Bitetto. From the moment we arrived until the very last day he went above and beyond of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Hotel was Clean, spacious, great location and friendly staff. Thank you for the lovely stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to booking again. Best breakfast in London!!

Good hotel, weak point for reception, not so friendly

The May Fair is a sleek, vibrant, five-star luxury hotel ideally situated in Mayfair, opposite Green Park and within convenient walking distance to many London attractions. Rooms are well appointed, and service first class.

Great service, snacks and the drinks are just perfect. Very trendy and there's enough space to have a conversation with friends while enjoying your camomile tea!

One of the best hotel to stay if you're in the city of dream on visit. Infrastructure was awesome. Services was great. Room was beautiful with perfect lighting. Staff were professional and nice.

Always a great experience. Everything really fits here. The premises are incredibly beautiful spaces, the staff friendly and attentive. The buffet leaves little to be desired. And the director is very courteous and endeavors to fulfill all wishes. Thanks for the nice time ... See you soon

Exceptional in every way.
Beautiful Hotel in the heart of London.
Upon our arrival Antonio welcomed us as really good and professional.
Spacious clean rooms with a large TV, comfortable bed, large bathroom with a nice shower and for those who prefer the bathroom there is also a bathtub.
What better way to start the day than a GREAT breakfast served by friendly and attentive staff? Here are all the ingredients to do it.

Very posh venue for a great company Christmas party

I cannot believe this place. They didnt have the heater/termostat working and the room was freezing. We kept on calling untill 1am in the morning untill they bothered sending someone with a small radiator which barely made a difference in the end.
The way the situation was handled (no appology, no effort made to explain or compensate or find a solution) is a disgrace.

Rooms nice, not necessarily anything overly special.
But the service and food in the restaurant is!

Dinning in the restaurant for lunch was a memorable experience, or rather, a journey for your taste buds!

Having a corporate event here was the best company conference and gala dinner that I have ever been to throughout my career.

Attended a conference there and it was top drawer. A really pleasant day in a lovely hotel.

Services was great. Room was beautiful with perfect lighting.

Spent a work event in the cinema located in the lower floors of the Hotel. A very warm welcome from the entrance staff and was guided to where I needed to go well.

Ate lunch here during the week. Lobster tagliatelle. It was ok. Small portion, quite expensive and didn t deliver on taste.

It is nice place to work at May Fair Hotel. Environment is very good.Each n everything thing is very organised.

Lovely hotel, convenient location, great food. Loved the breakfast. Our suite was very spacious with a large bathroom as well as a separate shower room. Top quality furnishings as you would expect. Can't wait for our next visit.
