Waited for over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru, yes ...

Waited for over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru, yes 15 minutes! When I finally received my order it was incorrect it wasn't even my food, no apology was offered nothing just shut the window and turned around. I couldn't even ask for my money back so that I could leave because no one would come back to the window. When she finally handed my order out the window my food was prepared incorrectly and it was cold! I will never understand why we sit in a Drive-Thru forever waiting for our food and when we receive it it is cold. What are we waiting on? Ridiculous! I will never return to this gross establishment ever again! Oh and I called about six times trying to get my money back because the food that I did receive was inedible, nothing.
