Had a slight issue with the courier not lights4fun, but when I alerted them to this Emma was amazing in resolving the issue. Great products, great prices and great customer service. Will absolutely use them again in future!

We bought 30 metres of lights for our garden fence and a transformer the lights look amazing we couldn't be happier, absolutely fantastic product at a decent price which arrived very promptly!

Purchased a set of lights several years ago, blue and white string to go outside at xmas. which look great, ordered some more 18 months ago to add to them. then at xmas they had a fault, having spoken to the team they have gone out of there way to help and make it a as easy as possible to resolve with out question. they have sent me new ones and I didnt have to return them, exceptional service well done Lisa and the team.

Very good products, have bought from here several times. Recently had a problem with one item, but the customer service was excellent and very happy with the solution. They couldn't have been more helpful. Particularly like the outside plug in garden lights which look really pretty.

Placed my first order today, couldn't be more helpful. Very impressed and will definitely be using them again.

Bought a set of 300 micro lights. Did not pay enough attention to the word micro , as they are too small to do justice on my tree.
Have also bought a set of 200 outdoor lights ( to add to the ones I bought last year from Lights4Fun ). These look fantastic and I like the automatic timer system. Very pleased with this purchase.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Ordered lights in April and got a dispatched notification. Six weeks later still waiting despite chasing emails all I got was generic responses. Sent a final email with details of the order and a clear statement to supply or refund. Got another generic email thanking me for a stock enquiry and telling me that they are out of stock!. No mention of refund and they even had the brass neck to invite me to join their email sales service!. The lights that I ordered are still listed on their web site.
My advice is go somewhere else!

I made a mistake on ordering, contacted them by online chat and was reassured I would get what I had intended to order. I received my extra item as promised the next day with no extra charge. Thanks Matt, great customer service,I've ordered from them before and will definitely use them again.

This was my first purchase with lights4fun and I have to say.. this was the best customer service I ve ever had, talk about going above and beyond for the customers! Please do not hesitate to buy anything from their online store, the quality of lights are outstanding. I will be recommending to all my friends and family, and I ve just placed another order for more lights!

Faulty lights received. Took days to get an initial email response which I understand. Unprecedented times or not, once first contact has been made you shouldn't have to wait days between emails. In fact, I think I'm being totally ignored now. Haven't heard back for 7 days now. Awful customer service.
Phone lines are closed too! Every other company has managed to keep them open even if agents are fewer and working from home. So frustrating.

Update:
To be fair, Lights4Fun resolved my problem with an bridging connector and a replacement extension cable in the 3 days between xmas day and new year.

So for that swift resolution to my issues, they are to be congratulated.

Hopefully website ordering can be tweaked slightly to highlight the change in connector, when a customer has previously ordered lights with the old connector type, and is ordering a set of lights with the new connection type.

I just bought 50 * 3 connectable lights, which I proceeded to connect into the previous connectable lights. It appears that the connector has changed, which means the old purchases and new don't connect.

Considering these lights are a long term investment (They are not cheap), the change of the connection is a major problem for me, and will result in returning the new lights, which is going to take up my time.

I honestly cannot fathom why light4fun changed the connector function, unless it is a quest for cash, knowing how infuriating it was going to be.

Also the extension cable I purchased, had a damaged end (Looks like a very heavy weight had been applied to deform the connection). So all in all this has really left very nasty taste in the mouth, and makes me question my recommendation of this company to friends.

However the actual connectable light products have been very solid up until now.

This change of connection is a big issue for me.

Great products, great sales team, great service. I've come back for more. Thanks Lights4Fun.

Really good customer service. One light we ordered was faulty. A replacement was dispatched super quick before Christmas. They say you can really tell how good a company is when there's a problem. These guys shone!!! I'll be using them again.

Absolutely love love love these lights, Amber pro series connectable ones... looks amazing and leaves a orange glow all around my bungalow, so festive and will keep on timer all year around.

What a great company and what brilliant staff and service.! Lights are "spot-on"..ahem.! You may pay a fraction more than the "bargain" shops but quality and service win hands down. Recently bought some lights..had a minor problem, sorted!! No problem for these guys. Customer satisfaction appears to be top priority regardless of how little or how much you spend. Highly recommend this company. Ordered 5 lights for delivery to Portugal and they turned up as requested. One of the solar lights wasn't working so after trying the troubleshooting guide we were sent a replacement product.
Nothing was too much trouble and my new light arrived within days.

Totally regretting making an order with this company ! Took money straight away, no sign of the order after nearly double the amount of working delivery days stated, phone lines not taking calls, emails not answered and website states unable to cancel ..... maybe stop marketing across differing channels and pull resources onto fulfillment and customer service !!!

Someone has put so much thought into every stage of this business. That person should probably go on to become king of the world.

I've been wanting (what I discovered were called) festoon lights for my small back yard for a long while - what had been putting me off was the price, and some vagueness about where and how I would power them.

But one look at Lights4Fun's website and all became clear: the price was good, but more importantly, it was ultra-clear what accessories I'd need to get them alight. In my case that was a small solar panel (my first ever solar panel -whee! Now if only the sun would come out) and a battery pack for non-sunny days.

Everything is coded so that you can be absolutely sure that you are buying products that will actually work together.

Ordering was also easy; the lights arrived without a hitch; the instructions are actually written in good English (and the fonts are nice.. if that sort of thing matters to you).

So that was all great - but when I put them up I had some confusion about the various settings. "I wonder if they do support on Twitter" I thought.

They do. Really good, fast support. And now my lights are up and I can rest easy knowing that there's at least one company in the world who knows how to do excellent customer service. Everyone else take note.

Got the festoon outdoor lights and they look fantastic, on top of that, when we had a problem with a bit of ingress on one of the bulbs the team at Lights4Fun gave great advice and sent out a replacement free of charge, will definitely use again and recommend to friends :)

50 warm white battery powered Micro lights. 'Tiny firefly lights' Wow! Product, Price and Service all great...Just days before Christmas we needed some new smaller lights for decorations. Found Lights4fun on a net search and took a chance. So pleased that I did. The two packs of lights and two packs of AA batteries arrived in two days! The fine cable is so easy to thread through the tree branches and almost invisible. The lamps are beautifully bright bringing a lively sparkle to the tree. No mad sequence flashing, just a pleasant steady glow. Amazingly economical to run...3 x AA batteries lasted over 2 weeks. Excellent product so I'm really satisfied. Now planning to brighten up the garden, trees, patio so will be buying again from Lights4fun. Thanks for a great service.

Had problems with customer service for a refund palmed off via email multiple times saying they would be in contact, after about 15 days have received and email saying refund had been processed after I sent and email complaining.

I originally bought an incandescent net light from this company which I really loved for years, eventually it gave out and it was time to replace it. I contacted them and the sales lady informed me that they no longer produced that model, however they had an LED model to replace it. I expressed my concern that the lights wouldn't be true 'warm white' and she reassured me of their quality standards. Based on the good experience of my first purchase I trusted and went ahead. Unfortunately the product was not as good as I hoped. The LED lights are an uncomfortable cold, greenish tint, and the 1.5x6m net light I ordered turned out to be two separate smaller net lights. Really wish they had kept that original product.

I loved my purchase, tiny little rice lights that I put on a felt covered polystyrene xmas tree that I stuck lollies in, we're a barber shop & kids love novel ways of displaying lollipops!! But a luminated lolly tree, no one else has one of these, thanks for the light guys xx

Ordered 190 bulb connectable outdoor string lights, have been searching for reliable outdoor lights for some time. Read reviews, some good, some not so good, well I am delighted with my purchase. I have a 15ft tree and the 190 lights are perfect, they look magical at night and have been subject to all kind of weather without a problem. Even bigger bonus is the option to keep adding to it as they are connectable. Extremely happy I stumbled across this website.

I am a very, very lazy review writer - I bother to review maybe one thing a year? And an almost non-existent user of Google Plus: like, I forget it exists for months at a time and am slightly confused whenever someone reminds me.

And yet I've had SUCH good experiences with Lights4fun that it's broken through even my lazy ways. They've got a great range of lights, the website makes it very clear what you're getting and easy to browse through things you might want, and the customer service is just brill: I had some urgently needed lights that had a delivery problem (which was not even Lights4fun's fault) and they rushed me out some new lights super-fast.

AND they give the impression of genuinely caring about lights, being excited by people using them in charming ways, and being on the lookout constantly for new lights that people might like to add to their already-very-varied selection.

I didn't even know it was possible to feel this strongly about a fairy light retailer.

I ordered indoor and outdoor lights and was delighted with all of them. My house and garden looked magical. Reindeer, string lights, lights on wire all fantastic and all well made and excellent specifications. But, the crowning glory of this company is their customer service which is second to none. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff, delivery as promised and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be buying more for summer, Halloween and Christmas.
