Better service.. better food, and better employees..they have made a change for the better..I would recommend ppl to eat here more often..

This is the worst Krystal to eat at. I was waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru for food and there was only 2 people ahead of me. The guy in front of me demanded his food was free because of the wait. I got my food and after all the wait, the fries were cold and they didn't even have my drink fixed. It took them 2/3 minutes just to make it. They are severely understaffed and the staff that they do have never seem to know what they are doing. They told me to fill out a survey and get my same order free, but I think I'll pass.

Nothing better than a good hot fresh Krystal burger. Nothing worse than an old cold Krystal burger. Depends on who's working that day. Take your chances.

Just ok. Soggy burger, but I think they are supposed to be. Followed all current pandemic regulations that I could tell.

Very nasty I order without pickles and they were on there had to throw it away because can't eat pickles

Bad service .,,,,,, I asked twice if they could turn the heat up because it was 27degrees outside and the restaurant was extremely cold ... they said they have been cold themselves today and the heat wouldn't come on ... so I ask for a refund because we could not sit in the gold to eat .... the lady started to hand me my money from the register when another lady said she would try and turn it up .... the heat did come on and it didn't take too awfully long to get warm when they turned the AIR on .... so I ordered a cup of coffee only for it to be old and scorched tasting so I left it sitting there and a older man said he would take it ... I said you are welcome but that he needed a clean cup and the lady said she would have to charge him for a cup... long story but all true

on our journey home we decided to stop by this location. The guy said hey 3 times to which my husband tried to order to which the guy said hold on. Finally when someone asked for and started to take our order my husband asked for the 12 pack with cheese, 6 of them cheese ketchup and mayo only. Guy said so only 6 with cheese. My husband says no all with cheese 6 with just cheese ketchup and mayo. To which the employee says so 6 plain? This goes on for several minutes to which my husband says never mind, good bye. As we drive off all the employees are standing at the window laughing. This is the worst I have ever seen. No wonder the parking lot was empty

My krystals, 10 of them, we're all severely undercooked! I couldn't even eat them!

The service was horrible I had to wait 20 minutes on a breakfast bowl at 8 in the morning during breakfast time

Good food at a great price. The night shift is a skeleton crew, and only the drive through is open.

They took a long amount of time in drive thru..as well as got the order wrong

took forever to get the order taken, the parking lot was empty. 2 cars in front of me at the drive thru. took 27 minutes to get the order taken and 18 more minutes to get to food. even watched the one cook that was there take out the trash while all everyone was waiting to get their food. why are you doors still open?

Cheap prices when you got that happy Krystal habit.

Had to wait for fresh krystal to be made. But that's a good thing.

Very slow, it took 35-45 minutes to get order. They set aside fries first so they were cold and I refused them. They did give me fresher fries, but shorted me one. I didn t notice it till I got home. I forgot to check pups and they were also cold which I found out at home.
I got some apologies but I can t take it seriously from employees who don t really seem to care.
I will never go back to that one again.

Very good 3 egg breakfast platter. Fast, friendly service and a clean restaurant.

Took 13 minutes to get the order. This place needs to work on the term fast food.

This place is absolutely gross! Witnessed them outing everyone s drinks out of 2liters which was super flat and gross! The wait took about 20 minutes to not even get the food because how nasty it looked through the drive through window. This place needs a health inspection really really bad and a new crew!!

It took a while for our orders to be taken but customer service was good. The bathrooms were disgusting in both the men's and women's. My son was referred to as an "Oreo" by a customer. I also overheard other customer's racial remarks about a black lady on Craigslist and her daughter(or so I assume) telling her she should had known better than to buy anything from those people because they are all ignorant. My phone was in the car otherwise I would had taken their picture. I won't be returning to this Krystal. And for the racist people that are eating there, well there's a black guy making your food, and he's doing a damn good job!

Best Bteakfast for the $ anywhere ! But that girl in the picture must have thought we were the judges of a beauty pageant cuz she kept smiling at us like she was from the slapahoe tribe !

While the staff is always friendly and smiling, wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous no matter what you're getting. Food is usually always fresh & correct per the wait but i don't recommend going here if you're in a rush!

While the food was fine, I waited about 10 before I got waited on at the drive-thru. There was not an apology for the wait.

Need to check out the specials on Tuesday and Wednesday you can't imagine how big and juicy one sandwich is like a full meal try it and the price $4.99 no way you can beat that price anywhere especially young first part of the week so I suggest you go and check it out I come all the way from Atlanta just to do just that

Drive thru speaker needs fixed. It was raining and I could not hear the lady taking the order at all. Ordered 24 Krystals, small fry and chili cheese fries. There were only a few fries in the fry box, was given no fork to eat chili cheese fry nor any napkins. Chili everywhere in car. Attendants were looking at us crazy

First time eating here and service, cashier, and wait took 20 min. Cashier extremely rude and acted if it was my fault she forgot to give me our drinks. Food wasn't bad though

It was awful!! If i didnt have to give a star i wouldnt! Im not just saying this to be mean either.

Burgers were good but the fries and chicken nuggets tasted like the oil needed changing

Ordered a large water with my meal was told the water was 2.50 so went to McDonald's instead where it's a quarter. I only drink water with my meals so will not return

(Update 9/5/19 Nothing has changed. Still slow as Christmas!) I switched from Fort Oglethorpe to the East Ridge location because of obvious reasons(Fort O sucked and ER was better) but now they both suck! The last 3 times I've been its been 10-15 min waits at the drive thru plus neither time was our order correct

Back again and had to explain my order 4 different times and have been sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes and still am not up to the window.(no stars gained and would probably take away the remaining one.

If they not hot and fresh I don't want it,,, thank you cause when I ask for fresh food they always make them right then.

A worker working the front counter had hair on her clothes. A big turn off. Service us very slow

I love it when I get fast hot burgers for low price

4 out 5 times I place a drive through order they ALWAYS get wrong. Today was first visit in a long time. Once again the screwed up my order. Then the woman at the front had the nerve to say well you can keep this. I told her the order was not taken correctly. I wanted my cheese Krystal's OFF THE GRILL. If I wanted the other stuff I would not have said off the grill and wouldn't have came back to get order fixed. Once again the service stinks.

Very good chicken legs season just right with plenty of spiciness

Very very very very slow. And my favorite part of a Krystal is the pickle. One out of 4 had a pickle on it. Very disappointed.

The lady running the counter could straight up hustle. She is super effective.

This krystal has made me never want to patronize a krystal's ever again due to poor service at it lowest. All the employees act slow, on drugs ,lazy and unprofessional.

Good Again..... I only have one complaint though and it's not just me. But I wish they would bring back the good chili. I can only speak for myself. But the new chili is to spicy for me. But most of all everyone i know loved it.

Gotta love the sackful deal great fun mix n match options for picky fingers biters there mini dogs are delightful when you need a munchie fix .Fast eazy drive thru eazy tobe seen from road close to hwy access for those on your lunch break.Restrooms-handicap stall ,changing tables are available.In simple classic design open floor plan eazy wheel chair renover.This location dose not discriminate towards service animals .Wheel chair ramps close towards door not double door single door . The sad thing about Krystal is they don't even try anymore. I ordered a two chick meal. The fries were cold and the chicks were hard and drawn up, as if they'd been fried the day before. I didn't feel like going back to the restaurant so I called to get a credit for another day, but they never answered the phone. So I went back and asked why they didn't answer the phone and they said the phone is in the back and they work in the front, which doesn't make sense. When I asked for fresh chicks they said they weren't sure they had any fresh chicks!! I asked why sell them if they knew they weren't fresh, and the cashier told me she didn't know, she'd have to go in the back and ask the manager. They did give me my money back but what a waste of time!!!!

The employees seem fairly disordered when it comes to getting orders out but they were pleasantly friendly. We had to ask for our drinks after we got the food and the meat on the krystals was definitely undercooked. I probably won't visit that particular location again.

Incredible slow drive thru, I have never gone thru this stores drive thru quickly.

Just got off the phone with the night manager.I ordered two fries no salt and they gave my refried fries..she didn't care at all. I will never go there at night again.And how can you half cook krystals looks disgusting..wish I can put a picture of this up! I have never seen a crystal look like this. These people just don't care...I am done...smh.still smh!!!

Only because it won't let me give them 0 stars. Ordered 2 of the chili cheese dog meals with Dr peppers and a number one with sprite. All our food was cold and not a thing was correct I stead of getting our chili cheese pups we got chili cheese fries with the fries that come with the meal and our fries had been double fried and were hard as a rock and cold. We will never go back to this Krystal's ever. It's horrible
