what a beautiful place. we visited during summer but I can picture the sheer beauty of winter. once staff.

Nice day at the Mountain. Great place to go and have some fresh air. It has lot of tracks for beginner to expert. and it is actually nice to see that they can also gives lessons. I was amazed by the fact that if you are renting for ski or snowboard you can actually send them all the info they need to have everything you need ready to go as soon as you get there. I really enjoyed my day in the mountain
With gondola perfect!
But gondola closed by lighting
It is wide and high, so you can glide in Canada's nature. A ski resort where you can get the most speed. The back bowl is quite hard
My favourite Rockies ski resort. Great terrain, lots of bowls, moguls and trees Skied five days in late February. No powder bit lots of coverage with 3-5cm nightly. Ski Larch on the morning and the summit after 11am. The Poma platter is a pain but it guarantees no crowds and you can find untracked late in the day. Apres at the Cabin is a good meeting and lunch in the Lodge is good. Try Ski Friends black your got a good orientation. Can't wait to get back there in 2021
Great skiing and instructors. Very busy at weekends.
This is my favourite hill in Alberta! If you are thinking of a place to go, I d totally recommend
Conditions were great, especially for early December! Shout out to Megan from the Big 3, and Nikki and Tom B from Lake Louise, you made today that much better! Thanks so much. Holly
Beautiful place, I want to return very soon. I don't get tired of visiting.
Love this ski resort, many trails to choose from. We went during our Spring Break (2nd week of April) and there was plenty of snow and the crowd level was low. No lines !
The tracks are varied and the lifts numerous. Beautiful ski center
One of the top ski resorts in Canada. Amazing views, a big range of terrain, and friendly staff.
The mountains views from the Lake Louise Resort are amazing!! We went on a Wednesday in January so it was not too crowded. The mountain had a wide range of different difficulty runs. The back bowls were amazing! We stayed in Banff and took the shuttle which was included with my Ikon pass.
Blue sky, deep snow and barely any lines on a Sunday!
Been here multiple times. Friendly staff, good food, fairly clean
Wonderful trails from the very top to the bottom, amazing ski resort, friendly staff
One if the best tourist attractions in Canada. Must see once in life time.
Great fun and lots of freindly workers .
Even when it's really busy they manage to keep pace with rentals and chair lifts .
I'll give the extra star to Lake Louise... Cheapskates :) below, with complaints about things out of their control like the Winter WEATHER.
Excellent resort, facilities and staff. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Even when it's not so nice out. Without them, you wouldn't be enjoying your day.
Lots of run selections for all levels and breathtaking views to be enjoyed!
Food is decent, but be prepared to pay a little premium for the convenience. But you have your option of bringing your own goodies.
Always have had a great time as a seasons pass holder, and love to support the Hill.
Hopefully soon they will have charging stations for EV (electric vehicles)!
Amazing runs and beautiful scenery! I try to go at least once a year. One of the best hills in the country
They switched the hot chocolate machines and the new Starbucks cafe vendor is pretty bad in my opinion.
It would be nice if you come to winter to see it properly because I can lift the lift to the summit in the winter and I can take good pictures if you get on it.
Great skiing, several lifts and great instructors. This is a world class ski hill and teaches beginners and experts. If you can't ski, this place can help you with rentals and instruction. If you can ski, they will hire you and upgrade your skills. Nice casual restaurant to grab food and drinks.

Beautiful hill! Massive terrain. Can get very busy!
Had a great expeince with the lady who served me, I wish I caught her name. Long brown hair , very friendly .. she was more then helpful with directing me to where I needed to go for my gondala tickets after purchasing.
Was a great experience intneh gondala, highly recommend
Nice, long runs. If you're going with a group that varies in ski/snowboard level, you can still do the runs together. There are usually long green runs with branches onto harder runs, but they all meet up at the end.
Arguably the best ski hill in Alberta with views to die for. Our go to hill as Calgary residents. Go early to get a parking spot. The only complaint would be the tbar to access the chutes in the back.
Incredible place. Have always enjoyed great early and late season riding at this resort.
Wow. What a perfect place. All ski/snowboard level. And lucky no one on the mountain.
Probably the best ski hill close to Calgary. I love that they have a gondola and you do not have to use a chairlift. Lots of different types of runs available. You can buy a discounted pass for two at Costco
I'm still a beginner, there are plenty of easy going runs to learn on. Excellent food in the lodges once you've had enough.
Love the gondola! There are a lot of runs and never feels crowded. The restaurants are good too - very friendly staff.
Don t even think twice! Just go if you ever have the opportunity ! And if you don t have an opportunity to go there; we ll create one and go! I Honestly didn t want to leave.
On the sunny balcony, taste the wild beef (awesome food!), overlooking Lake Louise, which is three or four kilometers away from the snow...
Excellent for beginners. The school has two sections and a good slope.
We skied here for two days. We took an advanced lesson with an instructor named Jenny. She equipped us with knowledge and technique. Beautiful magnificent views from virtually everywhere on the mountain.
Sweet day !!! A lot of fresh pow pow !!! Here and there some rocks.
Overall excellent condition
More for intermediate skiers/snowboarders but it is so much fun, a vast array of runs to go on
Best experience of our vacation here! Matthew drove us to Lake Moraine and Brandon was our guide while there. Both awesome. No waiting in line for shuttles! They are THE best. Steve drove us to Lake Louise with no waiting. They were all very knowledgeable!!
A great spot for learners and pros alike! Great runs, beautiful facility with friendly staff! Very helpful and nice staff.
First time snowboarding! It was a challenge here. Amazing!
Had a lot of fun, was icy in the morning but that's to be expected this late in the season
I had a customer service experience so terrible, not even the beauty of the resort can make up for it.
I purchased a Lake Louise Plus card for my Dad's Christmas present. Unfortunately he was involved in a motorcycle accident in Arizona this winter and was unable to use his Lake Louise Plus Card. ($115.00 value). I went to Guest Services and explained to the young lady what the situation was. I had purchased the card for my father but due to an accident he was unable to use it. I offered to provide my receipt of purchase, and requested that the card be put in my name instead. The young lady gave me a stern "no," and said that "using the card would be considered fraud," which seems outrageous considering I was the one who purchased the card to begin with. She then proceeded to tell me that she was CONFISCATING THE CARD WITH NO REFUND!
I asked to speak with the supervisor to which she replied, "I am the supervisor and there is nothing we can do!"
The way she treated me was beyond inappropriate and extremely unprofessional. I lost my $115.00, but Lake Louise, you lost a whole family of customers. I hope this review will encourage some training on appropriate customer service interactions, because I am shocked by the way I was treated.
I visited here on 3/27, the lake was frozen all over. The serviceman prepared 4 oval fields for people to do ice skating. I came to this lake on summer twice. Today I can walk closer to the mountain behind it.
World class ski resort with great terrain for all skiing abilities.
Best (close to Calgary) mountain. The upstairs restaurant has great food especially the nachos
Trying to sell full day lift ticket at 12;30. Upper lifts close at 3:30 pm
One of my favourites. Make sure you check out Meadowlark on the front side.
Great place to ski but be prepared to stop a lot for photo ops - its a beautiful place to spend a day. The mountains, and the lake/chateau in the distance below, make for a lot of reaching for your phone to take pics. Beyond the long runs, back bowl gullies & views, there are a lot of great food choices in the main lodge and on the hill. Only gripe was the gift shop's lack of Lake Louise apparel : a couple Tshirts and 2 sweatshirts makes for a surprisingly tiny selection of clothes to show some LL love.
Wide open runs and lots of blacks. The runs ice over pretty quick, go on a powder day and it's like no other.
Best mountain ever. Good food in the powder keg lodge too
Long runs, short lines on weekdays, friendly staff
Beautiful lake, I had went when it was frozen over and it was a majestic site. Skating on the lake was a very Canadian thing.
Came for a visit in September.. very nice ride up the gondola.. the walk back to the gondola after the restraunt was all uphill and needed many rest stops on the benches on the trail.
The menu was small but the food was GREAT!! The seafood chowder was to die for!!
Great selection of runs at different difficulties so very family friendly and great for beginners. Has its fair share of blacks for more experienced riders. Proximity to great accommodations in Banff, canmore and lake Louise make this a great weekend ski spot.
Had an amazing day of skiing, dumped snow all day and staff were extreamly helpful for everyone in our party!
We had a lunch there yesterday in the Kuma Yama Sushi restaurant. We ate a great variety of fresh sushi and rarmen soup. But a great surprise was the Japanese inspired desserts! Amazing Sushi in a ski resort.
I would have given 5 stars but the service could have been better. Still it was early in the season and the staff were new
We went there during the summer and I kind of wondered whether the $40 lift ticket to the top would be worth it without any snow. Was I ever wrong. The views from the top were/are indescribably beautiful.
We took the Trail of the Bear hike which was worthwhile and informative.
All told the summer gondola here is time and money well spent.
Good Hill with high acreage and good variety of terrain.
It's August and packed with tourists. At the Lake Louise Gondola, we specifically asked before buying the gondola tickets if the lift went all the way to the top of the mountain. Ticket seller said, "Yes." And added that there was a restaurant right at the top of the lift. She lied on both counts. The lift only takes you up about 3/4 of the way up the mountain. The second lift that goes to the top was not operating. And getting to the restaurant involved walking about 1 kilometer up and down a path, and there we found that a simple burger and fries was $24 for one meal. And service was next to non-existent. While the view was nice, the combined cost for two people for gondola ride and just ok food and four wasted hours of our day - $130.00.
