The Krystal Company Review

They had no ketchup at all we went across the street at Hardee's and got catch up but the crystals were good. Lol

I forgot to order my husband a large water with our food. I asked the cashier to allow me to order while we were waiting on our food to be fixed. I told her I would pay cash since I used a bank card to pay for the original order. She handed my card back & said "That will be $2.50!"

It was ok. I prefer a big burger over tasteless mush.

People there are not friendly and so wo worried about a fake pandemic if they don't start open there doors soon krystal's going to be the next restaurant to close up

I like our neighborhood Krystal, great place for a inexpensive breakfast and a lot of the local community have breakfast there regularly...

4th car in que at drive thru.
25 minutes before I got my order.
5 minute drive home and food was cold.

Waited 20-25 min to get up to the window after ordering. Finally get up to the window and sit another 10 min while I watch the manager yell at the older lady trying to cook the food. Finally get the food and surprise it s wrong. No wonder the cook got it wrong when someone is yelling in her face the whole time she s trying to do her job. This is not my first bad experience at this location. I won t be going back after this.

Terrible customer service way over salted fried dried up old chicks and hard bun..Need I say more!!

Because they are nasty store and have employees that shoot up in the bathrooms especially their manager

Took 5+ mins for order to be taken. Order was kinda wrong. 2 workers. So, I wouldn't recommend this Krystal to anyone who is in a hurry.

Every time I've been here the staff is very rude. Krystals tastes like Krystals no matter which one. But this location needs to do an overhaul on staff and management. When confronted about the rudeness of staff, manager gets very defensive and rude herself. Poorly trained. Equal parts clean/dirty inside. Drive thru takes forever even with no line.

You can get a lot of food for cheap. I've never had an order be wrong. Sometimes the chicken can be overcooked, but the burgers are great.

The last 2 times I have visited this location their where only 2 or 3 cars in line and the wait was at least 15 mins.

Is Krystal's sucks went in there and was waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting

Customer service was lacking. Cashier was not very courteous. She would turn hey back to you and then try to take your order while the previous customer was still needing help. They were also extremely slow getting our order out to us.

I love Krystal's food, but the employee's are never friendly and the restaurants are almost always old and dirty. Nothing different with this location.

Everything is good except for when it's time to "finish processing" the food. That is a very prompt run to the bathroom.

These were probably the freshest Krystal's I've ever eaten plus we got free cookies for the longest time waiting on fresh ones.

Unhealthy and sometimes a tad expensive for what you're getting but it's in a convenient location. Tastes good though!

Hvae had the pleasure of the most incompetent staff ever wait 20 minutes an go in request food or refund an an received wrong order an was told we will call the law and merry Christmas so if you want an messed up order an rude mgrs that's definitely where to go we will driver out of the way if we ever want kryKrys again

Worst fast food service I have ever experienced. To begin with, the lady taking our order we could barely understand. We ended up having to just pull up to the window to order. She repeated pur order to us twice...#1 with cheese, #1 ALL PLAIN, and 2 chiks PLAIN, and chili cheese fries. We were asked to park and they'd bring our order out. Ok. After waiting for about 15 minutes, he brought our order out. All of the burgers had pickles and mustard. None were plain. The chiks were also covered in mayo and pickles. The buns were hard. No fork to eat the chili cheese fries with. My husband walked up to the drive thru window (dining room closed) and told them. She AGAIN repeated the order. We waited over 10 more minutes and literally just decided to leave. How difficult is it? I am very upset that we just wasted over $20 for NOTHING.

Walk in the front door to an empty counter. By empty, I mean no employees at the register. Wait... Wait... Wait... leave. When you do get waited on, the order is usually wrong, or cold. Was my regular (at least 3 days a week) breakfast place for over a year. Finally couldn't deal with it anymore. IF i eat breakfast at Krystal anymore i go to Lee highway location. The manager there (Charlene, I think) runs a tight ship. Always quick service and correct order.

To be honest, I left the drive thru like after 20 minutes of waiting. I was 3rd in line from the window. Ridiculous. I normally have to pull up or into a parking spot and wait if I have a huge order.

Waited for over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru, yes 15 minutes! When I finally received my order it was incorrect it wasn't even my food, no apology was offered nothing just shut the window and turned around. I couldn't even ask for my money back so that I could leave because no one would come back to the window. When she finally handed my order out the window my food was prepared incorrectly and it was cold! I will never understand why we sit in a Drive-Thru forever waiting for our food and when we receive it it is cold. What are we waiting on? Ridiculous! I will never return to this gross establishment ever again! Oh and I called about six times trying to get my money back because the food that I did receive was inedible, nothing.

Yuck! Nasty food and missing part of my order. Not again... I should have known better.

The drive threw is so slow my clothes went out of style they need a half star

Pulled up this morning at 4:20 AM for breakfast like I always do and then I get told that they re closing in a few minutes and I can t be served I thought it was open 24 hours the lady was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me when I had confronted her about the 24 hours she said she did not care and that it wasn t her problem 4/9/2019

It's took 30 minutes to get my food And then it tasted weird and cold

This is the best Crystal in town. Great service and the Krystals have just the right ratio of condiments on them .

I almost didn't go because of the quality of the food and service i received from the Brainerd Rd restaurant...but the level of service we received here was amazing the young lady at the drive thru was a true gem and the Krystal's were of superior quality tasted like when i first ever had them as a kid...food was piping hot and even the were delicious...keep up the good work will definitely visit here again!

The fries are cold the chili sucks and the burgers are cold

Quick friendly service. Still taste just like when i was a kid!! The 7.99 all you can eat (dine in only) was worth it!!

I am a local truck driver. I deliver refrigerated food products. I obtained parking across the street. I was told i could walk up to drive thru to get my 24 pack. After going through the hassle of parking and dealing with the traffic to cross the street, the lady at window was very rude to me and was motioning for me to go away. Refused to serve me or even speak to me. I lost 30 minutes which is all i have for my break. The time was approx 1230am on the 4th of july night and there was nobody in the drive thru. I really hope someone can read this and check cameras to verify who this employee is and find out why she acted in this manner.

Always love Krystals when traveling. Get a bag of 24 to go and eat drive and be happy

No stars, they messed up my food and left out my wife's food

The woman working front counter Donna was very rude slammed the phone down on the counter complains about customers calling and kept making remarks about she wish they would stop this all you can eat we had a hard time getting are french fries from her and she did not want to wait on us

The crew person was not smiling and hardly said much during the order process. I feel like she could have been more friendly, although she wasn't exactly hateful either i ordered the grape Sprite slushie, which was on the watery side for a slushie.
