Went to try their 56th Avenue Diner. It was excellent. Best burger so far in Riyadh and the sides were super too. 5 star American Diner if such a thing exists. Will be a regular visitor here for sure!

I lived in the hotel only one day on 01-26-2019 and we were two people.
Pros :
- The hotel is new.
- The room was excellent .. and a new million, and it has a serious advantage even in the turn of the water, which is that the room has a separate door from the rest of the toilet.
- And advanced in terms of all things electronic, even turning the lights on and off.
- The room was in the twenty-five floor .. and I used to think that the room is on the high floor, but luxury .. No, the view is fabulous. We pass it over and overlook Riyadh and the Centria complex in front of you.
- There is something that is counted naturally for the hotel .. which is the reception staff and even the porters who have the right bags .. They are all friendly and wonderful and service.
- The hotel's restaurant has a high ceiling once .. so give a room to the place.
- The rooms, the hotel, and all its details ... clean.
- Dedicated WhatsApp number for requests and inquiries ... which is a sweet point for them to be honest.

Negatives :
- The lobby is normal once and is designated for seating, unlike many hotels, and it could have been used better than this.
- I booked through the official website of the hotel .. They did not mention that there is an insurance of five five riyals !! On the day I get to login, they mentioned this point for me .. so you should write on the site.

I did not like that the staff knocked on the door until I open in the morning. I was almost naked and he continued to knock on the door! At least three times, and this was so annoying to me, and I didn't feel so comfortable that it made me quickly wake up to him as if there was an emergency.

3- Parking is available below the hotel B2.
4- The speed of the availability of the elevator going down and going despite the high number of floors.
5- Star box coffee and a restaurant available in the hotel.
6- Quick checkout.

Negatives

1- Insufficient places to stop for reservations or inquire in front of the hotel, without providing valet parking.
2- The room is small compared to the price.
3- Late check-in despite prior reservation.

I will repeat the stay in the hotel, as it is one of the best hotels in Riyadh.

I love the location of the Hotel at Room No 8. Service staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no safe in the room, but no issue for me. My room was clean everyday and the noise level from the road side downstairs after 1am was acceptable. I had a good comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay in this Hotel on my next visit. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much.

Great location with an elegant design, we had an event in a couple of their main halls & it was sophisticated & well put..
A few gave some good words on the restaurant but I didn't have the chance to try it.

They lived for 3 days in a large suite overlooking the upper general service is wonderful and very fast and courteous with that first entered us got a simple problem with them, but treated quickly

Great room and very helpful staff . The pool is good but only indoor which is it somehow a downside but the pool hVe everything from a jacuzzi, Sauna amd other things.
Also I loved their Breakfast it was good.

Avoid this hotel unless you have low expectations , i wouldn t pay 300 $ / night to stay here again . I paid for a deluxe king room and i got a regular room with some amenities missing and they blamed it on Expedia without offering an upgrade or a refund . I paid close to 1000 USD for 3 nights , i am still in the hotel though and thinking to leave without refund . Also, the douvet cover had a stain on it, hallways carpets not clean , valet agents are not around at night time , room was advertised to have a coffee machine and there was none.
First time i use a business centre standing with a laptop over a large printer , awkward. The check out was disastrous and i had to carry my luggage my self although i was upgraded to an executive suite !!

Note: I hope outside the building flashlight and a large screen under the word "Hyatt Regency" in English appear in the big glass

I liked this hotel for its calm. It's relaxing as a place and discreet at the same time. The room and bedding were to my taste. Impeccable service but for the food, can do better, I did not like to eat at the hotel.

A well-known rated hotel located in the central area for business owners associated with local and international companies, but due to the development work in Riyadh, the visitor may have encountered some temporary transfers.

We ate at the restaurant during a visit to Riyadh.The restaurant employees were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Ahmed G. was our greeter and checked to make sure we were satisfied with the food and service.

Bad reception from the receptionist and does not look at you when you talk as if you are requesting honesty and the hotel does not deserve two stars in his dealings and also violating Whatsapp communication boards everywhere and unfortunately no response to you when sending messengers to them

As for the cleanliness, the service is not satisfactory. I found my box open near the bed + the carpet was not cleaned and I had a hair clip near the sofa

There is no parking service upon arrival
Also, there is no baggage transfer service at checkout
The reception staff needs training. Our requests were not met, in addition to the delay in receiving the room
