The sad thing about Krystal is they don't even try anymore. I ordered a two chick meal. The fries were cold and the chicks were hard and drawn up, as if they'd been fried the day before. I didn't feel like going back to the restaurant so I called to get a credit for another day, but they never answered the phone. So I went back and asked why they didn't answer the phone and they said the phone is in the back and they work in the front, which doesn't make sense. When I asked for fresh chicks they said they weren't sure they had any fresh chicks!! I asked why sell them if they knew they weren't fresh, and the cashier told me she didn't know, she'd have to go in the back and ask the manager. They did give me my money back but what a waste of time!!!!
