From the initial quote, to the check and measure and then installation, we have had nothing but great service from this company. We requested Adam to complete the installation on our outdoor aluminium plantation shutters. His excellent workmanship and friendly manner made the whole process a breeze. Don't go anywhere else.

We engaged Macarthur home improvement to install blinds and screens at our house and must say we are really satisfied with the service that we received. Especially, Annette who was really helpful throughout the entire process, right from preparing quote to colour selection.She even managed to accommodate our last minute change to the order. And thanks to Ashlea and Dave they still got it all delivered and installed on the day we wanted.

MacArthur home improvements team has been excellent during the whole process . We order blinds and security doors and the finishes are impeccable and the installer did an awesome job.

It seems keeping appointments is not a priority for this business.
I spoke with Christie over email, phone and in person and was pleased with the level of service I received; Christie was polite, knowledgeable and helpful, which is why I decided to use this business to install blinds for my whole house.
Unfortunately, the person, Annette, who was meant to come out to measure up the windows was running late, so much so she called me 1hr20mins before schedule letting me know she had to push the appointment time 1 hour later. To my displeasure, I advised this was not possible and to please stick to the appointment time agreed upon and she agreed saying she would push back another appointment.
After waiting 13 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I called Annette direct and was advised she was running 10-15 minutes late. Having waited another 20 minutes I decided to cancel the appointment and phoned through to their sales team to notify them to cancel my quote.
Very disappointing.
Don t waste your time with this business.

I had insect screens put onto all of the windows in my home by Macarthur Home Improvements. The quality of the screens is excellent and the price that I got them for was very reasonable. There was very little time between when I first contacted their office and when they came to give me a quote. When I placed an order they were also extremely quick with the supply and installation. I found all of the staff that I was in contact with very knowledgeable and friendly. I can recommend this company without hesitation to anyone in need of home improvement products.

I called and arranged for a quote. The person who took the call was very promising, said they will contact the property agent and arrange the quote. Called to followup twice and once said the quote was sent to the agent but that wasn't the case, called again and asked to send the quote to myself and still no quote. Extremely poor service and communication, even if they quote now, I will not even consider.

My wife booked these guys in and I sat around at home all day on a work day waiting for them to turn up and quote. Got to the end of the day, no one turned up, no call, no explanation.
We called them and left a voice message asking for someone to let us know what had happened. That was a few days ago now. Still waiting.

It seems like your other bad reviews you opt to pass the blame back on the customer, however, with this many people complaining it might be worth looking at your own practices.
The installation guy was busted on my CCTV pulling out his genitals and continued to urinate on the bricks of my house! A clear view.... ON MY AIRCON VENT.
I am absolutely disgusted in this company.
We have two bathrooms on our property that are available to use.. You just need to ASK.
He drove straight up to the house, urinated and then went and greeted himself at our front door.
Unprofessional, disgusting and extremely disrespectful to your customers property.
Another issue:
We were told 3 weeks wait until they could install after a deposit... We never heard from the company after payment. We called them 4 weeks later asking when they plan on moving forward with the job and they finally scheduled half of the job. No apology given.
This company never told us the rest of the job would be put on "hold" until the order comes off back order.. ZERO communication.
A disgusting service.

I bought security doors, fly screens and blinds from this company and just wanted to say thank you for the amazing products you installed.
I had a minor issue with a security screen door 18 months after install but when I called the front desk who was very understanding, they sent someone out immediately and fixed the problem no questions asked.
