Busy place. 3 faces to ski or board. Lots of different levels to challenge all skills. Gondola and chair lifts all over to get you were you need to go. Love it here. Come back often

Great place to ski or snowboard. Amazing freestyle park. Lots and lots of runs on this nice mountain.

Very beautiful place to alpine ski, my girlfriend and I had such a great time.

Didn't try the food but they have a bistro halfway up the mountain which is really cool, and the kokanee lounge had some BBQ going on that smelt heavenly.

adult prices are around $110 CAD. So just be aware of the price.

No night time skiing or snowboarding which was kind of a let down, so the lifts are closed everyday at 4. Get there early and enjoy your full day on the hill.

Amazing staff, fantastic terrain, awesome snow!
Can be a little pricey, but if you pack a lunch and buy your lift from costco it can help. Or go with a friend with a season pass.

Try Ptarmigan, trees, Brown shirt, Rodney's Ridge.

The skiing is fantastic, great variety in intermediate and advanced terrain.
Great place to take the family for a ski trip. The lodges are placed at the base, frontside mid-mountain, and on the backside to help provide stops for kids legs when they get tired. Also spaced provided for brown-bagged lunches with easy access to cafeteria.

The Lake is simply amazing. Even on busy days there's enough lift infrastructure to move people around the hill quickly and efficiently.

Only quibble was that the deck of the Whitehorn Bistro gets hit with wafts of sewage smell periodically.

Attended my niece's wedding here. Spectacular views, food was absolutely amazing! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside I can point out is that there are stairs to get to every level and no elevators so anyone with mobility issues will have problems.

Excellent skiing area! Short waiting times at the lifts, and large choice of slopes. There is a blasting wind up at the mountain ridge, but the slopes in the valley are quite protected from wind gusts. Nice variety of slopes, either on bare hillsides or through forest.

Fantastic ski resort. I skied here in March and there was plenty of snow. It's cold here, a lot colder then most EU resorts and much colder than whistler so make sure you pack your thermal wear. The skiing has something for everyone, from beginner to expert.

There are two restaurants in the hill, a pub style and a sushi place. Both are good but I recommend the pub.

Excellent ski resort, very friendly staff. The slopes are much more difficult than other slopes at ski resorts in the United States. If you are a beginner, you will probably need to take some lessons and practice on the bunny hill for a few days.

Been about a year since was last on a board and couple of years since I was last at Lake Louise, so thought we would head out for the long weekend. Didn't realize how rusty I was so going to be aching for a while until I get back into swing of things.

Lake Louise however was excellent for this time of year (Nov 11) despite the low lift and run count. Which can be overlooked due to it having just recently opened for the season. Hope to be back out this winter season.

One of the best places in the world. Yes, I am biased having lived here, but I don't care. This place makes me happy.

If you want steeps, they got it, pick a letter from A - I and go have fun in that gully.
Got young kids? Onsite daycare is brilliant.
Got older kids? Ski school runs group lessons.
Don't ski? There's a tubing park.

It's summer? Go up the sight seeing gondola, there's a non-zero, actually pretty decent chance you may see a Grizzly Bear

Look, if you're in the area and it's winter or summer you should visit.

This was a fun place for an introduction to snowboarding. We were new to the activity and the instructors were great - very patient, and knew exactly how to get us going quickly. A lot of the staff are visiting form other countries. The snow is great, the view is amazing.

This was my first time skiing on a mountain and I had so much fun. Parking was good, we got there early, so had a close spot. Food was alright. We ate breakfast here, very filling and good options. Runs were good, had a lot of fun on the back part of the mountains. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Planning our next trip!

Some thoughtful fellow in management paid a guy to go to the most out of the way area in the whole parking lot to tell me that I m in the way. Complete make-work, asserting stupid authority move. Even the guy they made to go tell me thought it was stupid.
You guys are brilliant.

Great location, beautiful views, fantastic snow......

Great location, beautiful views, fantastic snow... as everyone knows. However, what makes Louise a great resort is in the details. The snow making in strategic areas, the amazing terrain park, the avalanche control making the resort safe. Grooming and shaping the runs and trails so crowds can move around safely and efficiently. Staff are amazing and friendly, engaging the public to make our days better and keeping the equipment running smoothly and safely.
Besides all that, Louise is the area to measure all other areas. It's wide variety of runs from wide open groomers to feverishly steep and challenging double blacks. From Gladed tree runs to wide open powder bowls. A huge area with lots to offer for all levels of skiers and boarders. It's my favorite area and I've skied them all in western Canada and many in the US and Europe.

The good place to enjoy the lake and the mountains, the convenient transportation, the choice of accommodation, the price is suitable for the location, and it is a must for hiking/skiers. The people are calm and courteous, and they have no sense of race.
