The Krystal Company Review

Waited too long...for cold food. Don't mind the wait if it's good, but I can't understand cold burgers and fries when you're the 5th car back.

Fries were cold and hard they bread on the Krystal's were soggy where they tried to soften the bread where it had got hard.. Chili cheese pups were upside down in the box and the cheese was hard and looked like grease... It was nasty and when I leave tomorrow I'll go by there and give them there food back

Yesterday my 9 year old son and I spent 15 hours traveling here to Chattanooga. We were starving at the hotel so ordered from here via GrubHub. I specifically put in the instructions NO mustard pickles or onion and that is literally ONLY what came on them. And then nobody answers the phone multiple times!!! Just lathered in mustard. Thanks fornruijing my appetite and wasting our time! Never again.

Average slow and dirty Krystal. Drive thru takes forever and the website shows open 24 Hours. That is a lie, only the drive through is. I work a late shift and wasted my whole dinner break in the drive thru, when I could have run inside for a quick #1 meal. Instead I left with cold, old food and a quarter of a tank less in gas and getting back late from my dinner break to work.

Didnt get what i ordered to go..no silverwRe or napkins..reqested grape jelly given strawberry..had to go inside and still not given all i ordered after being told it was in the bag..

If you don't have things even close to ready and I'm going to have to wait at the drive through; tell me when I order not at the pickup window.

Well I had to wait and then when I got my food it was hard and overcooked. My corn pups were burnt and I think they needed to change the oil in the fryer.

With no cars in the parking lot and 3 in the drive thru, 2 of the cars left because it took literally 10 minutes for them to take one order, then the girl must have gone on break because she disappeared. I can t believe they are still in business!!!

Usually the right order but always have to wait too long for the food. Seems to be consistently understaffed.

During the breakfest hours they served me a large lunch order at a brisk pace without complaining. The food tasted alright as well.

Last two Sunday nights in a row when we drove thru drive thru we were told it would be a fifteen or twenty minute wait. We thought it ridiculous since there was only two cars in front of us & seem to move quickly. Not pleased at all we told them no thank you & went next door to Burger King which filled our order in less than 10 minutes, My last trip to Krystal if that is the best they can do every week. East Ridge Tenn , Store on Ringgold Rd.

They actually made my double cheese krystal right the old way just like i like them and they were fresh just took a little longer than i expected

If I could give it negative stars, I would. The woman working the drive thru had the worst customer service I have encountered in a while. Not only was she rude but she was also going to have a debate with my sister about whether or not she could have steamed buns for the chicks that she ordered. The car in front of us had been at the window for well over 5 mins, I could see the timer in the window. When we got to the window, there was no greeting of any kind, she seemed as though she had an attitude, and it took what felt like forever for my sister to get her food. My sister had to ask for her reciept when the lady passed her soda out the window. She didn't say 'thank you', 'have a nice night', or nothing at the end of the transaction. Now, I worked at a Krystal years ago and I remember 3rd shift starting at 10. If that's still the case, she had only been at work for an hour and forty minutes. She still had some hours to go before she gets to go home. If she didn't want to work tonight, she should have called out. Whatever she was mad about should have been left outside the building when she got there. My sister may continue to visit this particular location but as for me, they will not get another dime of my money. I work too hard to earn it to have to deal with or accept subpar customer service. It would be different if my sister had been rude to her but she hadn't. From what I could tell, there was one other person, he walked past the window, that was working with her. So sad......

Very good fast service gave the best price for a combo deal

I live in eastbrainerd and drive all the way to eastridge. Just for the breakfast foods always good but the drive thru lady will just leave you at the window untill shes ready to talk in silence you will be woundering what the hell and then shes rude !!!! With a smart ass nature! Denise!!!!!! Is running custumers off with attiude! Always got remarks about not haveing her coffee yet ? Well she shoud get her ass up earlier so she can we as customers dont want to here about her problems we come to eat not listen to her drama

The bowl scrambler was disgusting... Basically egg and grit soup smothered in butter...

Crystal has changed A lot. I grew up with Krystal. Burgers are pretty much the same. But what happened to the chillies. It's terrible. Nothing more pleasing than dipping your Krystal cheese in your chillie. But now day your chillie sucks. Sorry if your think it hasn't changed than you really never had it bad in the 60's and 70's. Get with the old program. It's it's not broken don't fix it.

My visit was horrible we arrived at the drive thru a little after 10 p.m. the lady who was taking the orders at the drive thru couldn't hear for some unknown reason and was pretty rude when trying to get my order which wasn't a large or confusing order whatsoever then we get to the window and was handed our food there was mustard all over our bag which I didn't notice until I got home and also realized that low and behold our cheese krystals had no cheese on them this is not the first time I've had issues with this location even though it's less than a mile from where I live I'll probably go out of my way to avoid going back to this location

Krystals has really went down in the past year i will give more stars and will review again after next visit as long as the speed and quality are better

I shall bow down to any global entity. Krystal sucks, Krystal greasy, Krystal is bad, and Krystal is not good.

They had me pull up bc corn pups were cooking. Then came out later and said they didn't have any corn pumps. Now 20 mins later she's been out to my car 4 times bc she can't remember a sackful and pick 5. Really?? Is she ever going to bring my food out?

Came in and ordered against my better judgment cause of the slow and rude service and these girls cant even get the order right . Fool working the front counter sweeps the floor while I stand at the counter and then tries and takes my order with an attitude.
Ringgold is a whole lot better .

Food was OK service was slow. Only one person in line. Waited 15 minutes for a icecream for my Grandson. Finally left from frustrated.

No problems getting my food. The food was hot and fresh. The cashier was friendly.

I had a call in order at this location. I ordered a simple party pack and I was told my wait time was 30 minutes. After my wait time I went to pick up my order. When I got to this location I was told my order was not made and had to wait 20 more minutes to get my food. They we're in such need for help the're we're kids cleaning the dining room. I will not visit this location again!

The low carb scramblers are great. They are both filling and delicious. Customer service was fast, pleasant and engaging.

Been sitting here for 10 min for 24 Krystal. I have never been to eastriEast Krystal and then not ask me to pull up .

I don't know what the new owners have done to the old Crystal tradition and reputation but it has been ruined especially Brainerd rd and Ringgold rd chili so hot it reeks of Tabasco also service sucks. This was once one of my favorite places to eat not any more sorry very disappointed can't wait till white castle comes to chatta. They no what good chili an steamed burgers should be.

Didn't take long before we both felt sick. Definitely not going back there again.

Can only take one order at a time for some reason needs some management training.if your in a hurry go somewhere else.
