Each day at SoftRock is new, challenging and fun. It is a chance to work from some of the most intelligent people in the field and learn daily. Our culture is fun, professional and family-like. I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day!

This company doesn't deserve a star. The company is not what I thought it would be. They keep you working for them by giving you lunch on Fridays and having a flag football league. They tell you when you get interviewed that you will be making $600 a week but yet you only make that if you hit your bonus's if you don't hit them you are paid $8.75 to be with people that don't want to talk to you on the phone. If you are good at sales you will be great if not don't even try. You are not helping people find a job you are getting them to speak to schools. I would not recommend working here.

This is not a good Company to work for. They only want results. They dont give you enough time to learn before they fire you. There training... Is nothing but them makingmoney off of everyone and if you dont make it, you are fired. They dont tell you that you have to make so many sales from day to day to move on. And the managers work there dont care. They just see green! If they ever call you back for an interview run!

If you like being bullshited to; bullshitting other people; doing things that you're not sure are 100% legal and being strutted around as eye candy/sex object if you're a beautiful women then this is the place for you! They'll make you feel like you're doing something important at first but they're just trying to source out their BS to the Dominican Republic. Just type in SoftRock and the CEO Alec into Google. Think Wolf of Wallstreet except less creative and not as cunning.

Not what I thought from the beginning. I was told that I would start out making $45k/yr in job description and made half that. Hours were crazy and no leadership at all to help you succeed. I liked the telecommunicated aspect of it , but job applicants felt that I was just promoting getting them to sign up for school rather than helping them with job placement. Paid training up front was not the true $1k that I was expecting and you were given an advance of $250 which was taken out.

I became a Softorcker 5 months ago-this place is amazing!! I completely disagree with Stacey's review. My experience has been nothing less then amazing. I am in constant contact with various levels of managment-the human resources dept has always been there for me whenever I had questions regarding my benefits (THANKS BIANCA!!!) My manager has had my back on days I just wanted to throw in the towel. Every company wants results. Softrock gives back to the community on so many levels and encourages a work hard play hard environment. So many ways to get involved and network-from our news media channels-company events-sport teams....if you have drive initiative and want to be part of one of the best places to work fin Orlando-then look no further-you have arrived. I will never leave....changed my life...real talk.

Fake job postings. I know, I worked there. NONE of the "jobs" that people call to have their info "verified" are real, they're stolen from other web sites. It is all a ploy to get you to sign up for on line college. VERY high turn over rate. 15 of us "managers" were terminated all at once because the numbers fell 1% below what they wanted. The CEO is a convicted felon for fraud.
