Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Great place to have conventions at.
I was very disappointed. I will not say there again lots of problems with the elevators way too much walking the only really good things are the splash pad and indoor pools
Our hotel of choice in Myrtle Beach. Under maintenance this time of year. First time that checkin was slow. Good hotel for the price.
Terrible experience! So upset I can t leave them ZERO STARS! The location reeked of bleach to the point where I felt it was burning my nostrils. The location looks like it hasn t been updated in decades. The rooms were not clean. Tables/counters where sticky to the touch. I booked this room in November with an ocean view and a king sized bed and when I arrived last weekend (Feb) they gave me a room with a double and told me they couldn t do anything to help me. The mini fridge was malfunctioning to where the freezer was a block of ice that you couldn t fit anything inside of it. The heater couldn t be adjusted so when I arrived it was 65. I asked them to rise it and they turned it to 74 so I had to deal with either extreme cold or hot for my 3 day planned stay. Bathroom was disgusting! Shower head was set for someone who is 4 feet tall and the water was either ice cold or lava with no in between. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Scratchy, stiff sheets. When I complained to the front desk I was told management was occupied and they didn t apologize for my poor experience. I will not be staying here ever again! Terrible experience for a customer who booked waaaay in advance.
Great customer service and very enjoyable stay with kids...
We had such a good time staying here, but the elevators are a catastrophy.. fully enjoyed the inside and outside lazy river. The poolside bartender makes some pretty weak drinks but the bar in the hotel's restaurant Latitudes is a winner!
Roaches
Most of the staff is extremely friendly
Hotel is bit over priced id say after being at MANY. In Myrtle beach but thats how it is
Beachfront, lots of pools... Dingy rooms. Woke up at 11:30 pm and forced to evacuate from 9th floor carrying a sleeping toddler for a false alarm.
Been coming here for years nice place to chill and relax
Stayed at the resort for 2 nights had a pleasant time only real issues was the fact that there were no locks on the door for children. We have a 3 year old who at one point opened the door and ran down the hall. Would have been nice to have that but other than that we had a vary nice time
Just left on Saturday! Had a wonderful time.. enjoyed my stay for a week, can't wait until I go back hopefully I can find ONE special person...( indoor pool) didn't get a chance to say goodbye....
4/1/2018...I would hope this all would be an April Fools Joke, but sadly its all true...Doesn't even deserve a 1...Caution tape wrapped around two of the outside pools...Inside pools are all so milky you can barely see through water...Another guest standing aroung the corner from our room smoking weed...Carpet peeling and separating at most of the doorways...smell of dank mold throughout building, Parking garage across street making access a hassle, I understood the website to list as newly renovated but I've yet to see any sign of rennovation...We tried to get accommodations at another hotel, but since its spring break, everything is booked and we are stuck...However, it is a lesson learned and we will NEVER EVER part these doors again after this visit!!!
The pictures depict an upscale hotel when it is in fact the complete opposite. I have learned that when picking a hotel I must shop for 5-star ratings only. 3-star is definitely a low rate quality hotel. This hotel is extremely old (seemingly built in 1979 up to about 1984 and it hasn't been well-maintained). Our room was visibly dirty upon check in, the floors needed sweeping and mopped. Housekeeping failed to clean our room properly so much so that I reported it to guest services. It is horrible and I'm truly disappointed in our trip here to Myrtle Beach, SC. I can truly guarantee that we will never come back here! They advertise "fitness center" when they should advertisement "cardio center" because there were no weights only cardio equipment that was also dated back to the early 80s. What a sucked family getaway!!!!!
Garbage. This place needs a lot of help! Employees were unprofessional. Our 1st might in MB was ruined. Stood in line for 25 minutes to check in. Our key cards didn't work when we got to our room. Hallways are very hot and stuffy with no ventilation and VERY dark. Hallways and bridge going from the parking garage to the hotel smells like urine. Buttons missing to call the elevator from the hallway. No switch or button to turn on/off the lamp in our bedroom, it was broken off so the only way to use it was to plug/unplug behind the nightstand and it was the only light in the room. BUGS inside and out. Saw the bugs outside and didn't think anything of it because bugs live outside, we went into our room at night and they were crawling down the wall. They were both the German Roach and the American Cockroach(Palmetto Bug). I called down to the front desk to get a blanket & pillow for the fold down bed, I had to call 2 more times over a 3 hour period and was told every time that they would send them right up. Eventually at 2am I went to the front desk myself to get them and was told again that they would be right up so I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before anyone showed up with A PILLOW & 2 SHEETS! I asked for a pillow & a blanket. Someone set off the fire alarm at 2:30am and when the fire department showed up they asked the manager where the panel was so that they could turn off the alarm and he told them that he didn't know where anything was. Very unprofessional. People were out walking the halls and using the stairs at all hours of the night and our room just so happened to be right beside the stairway. When someone came in or out the door it would slam right next to our bedroom. As soon as we saw the bugs we took our stuff to the car. We did get a refund except for the 1st night. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!
Had a Groupon for my birthday with my family. Great facilities and for the price, Oceanview! Love it! Great gift from my family. The pools and beach are phenomenal!
We've always chosen landmark for the clean rooms and friendly staff. But after this visit, we will not be returning. 2nd level stairs in parking garage STILL has a broken handle (seen a review from 4 weeks ago stating same thing). Room was clean but missing bulbs in lamps and batteries in remotes. Notified them of this as soon as we got to our room the first day. 2nd day our key stopped working and I had to go down and get another key but also remind them that we still have no bulbs nor batteries. Check in process used to be seamless. Not this time. Computers were crashing and what should have been a 5-10 minute check in resulted in over 45 minutes. I am not happy with how this trip has been. We've always came back to landmark but not anymore. We will find another hotel to stay in next year.
They have a great location, but the resort is getting run down. It's time they invest back into the hotel. Rooms need new mattresses, tvs, flooring. It has the feel of a cheap hotel........ But has the price of a 4 star resort.
Pleasant staff, clean rooms, nice indoor pool area for family fun
Be prepared to wait 40 mins to check in as a express chick in.. watched several people check in that came in after guest who already paid and done pre check in through email
My 18 yr old son and I stayed here for 8 nights in Sept 2014 and we loved it. The room was a great price, very affordable and nice and clean. My son loved all the pools available to swim in. We did have some noisy neighbors who stayed up a couple nights partying with loud music but after the second night we complained to the front desk and they took care of it. They had to come up two times before the noise stopped but after that we had no more problems from them. Our room key stopped working a couple times and we would have to get a replacement key but the staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. A friend of ours recommended Landmark to us and we would definitely recommend it to others.
Amenities, view and overall experience was great for our family with kids. The pools were heated, which was nice in May (the ocean was a little cold). All staff we came into contact with have been helpful and friendly. The kitchenette area is narrow and separating two rooms, and having the bathroom right off the kitchen could have been disastrous (luckily it wasn't this time). Other than that everything was a great family vacation!
My wife and I checked into our room this afternoon and it smells like pot.
Very disappointed.
Angle suite was fairly unclean, my feet were dark with dirt from walking inside barefooted. Outside the balcony was trashed, plates, bowls, bags, old clothes were lying in the planted area outside the balcony. Bugs in the unit. We moved out the morning after we checked in. Much better experience at the Beach Colony Resort.
Our 3rd time staying here in the last 6 years. Kids love it. Such easy access to the beach. They do need to do some re modeling of the rooms though!
Day 1: we walk into our suite, and there is hair in the shower, weave hair, and feathers all over the balcony.
Day 2: we head to breakfast to eat at the huge buffet spread (in the words of the sales rep who pushed the breakfast package just two days prior). No buffet. The waitress said it's only done if the hotel is at a certain occupancy....that was never mentioned. So we have to order off of the menu. No fruit and no OJ because they are waiting on a truck. Several people came in confused asking for the buffet, and were told the same thing. Brittany (the manager on duty) seemed completely uninterested that I was upset that the rep had falsely advertised breakfast.
Later in the day we went to the pool. Afterward, we headed to the sauna. We had to call for the room to be unlocked. Once unlocked we were going to lie in there until it warmed up. Luckily, my SO had his eyes open, as I was already lying down with my eyes closed....ROACHES came out of the wooden seats. Again, I called Brittany who apologized but seemed way less moved by the idea that one of her guest had just sat in a room filled with roaches.
I made called to speak with the manager over the property and hope he's a tad more interested than Brittany. I wish I'd purchased the 30.00 insurance...we would be OUT of here
Elevators are slow, have to wait 10 to 15 mins to get one. The maids don't take even half your trash off and never vacuum so the carpet is full of sand. DO NOT eat at Lattitudes their restaurant, it was 47 dollars for the shrimp platter and my husband got a French Dip, the shrimp was what you can buy at Wal-Mart and microwave and my husband's sandwich was served on a hotdog bun...exteremly overpriced and was nasty. My advices is pay a couple more hundred dollars and get a more updated hotel you won't regret it. Will not stay here again.
I reviewed this resort a year ago and it was bad. Here we are a year later and I have to tell you they really have improved it a great deal. It's cleaner now. Still a little progress needed but you can really tell they are working at it. Fresh paint, cleaner, staff is way friendlier. Parking garage brighter. Seems like a whole different place. My wife and I are happier. We are glad you guys turned it around! I can say I would and will recommend it now.
Great place to stay. View right on the beach and you can walk down right to the beach. Lots of food places to eat and shop and visit within close range. Our room had a kitchen so you can cook if wanted. Would stay here again
I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, it was amazing !! GOOD POINTS- On site parking was very convenient especially if you are traveling to places at the beach all the time. 4 families were on this trip so it was about 14 people in total !!! When we checked in the lady at the front desk was super helpful, she gave us a packet that included a room card, activities for the kids, places to enjoy, and about 10 bracelets to wear so you could enter the pool area/water-park/golf course. Then she explained the things about 3 times because we were a little confused but she still had a big smile and great attitude.
The rooms were very more modern than I expected but it had 2 queen size beds and a flat-screen TV and tons of space. The pools were cold and a little dirty but it enjoyable to swim in. If you wanted to go to the beach all you gotta do was open a small gate and there you go. Plus there was a amusement park/ water-park about 6 blocks away :)
BAD POINTS- I expected a ocean view instead I got a view of the pool with a small side view of the ocean, Pools were cold and dirty with small leaves and dead bugs floating around in the lazy river. Elevators were slow, one time we wanted to go swimming down at the pool but we waited about 20 minutes for the doors to open but we found out it was very full so we just decided to go back to our rooms and not swim at all. OVERALL good hotel
Good location. Very very good internet. Lots of hot tubs, pools. Decor and maintenance a little on the lower end. Comes with live in pidgeon.
Worst experience of my life rude staff double book and the whole site was drity
Friendly & very comfortable. My husband and I always stay here when visiting Myrtle Beach.
I have been twice, stayed in the ocean front sweet both times. The rooms are really nice and clean and equipped with about everything you would need.
I really don't know where to begin. I was really looking forward to this stay because of the pictures that I viewed online those pictures had to be from 2 years ago. 1st off I had to pay a resort fee and I'm truly ok with that if it's a true resort. This place is NOT what I'd consider a resort it is A 2 star Hotel. I can tell this used to be a really really nice place but is in need of a major renovation. The staff was nice the location is great but. My view was of a cement roof. The hallway was hot and stuffy there was a hole in the wall. It took the elevator 20 mins literally then it was hot and moldy and Mildew had set in my boyfriend's allergies we crazy. I couldn't be more disappointed in a property to be fair my room was ok the double bed was really small and it had a fridge and microwave. I didn't even want to use anything in the so called resort because it was all old dirty and run down. We just stayed gone all day. I cannot wait to check out. They just need to renovate
If I could give this resort less then a 1 star rating I would.
We booked our vacation in July 2018, received multiple emails from LANDMARK Hotel as recently as three days before our stay. After our 16 hour drive we are told there is no suite available but their sister property about 5 minutes away has rooms. The manger at the desk didn t even know the address of this so called sister location so we were sent off with a hand written piece of paper which turned out to be wrong anyways. No one at the front desk could care less that we d driven two days to get to a room we had booked for 6 months. Having no other option we drove over 10 minutes and finally located the resort. We walked in and the front desk person at this resort simply said oh they over booked as if it was a regular occurrence, when at the front desk of the Landmark they had told us it was due to hurricane damage (clearly a lie). We were not impressed by the lobby of the Beach Colony so we asked to see the room, we were sent up to the third floor which looked completely abondoned, not a light on in the hallway, once in the room we were even less impressed. There was clearly a ton of air freshener being sprayed to cover up the smoke smell and the room was very old and outdated which was not what we had signed up for. Needless to say this was a stressful start to our vacation and we are now staying at the beautiful Dunes Village next door.
I would NEVER recommend the Landmark or any of it s sister locations to anyone.
A ton of indoor pools and hot tubs.and an indoor lazy river. Great for a family. Also had an arcade and restaurant.
Dated, dingy, but fun. Beach front, lots of pools, free parking garage. You'll need transportation to any attractions. Beds suck, the in room safe was broke, and cleanliness is not high priority. still great family vacation, despite crappy rooms.
Room was great. We had ocean view with two balconies, full stocked kitchen, and a separate living room that had a Murphy bed, sofa and tv. They have a cool splash pad across the street, an indoor pool between the hotels two towers. Clean and nice beds.
Terrible. Crt televisions, ocean view room that's blocked by palm tree tops. Service is terrible and prices are way to high for the service you get.
The hotel was very clean and very accommodating. I arrived at 2am and was checked in right away. I have a nice view of the ocean from the 7th floor. You can even see the dolphins jump out the water. All of the amenities are available to us. This is my first time here at Myrtle Beach and and I will definitely be coming back to this resort this summer.
Dirty, beds were uncomfy. Indoor pools were closed due to lightning that was about 500+ miles away. Easy access to the beach, and depending on the side you are on great view of the ocean. I won't be staying at this location again.
Building is decent at best. The room has been nice enough but smells so much of cleaner its off putting it is clean and the temperature control is decent. Half the rooms don't overlook the ocean, but instead look inland. The staff are friendly; however the rest of the resort feels crappy.
The Landmark is, overall, a decent place to board when vacationing in Myrtle Beach, SC. It's not the fanciest place, but it's definitely not bad.
The location is right off the beach, with a plethora of rooms that have beach views. And, it is on the less busy end of Ocean Blvd. if that's what you like. The room was clean, but we did have one problem. Small flakes of paint periodically fell from the ceiling. It wasn't terrible, but still an issue.
It's an older hotel and the feng shui is dated, but its not a bad place to book - especially if you can get a discount. We enjoyed our stay here.
We love the landmark everyone is so nice......now the bar I don't care for because we have had 2 had experiences with them but everything else is great
It was bad! The style was old, and right when you walked in the hotel it looked old and smelt like cigarettes. When we got to our room, it was all old, there were baby hands and baby feet marks all over the sheets and the bed, and there is mold every where.
View was great room was good. Food wasn't good. But down the street great food. Hotel was good. Considering the Covid . Staff does a great job.
Although not in season, all the amenities were great and they are renovating a few floors can't wait to go back!!
We had a very nice stay at the landmark until I went to buy me some Starbucks as I was leaving and they told me they couldn t serve me because I stayed through AIRBNB! Regardless I m a paying customer I think it s BS and I won t spend my money to stay at the landmark ever again!
Close to attractions. Great ocean view. Very clean and friendly staff.
My new husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in April 2011. We stayed for a week and it was excellent. The little restaurant was lovely and good service, she even gave us a free appetizer. They made sure our room was clean and the pool area was great. There is some work that could be done around the pools but it was great. We had no problems at all. Loved the size of our room, we had plenty of space and storage space. Loved it and will go back.
Awesome indoor pools and hot tubs, however there is exposure to the outside due to some open windows/walls, which makes off season swimming slightly less enjoyable. Pools are heated. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Mattresses in our room a little uncomfortable. Walkway over busy street from parking deck to hotel is a major plus. Great family entertainment during summer season onsite.
The photo pictured online for the Waterpark is NOT at the Landmark instead it is the Waterpark at the partner hotel, the Crown reef. There was already someone s hair in the bath tub drain when we checked in. There was used toilet paper on roll in the bathroom. There was dirt and mold on sheet on the bed as well as on the sham. One of the room keepers is a theif and openly admitted it to me and 7 of my other friends (explains the reviews about missing items). Speaking of stolen items... a kids tablet came up missing and was found under the couch in old room. After had already we switched rooms due to the unsanitary upkeeping of the resort room... It reappeared after we called the front desk and asked if it had been seen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR VACATION HERE !!!
Great live music especially if you're relaxing on the beach.
Lobby smells like men's after shave. Rooms are dated. Food was good. Directly on beach. I would not recommend.
Room was nothing fancy but good place to stay. Lots of things for kids to do. Great ocean view. Just long wait times to check in is biggest complaint.
My family and I attempted to stay at landmark last year and had some major issues with rooms being ready and being moved from one room to another due to booking problems. During all that the staff was very accommodating and helpful. This year we thought, maybe it was a fluke. Let's try giving them another shot. The location of our room is not ideal, being on the second floor means directly above the pool and that's bound to have issues. We arrived as a family of six to stay in this room. We had 3 cups, 3 forks and only serving spoons. 2 blankets to the room. The room smelled so strongly of I'm assuming febreeze that we had to air it out before entering or we couldn't breath in it. Every night of the stay so far we've found at least two roaches (mostly on the balcony) per night. When staff was called on these we were told they are only palmetto bugs, not roaches and can't be killed. For those who don't know, a palmetto bugs is what an American cockroach is also known as. I have to say, the staff has always been friendly, but I don't think we'd ever give this place another try. It made me feel disgusted to have to sleep there.
Friendly/helpful staff, nice/clean rooms, large with lots of things to do at resort, close to grocery stores and other activities
It was a great experience and good view swimming was good rooms nice
Not a great stay this time..our requested rooms were mixed up and not honored..then on our last day we were forced out of our room for a leak causing damage ..a huge inconvience..I wont return
I have gone to Myrtle Beach each summer for the last 4 years. My dad and I always pick the Landmark. It is reasonably priced and the restaurant inside is delicious. They have an outdoor snack bar and regular bar. Both convenient and well priced. The location is great. A few steps from the beach, two lazy rivers (indoor/outdoor and just outdoor), three indoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, and plenty of daily activities for younger children. I am not impressed by their new improvements, putting a cover over the outdoor part of the lazy river looks cheap and dirty. However, overlooking the outdated rooms and improvements not needed to be made it is a great location. You aren't going to stay in your room you are going to be outside and sightsee. This hotel is perfect for enjoying the outdoors and close to all sightseeing opportunities.
I had a great time. Really good experience. Everyone was nice. Especially Shrek, Joan, Geraldine, Mabel. Great place for children , had a double overlooking the ocean. The landmark hotel is a great place to stay. Front desk people nice.
Has a very large disrespectful crowd, room was a decent size though. Smelled like weed most of the time
You get what you pay for! Cheap! The room was very dirty, I had to ask them to come back and clean or I was not going to sleep there.
The in door pool was open to the public so it was over crowded.
It was fast check in. Friendly staff.
We love our room we had. Ocean view.
Best resort ever!!! We come all the time.
Me and my family have been coming here for about 4 or 5 years and we love it!! I love the oceanfront rooms and all the pools. The small ice cream shop and icee stand is very convenient when it s hot out and the kids love it! The resort is near all the shops and boardwalk. I also love the air conditioned walk above the road! We can t to come again this summer in July!!
My wife and I stayed during Bike Week. Absolutely loved this hotel. Very clean from the rooms to the pools to the restaraunts. All the employees were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The whole time we were there, never heard one complaint from any of the guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Price was great through Bookit, com, Looking forward to staying there again.
Awful!! Everything was Absolutely filthy and just plain gross!!! It smelled like smoke something terrible!!! It was loud at all hours of the day and night! Sure doesn t help that there was a murder During our stay either!! 10/10 don t recommend unless you want to stay in a gross law class dumpster. We for sure won t be back!
Great hotel. Great customer service. Me and my family love to stay here for vacation.
The room was clean and worth the deal we got. The indoor pool area left something to be desired. The water was cold and heavily chlorinated. The outdoor salt water pool was pleasant. Starbucks and game room were the kids favorite.
Very nice rooms and friendly staff... stayed their this past summer and already booked them again for this summer... I would recommend this hotel... right on the beach.. good parking and close by to everthing...
I stay at this hotel every year and always enjoy it. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. The bar and snack bars are really good and there's always some kind of event going on. The bridge to the parking garage is a huge plus as well. Its also far enough away from the main strip that you don't have to worry about being kept awake from street noise all night. I do wish there were more luggage carts but it's not the hotel's fault that people hoard them. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Manager and staff were great. Hotel is a bit outdated but worth the price. Lots of pools and activities. Family friendly.
HOT RESORT... LITERALLY... LOBBY HOT, HALLWAYS VERY HOT. people complained about Bugs, ceilings about to cave in. Downstairs in the lobby was like a Maury Show Audition with complaints. RENOVATE THE WHOLE HOTEL OR CLOSE DOWN IMMEDIATELY....
Very confusing to find your way around. Fun pools for the kids.
We had an incredible vacation. Every staff member was so beyond helpful. The two restaurants in the hotel served great food. My fiance is a chef, and was very impressed! We were able to walk every where, shopping was so much fun. The bar had the best drinks....lots of fun and so relaxing on the beach. We were on the 10th floor Oceanview. We watched the sun come up on our private balcony. The pools were great. ..loved the lazy river. Best vacation ever. We will stay at the Landmark every trip. Again, the friendly staff made this stay a joy....
We had an ocean view room. Yes the room we had was is in dire need of remodeling. There was a bed in the wall. It reminded me of a room for spring breakers. The balcony had plastic chairs and a table for the patio furniture. There were used Styrofoam cups left on the balcony as well. The hallways were dirty and one of the elevators was down. There was a 15-20 minute wait. For the price we paid I was VERY disappointed. We went for my grandson's birthday so we made the best of it. I think there were 7 pools and hot tubs. The kids had a great time in the pools. They went from one pool to another. I like the fact that I could order food from different restaurants late into the night. The staff was helpful and polite.
Great, friendly staff! The room was everything we needed it to be and we have loved all of the pools and splash zones for the kids! Having so much free fun makes this a very affordable vacation for the family!
Just ate the breakfast buffet. It was quite good with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, different types of hash, french toast, pancakes, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal. All you can eat. For approx. $10. Save money if buy when reservations are made.
Cancel reservation, because of mandatory evacuation at Myrtle Beach. They would not return my deposit. Not happy. Will never book again
Check in didn't take place until 4, we pre-checked in at 11 and were told to wait for a phone call. That call came at 4:15, saying our room was finally ready. When we got to it, the dresser in the room had red spills down the front, it had no view of the ocean, like we paid for, and one of the light switches didn't work. If we had any better option, we would have taken it. We will not be back.
We just got back from staying at this hotel for the second time in two years. The first time around in 2015 we loved it, which is why we came back. Unfortunately, we didn't have such a good experience this time around. The front desk staff was rude and not the least bit helpful at all. The room was clean but the refrigerator was garbage and ended up losing about $60 worth of food because of it. The drinks at the Tipsy Turtle are expensive and are full of water'd down alcohol. We told the housekeeper we wanted washcloths and big towels, we were handed toilet paper and tissues and she walked away. I will NEVER be staying here again. I could go on and on about different things but its a waste of energy. You live and learn and we definitely learned.
Lovely place to vaccation. Convenient location. Reasonably priced.
It's a good resort with many options, and my room was on the side of the building with a nice view of the beach. My overall visit right now is good and very high possibility of me returning to the landmark resort.
The place had roaches! Did not stay for our paid time! The building is not kept clean! The carpeting is so nasty through out the building. The elevator is frightening! We will never return!!!!!!
I'll give it a two bc they were still under renovation from the Hurricane in some areas. The rooms were decent, plenty of space for my family of 4 for a weekend. Bummer half the pools/spas/amenities were closed down. Was very confusing floor plan getting to places within the hotel. Restaurant was too pricey for what we got. Breakfast was great but a little pricey per person daily. Paid a deposit at check-in and never got it back even after stripping our room & washed dishes, etc before we left. Front desk staff denied a late check-out on my Husbands birthday/daylight savings day but granted one to two others in line behind me. Love MB but wont be back to the Landmark.
We chose it because of be the indoor pools .The sad part is they have the greatest indoor pool any where I have seen in Myrtle Beach. Then they ruin it by opening like 14 vents over the pool and allow the cold air in. It causes it to be freezing instead of warm
