I brought in an heirloom that was recently passed down to me to get some of the stones set into a design more my style. I did not know what exactly I wanted, but I arrived with some concepts and aesthetics that I like. Janelle, the store manager, chatted with me through those ideas, and together we came up with a perfect set of stacking rings that I couldn't be happier with. Everyone was so patient, helpful, enthusiastic and encouraging. I feel so grateful to have taken my business to the Ithaca Jewel box. Would recommend it to anyone!

I took 2 of my grandmother's rings in for re-sizing. The work was carefully done to ensure that the rings maintained their original integrity, and they came out beautifully!

I was recommended to go by many people on facebook. I can say I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and like my rings were going to be left in good hands. I had to have both of my wedding bands resized and put back together after having them cut off 6 months prior. They gave accurate estimates, and were prompt to call back and communicate when my rings were ready. I love them even more now!! The service and quality of work is wonderful!

Micky is a world-class artist and jeweler. I own may pieces from her collections, as well as several custom pieces. They remain my favorites year-after-year. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A lovely place packed full of tempting gemstones and creations. And the gem roundtable is a really special event. Don't miss out!

I've shopped in many jewelry stores in Ithaca and beyond. Hala, Micky and the goldsmiths are great! They all have a passion for gemstones and have really cool styles for a variety of taste.The quality of the craftsmanship is unbeatable and priced very fairly.
The staff are open and approachable as well as true pros!

Very bad experience with a rude staff and having an antique ring ruined by the jeweler.

order an engagement ring with a diamond. When the ring was delivered the stone was cracked. I called right away and took photos of the cracked stone. The owner's response was " I never guaranteed the stone wouldn't be cracked".. It was supposed to be white gold but I doubt the metal content as well.
It was a shoddy looking poor quality piece of work.

It is so exciting in this day and age to have a local jeweler with a National reputation and ability. Their custom made items are exquisite, and their customer service is top-notch. I was late getting something for a family member's birthday, and they were able to get it for me next day with their National connections. Thanks, Jewelbox!

Had a great experience even though I was just having a old watch fob chain examined to see if was gold or not. Very nice. Very helpful. Courteous treatment by all staff I talked with. I would definitely go back and use them in the future.

I'm a little late in reviewing, but what a great and friendly staff! My experience was fantastic! I went to buy a mother's ring for my mom's birthday. I had a couple designs in mind, but was still open to ideas. Janelle, was fantastic! I showed her a couple designs I was thinking about and she sent me an email a few days later with some other ideas. I ended up going in and we sat and "shopped" until I found the ring that was perfect for my mom! I ordered it and Janelle actually delivered it to my office for me!! Before I gave my mom the ring, she happened to slip that her current ring was a little big. I freaked out! I emailed Janelle late that night and she told me the next day to bring the ring in that week and she would have it resized. I was so thankful and she even gave me a fantastic deal on the resize! Then, she re-delivered it to my office! The ring is beautiful; my mom is so happy, she wears it every day and she gets tons of compliments! Wow, wow, wow!!! I can't recommend these guys enough! They've earned a customer for life!

In my quest to find my perfect 30th anniversary ring, I was helped by a very professional, warm and friendly staff. I was given time to browse and try on various rings without feeling pressured to buy. I did eventually find a ring and Micky even changed the finish on my original band to match my new ring. I was thrilled at how quickly it was completed and how beautiful the set turned out. Thank you for helping me with this sentimental milestone. I am thrilled with my purchase and will shop the Jewelbox in the future!

Really cute little store with a friendly staff. They helped my wife and I pick out our wedding rings, and they were at a very reasonable price and were able to meet our short deadline and got them to us within a week. They also did a fantastic job resizing our engagement rings which had pretty intricate designs and repairing some scratches and dings that they had picked up. I would go here if you need to have an important piece of jewelry repaired.

I have shopped at the Jewelbox several times. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism, even when I haven t made a purchase. I bought my wife s engagement ring and both of our wedding bands here. The staff were patient and helpful as we ran version after version past them. We are both so pleased with our rings. We ve each independently received several compliments on them.

There s a wide array of pieces and styles available. Not everything is my cup of tea, but they re willing to customize ANYTHING!

You really can t go wrong at this shop.

Wonderful folks. Mickey Roof is friendly, patient and very helpful as are the ladies who work in the shop. I left two rings to be resized and repaired. The work was beautifully done.

Stopped in yesterday as I was biking around town to have new heavy duty clasps put on my bracelet, staff was super friendly and understanding In what I was looking for. originally was going to take a few days but after I explained I was on a time frame I got a call back in about an hour saying it was done. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any repair I might need in the future. Thanks
