Good hospitality, most staffs here are well trained and they all show a warm heart to guests, meals are above standards with various of options. Stayed in one of the villa this time, i know it s old but it obviously has been well maintained. I guess it partially because the material they used to built it was well selected to last.! However, there are still rooms for improvement, like the baby crib is quite old with a broken edge, not enough plugs (only three in the villa, and some are loose), bath water are slow to fill. Overall, the software (personnel) is a plus for this hotel, I would give them 5 stars, hardware wise I would say it s 3.5 stars. Considering the cost of this I think it is still worth it.!
