This hotel was an amazing experience. The location was key as all main attractions were within walking distance. The omni rewards service makes his hotel a step above all the others and the best part is it is free of charge. The staff were all super friendly. It was nice to see they had valet service and greaters at the door. The giant chess pieces in the main lobby was a neat look as well. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathrooms were huge!!! They even had mirrors outside each room which my wife liked each time we left the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto. It was only a little more money than your typical Hilton hotel and every penny was worth it as you get more for your money and a better experience. You will leave wanting to come back. Thanks!!!

Upgraded to a suite for free! The room was huge! Had all the regular furnishings, King sized bed, and ensuite washroom. Service was great, staff was super friendly, and the lobby was very extravagant.

For the past three years my husband and I, along with our son have enjoyed celebrating Christmas by attending the buffet dinner held on the 25th.
We also make the event complete by spending the night at the hotel and enjoying a leisurely breakfast the following morning.
We would highly recommend this as a most enjoyable experience and hope to continue this tradition for many years to come.

Was here at the Cafe Victoria for High Tea. Was here with family and we had the traditional tea. The service was great and they had free coat check. The tea and food we're both great, have plans on going back in the summer.

when in Toronto, this is my "must stay at" hotel. I's stayed here 3 ro 4 times now and dont even look for another spot. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and the bed, omg the bed!! ... so comfortable! As an added bonus, the doorman is amazing!

Large, clean rooms with lots of amenities, including mini fridge & Keurig machine. Bathroom with walk-in shower and lighted mirror. Hotel lacks parking but valet ($48) and nearby parking is available. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Room with "city view" directly faced a hallway window.

Fantastic afternoon high tea experience! The room feels big, the seating is comfortable, and the food and tea delicious. I recommend the King Edward Blend. Make sure you take advantage of the coat check and the little reading nook with the chess set!

The service and venue were beyond a 5 star rating. The service was too good, and 5 stars is often given very easily. This was flawless. Our expectations were blown away. Highly recommend the venue. I promised them I would acknowledge their service via a review it was that great.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It's in a great location downtown Toronto. It's quite large and very modern. It's upper class and definitely worth the money. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you're here.

Room was decent sized, a bit older could see some cracks in the wall. Soap dried out your hands. Developed a bit of a rash from the overnight sleep (perhaps the pillow/sheets, my skin isn't typically that sensitive. Food was good, not over the top amazing. Service was quite good throughout. Interesting that I needed to walk over and speak to the concierge myself, rather than front desk calling for my valet directly as I checked out. Re: my rash, they offered me a $50 credit for lunch for the inconvenience. It's finally healed up after 2days.

We were here as part of a wedding and stayed in a suite with a separated bedroom. It was spacious and served our needs as we had a young baby we wanted a separate area for to put down for a nap. We asked for a crib and a rollaway bed and both were provided. An unexpected cookie and milk were dropped off during the day as a greeting to our kids, which was helpful! The food was amazing. Our dinner for the wedding was a 5 course meal and delicious!
We were on the 14th floor but the elevators are fast and you never wait. The buffet in the Victoria restaurant in the morning was exquisite and well worth the charge. It was a treat to have fresh squeezed orange juice.
Every employee we encountered was happy, friendly, and quick to do whatever would be helpful.
The valet service (which we felt was probably the best choice given we had 2 young kids and don't really know the area) was something I was initially not thrilled to have to pay for, but it was easy, we just pulled up right out front and had no worries to deal with and always had our car brought out immediately if we called down in advance for it. My husband actually really enjoyed that we had valet for this visit.
All in all it was a real treat to go. They have so many employees there to meet your needs and it is a warm and friendly atmosphere. The housekeeper/maid even asked when she saw me in the hall if there was anything extra I would like for the room, and then offered me extra waters.
We were definitely taken care of at the Omni!

I have tried contacting the hotel multiple times over the phone and via email but futile. It has now been well over two weeks and am waiting to hear back from someone with a solution to the fact that they broke my tab, lost the data and aren t offering me any acceptable solution.
The hotel itself is fine, comfortable - I don t want to take that away from them. But when i am promised that they will connect with me to resolve the situation that has upset me so much (it s not as much about the tab as it is about the data on it!), I expect to hear back. And no, it should not take more than two weeks.

Came here for a special convention and it was amazing. The customer service was exceptional. Choose your room wisely and you will be very happy with the space and cleanliness. Housekeeping was very attentive, desk staff top notch and the restaurant was wonderful. We came in late and the outside attendant was super nice and got us situated in our room comfortably. I can be very hard to please when it comes to hotels but this one met my expectations. The location is excellent for walking to attractions and public transportation. You can park your car in a nearby garage and pick it up at the end of your trip because traffic can be hectic in Toronto. As a side note for pet owners there are convenient green space locations within quick walking distance. You will have a great feeling coming back to this oasis daily. Enjoy.
