Immaculately clean and comfortable. Friendly and professional service and a great breakfast

Went to the Mayfair for afternoon tea. I have to say the experience was impeccable. The service, the food, the atmosphere could not be faulted. The staff were also very accomdating of my allergies.

Lovely hotel. The private projection room is quiet with very comfortable seats.

Lovely hotel. The only downside I experienced was going through several entrances and exiting before actually finding the one I needed. But the place is pretty big and reception or doorstaff will kindly direct you to the one you require if you ask;

Great hotel, friendly professional staff, location is superb, bars restaurant, shopping, public transport is all within walking distance.

Nice overnight stay on the weekend. Really elegant and close to all amenities. I would live to go back there again. We had lovely breakfast and went to stroll in the nearby green park. Ritz is just around the corner and there's a great restaurant Novikov just 2mim walk away. Sainsburys at the door step for any snacks etc if you feel like it.

Went to the cinema downstairs. Clean, tidy and film was projected well.

Rooms are very dated, rooms in desperate need of refurbishment. The breakfast next morning was lovely, but the service was terrible, 15-20 min to wait to get seated, and then when seated over half an hour for Coffee we finished our breakfast and then the toast came some 40 mins after being seated. I feel the mayfair did not meet our expectations. On check out not even asked how our stay was.

FIVE STAR HOTEL BUT WORTH ONE STAR AFTER OUR STAY!

No explanation made, just an email with a refund invoice. Poor customer service.
Other faults voiced during our stay and no one has had the decency to follow up either.
Very disappointed for such a famous hotel.

The Mayfair is an impressive hotel if you are visiting for a conference or similar, but if you are intending on staying, then don't expect anything above average in your room. Having booked this I expected a much higher standard of finish within the rooms, especially when, on arrival, the total is so impressive. We didn't make use of any of the hotels other facilities, so can't comment on those, but if you are looking for a central base, with quality rooms, better to look elsewhere.

Sensational Stay at the hotel. Staff , services and rooms are amazing. The team Mr Stein (Gm) runs is amazing. Will be back next month.

Great hotel. Spent 2 nights there for our wedding and staff were very accommodating. Food was also very good.

By far my favorite hotel. The service is outstanding, it even makes up for the areas which may not be 100% to my liking. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they are always willing to go the extra mile.

There are occasions where some staff members do not follow their customer service training however, we cannot let those individuals tarnish the brand as a whole.

In room dining made my stay most memorable as Sharon attended to my every need.

Lovely hotel, lovely room and awesome food. Staff was excellent and very helpful. I would love to go back for another occasion.
