Stayed in one of the villa this time, i know it s old but it obviously has been well maintained. I guess it partially because the material they used to built it was well selected to last.! However, there are still rooms for improvement, like the baby crib is quite old with a broken edge, not enough plugs (only three in the villa, and some are loose), bath water are slow to fill. Overall, the software (personnel) is a plus for this hotel, I would give them 5 stars, hardware wise I would say it s 3.5 stars. Considering the cost of this I think it is still worth it.!

The wooden door in the room is difficult to open (or can't be opened at all), and the heater has been faulty and the switch is very scary.
Unexplained shortcomings Why don't you react with service personnel at the moment? Because the room bathtub that was arranged first could not be filled with water, the service personnel had already assisted in changing the room. If the reaction was delayed, the service personnel felt that they were looking for trouble.
