We went for afternoon tea and couldn't ask for a better experience. The food was lovely and the tea selection was beautiful. We'll be back on our next Dublin visit!

A stunningly beautiful and sumptuous hotel right in the heart of Dublin. Some of the most delicious afternoon teas anywhere, in a gloriously cosy setting. Magical place to go at Christmas: the decorations and the huge tree are amazing. Sometimes live piano music tops off the treats.
The Afternoon Tea service was exquisite. We celebrated my friend's birthday and it couldn't have been better. The food was delicious - unlimited food, tea and coffee. Wonderful experience.
Fantastic afternoon tea.great staff & beautiful hotel.hope to be back soon.
Westbury has a natural charm and sophistication which is apparent as soon as you step through its revolving doors. Every facet of the hotel promises that service will be exceptional and all your needs will be taken care of.
I love coming here for a drink or afternoon tea with friends. I always recommend the Westbury to my friends from overseas who visit Ireland and they always love it. It is decorated so tastefully. The staff are very professional and helpful.
I had afternoon tea with a business colleague a few weeks ago and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and service of the staff and atmosphere of the place. We were served by a lovely Donegal waitress Courtney, my colleague and I were both very impressed and will be returning.
Called in for a coffee , sat outside, the service was a little slow. Two coffees came to Euro11.80. Must be the most expensive in Dublin City.
Gorgeous food, top notch service- told them we were in a bit of a rush and they were brilliant about keeping things moving. Also the special had run out, but the chef offered a lovely substitution immediately. Will be back for sure!
Lovely for an afternoon drink in lovely surrounding and friendly staff.
Lovely experience, relaxed and patron-centred in the heart of Dublin City
Very good location right in the city centre. It is impeccably decorated and very well kept. The staff are outstanding. The Marble Bar is great for a relaxing lunch. Highly recommended.
Always excellent. Staff are exceptional, rooms spotless and modern. Lot of love for the Oat pancakes at Balfes Restuarant
Lovely hotel. Had front facing room which was great. Room Very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Lovely friendly staff. Very convenient location to main thoroughfare.. really enjoyed our December break here and would definitely recommend
The gallery is a wonderful place to catch up with friends & enjoy afternoon tea. The staff are very attentive.
Lovely food and staff. I would rate it 10 stars if there was 10 stars
This is really an amazing hotel in the perfect location. We really enjoyed our time in Dublin as the staff made sure of it. The only suggestion would be to improve early check in or communication. We called several days ahead and were told early check in was secured but ended up waiting 4-5 hours, past regular check in time to get into our room. A minor issue on what was overall a great stay.
Great location
Rooms are nice
A beautiful hotel. With a nice bar great food. A gem in the heart of Dublin.
Superb hotel. Food was amizing. Nice conference room . The staff very welcoming.
As always welcoming from the moment you step out from your car. Greeted by friendliest doorman, car keys taken shown to reception. Checked in room 605 suite. Vista over Dublin monuments, buildings, showing the vastness of size of The Irish Capitol. Meeting with my sons over from Malta with their families. Comfort and treats delightful in our room. From champagne, cookies, chocolates. Turn down service nightly. Gorgeous toiletries leaving you feeling fantastic with the heavenly scents of peppermint and lemon. 4 poster bed. Coffee tea makers. Excellent choices. Mini bar. Superb breakfast. Loved their fluffy light and very tasty scrambled eggs with Smoked salmon. Equally their Kippers took me back to childhood with my Dad. Such choices and array.
Dined in Wildes restaurant. Had the baked cod. Delicious scallops and bold delicious creme brulee.
Second night dined again enjoyed baked Hake. Taster of chicken satay with a difference. Spiced up fresh chopped chicken, chillies, delicious peanuts flavour served on crackers. All round excellent fare of food and choice to. Valdes restaurant for less formal. Food served equally at bar and lounge area. Fab choice champagnes, cocktails, whiskeys too.
Julienne so took care of us all my sons, my daughter and us along with his colleague Kim and Layla. Sincere thanks for quality service.
Saying good bye greeted by Aidan outside. Water given to us for our next stop Cork. Look forward to going back again. Best S & D.

Everyone so enjoyed. Always loved the Westbury Hotel whilst living in Dublin. Love going back when up from Cork. Bright. Classy. Lovely clientele. Restaurant. Bars. Piano. Champagne. Living. People watching. Fantastic.
Can't live without this place. Enough said. Yes, I'll have a tea please.
Restaurante Wilde is 5 stars ... excellent staff and very good food. You have to make reservations
My daughter treated me to afternoon tea yesterday. It was fabulous. Such friendly staff and what can I say about the food. Scrumptious, from the sandwiches, scones to the yummy little cakes. All in all a lovely afternoon.
So fancy. A unique experience, good food, enjoyed the view of the streets, friendly staff.
Good spot for a lunch if you are in centre of town.
I found this hotel to be really good and match their reputation. Very well kept and so central to the mall. I'll stay here again.
Excellent and luxurious hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
Lovely hotel - waitresses could be a bit more friendlier - otherwise food is worth the price
The Westbury bar is just perfect . Quiet , relaxing , brilliant staff and any drink or cocktail you can ask for .
Great place for a tea in the afternoon. Excellect service as I would expect from a 5* hotel.
Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the Dublin. Well appointed rooms and amazing staff.
Bad value for money. 50 Euro for afternoon tea. No Champagne/Prosecco included. Also no service for Tea. Had to keep leaving my table to get the tea pot. No staff to serve tea.
Other hotels/establishments put on a far nicer show for less money.
Great service. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. I was visiting from Toronto, Canada and everything was done perfectly.
Luxury at it's best, Brill staff, fabulous food, all in the heart of Dublin
We spent 3 days here, hitting on the celebration of St. Patrick's Day. In this regard, the hotel was well located. On the one hand, right in the center, while away from the celebrating crowd and noise. The staff is well trained and cordial. My room was not big, but cozy and clean. Great soft slippers that I took with me on trips for a long time :) Comfortable bed, large bathroom with accessories. Breakfast is good, hearty.
Poor wifi! Extremely small room , people voices can be heard in room! Great location though
This is a high end hotel with high prices but this is reflected on the quality of the food, drinks and service. We came here for cocktails and dessert after a not so good dinner elsewhere and we were not disappointed. Avocado cake (yes) with espresso martinis were superb.
Beautiful rooms, excellent location, and the restaurants are fabulous.
Only had drinks. But a fantastic Chocolate Martini was a great start to a magnificant night!
Lovely hotel, so convenient to restaurants & shops etc, staff make you feel so welcome & do everything to make your stay enjoyable, would definitely recommend it
Reception staff were amazing, location was great and room was beautiful. However the bar staff were incredibly rude and asked my 80 year old sober grand mother to stop singing the night before my wedding. Bar staff were also incredibly slow and completely incompetent. Considering I had rented a suite in the Westbury I was completely shocked by the treatment. I would not be in a hurry back.
Excellent service extremely friendly and good food.
The westbury , what a beautiful place to eat and relax with a drink , great staff beautiful place
Great pre Christmas night out. Very comfortable and very recommended
Afternoon tea with all the girls in the family. Amazing experience
Had coffee in the Westbury Hotel's tea room. Coffee is average at best but extremely overpriced; service was on the slow side. Afternoon food menu is quite good but expensive. They tack on a ridiculous 15% service charge. Can't recommend going there.
We just returned from Dublin and we could not have been more delighted with our stay at the Westbury off Grafton and the service we received. From check-in to check-out we were treated like royalty. Upon landing, after the long trip from Miami [not direct] Ivan from Management met us at the door and even though we were very early, and the room was not ready they made sure we waited in comfort with refreshments while they expedited a room for us. The room was lovely including a comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, bathrobes and slippers as well as 3 kinds of Irish crystal for our drinks [water, wine and rock glasses]. Turn down service nightly, glass water bottles bedside, with chocolates and fresh coffee service daily with paper at the door. We enjoyed many a delicious meal in the hotel as well, and the high tea dining must not be missed. This is our 3rd stay at the Westbury and we will certainly stay there again. Bonus to book through American Express Fine Hotels with amenities including breakfast for two daily [delicious], upgraded rooms, and dinner for two. The location was also perfect walking out right to Grafton, shopping, dining and pubs within a few feet. The Westbury offers the kind of luxury service rarely found today. Bravo!
Ithe air conditioning was so cold I have to cut my visit short
Atmosphere and service was great. Very friendly staff and very good with kids
