I'm a little late in reviewing, but what a great and friendly staff! My experience was fantastic! I went to buy a mother's ring for my mom's birthday. I had a couple designs in mind, but was still open to ideas. Janelle, was fantastic! I showed her a couple designs I was thinking about and she sent me an email a few days later with some other ideas. I ended up going in and we sat and "shopped" until I found the ring that was perfect for my mom! I ordered it and Janelle actually delivered it to my office for me!! Before I gave my mom the ring, she happened to slip that her current ring was a little big. I freaked out! I emailed Janelle late that night and she told me the next day to bring the ring in that week and she would have it resized. I was so thankful and she even gave me a fantastic deal on the resize! Then, she re-delivered it to my office! The ring is beautiful; my mom is so happy, she wears it every day and she gets tons of compliments! Wow, wow, wow!!! I can't recommend these guys enough! They've earned a customer for life!
