Was fine 2 times before. This order they put a "pending" hold on the amount in my bank account, then claimed my card was declined. I rarely use the account aside from depositing money when I need to buy something like this.
When I provided the confirmation (a screenshot of my actual bank statement), they asked if I wanted to use another payment method. What? How can you put a hold on the total amount and then say it declined?
***Email correspondence is a nightmare. Each message is replied by another random person that does not bother to read the thread of previous messages.
**I used to live chat feature and the woman addressed me by the wrong name immediately after I told it to her IN WRITING.
*I simply cancelled the order to try to get the funds back to reorder. The original $102 is still in "pending status" and unavailable to me, so I can't make the order. Good thing my dog doesn't NEED this medicine to survive. I feel for anyone in that situation.
Sorry for the long review but others need to be aware that they will dance around your problems and take no accountability. If it wasn't for their flea med price being significantly cheaper than the vet, I'd never give them my business again.
