Worst fast food service I have ever experienced. To begin with, the lady taking our order we could barely understand. We ended up having to just pull up to the window to order. She repeated pur order to us twice...#1 with cheese, #1 ALL PLAIN, and 2 chiks PLAIN, and chili cheese fries. We were asked to park and they'd bring our order out. Ok. After waiting for about 15 minutes, he brought our order out. All of the burgers had pickles and mustard. None were plain. The chiks were also covered in mayo and pickles. The buns were hard. No fork to eat the chili cheese fries with. My husband walked up to the drive thru window (dining room closed) and told them. She AGAIN repeated the order. We waited over 10 more minutes and literally just decided to leave. How difficult is it? I am very upset that we just wasted over $20 for NOTHING.
