Marvellous food hall and drink emporium. They also stock a comprehensive range of hunting attire.

Upmarket outlet. Gorgeous surroundings. Great eats.

Soooo expensive for everything. Stop for lunch on a trip to inverness, a soup is like 8 pound. Why dont they have a petrol station. Only really convenient for a toilet stop.

Well geared up for visitors re covid. But parking was a bit sparce for disabled as a few space taken up by a sale tent. Managed to park eventually

Always stop here as the food is so fresh & plenty to choose from.

The prices are high and the SALE stock was old fashioned. Great range of tourist products.

Very little social distancing in the shop and restaurant areas. No markers on floors and no staff monitoring busy areas. Not a comfortable visit for such a large busy outlet with loads of visitors .

Good coffee and cake and lovely walk to falls of Bruar

Meal cold very expensive for tourists only not a true reflection of Scotland.

Always try and stop here if I am traveling on the A9. Great place to have a snack or cooked meal. Tend to do more window shopping rather than buying due to expensive items, but I suppose quality comes at a price!

The have a fine selection on Scottish clothing. The have a nice hall of food. D9nt forget to try the lobster and chips from the chip store.

Overpriced and long queues for food during lunchtime. It is a nice place to stop in the gateway to the Scottish Highlands

Great stop off on the A9 plenty parking and nice food.

Good shopping staff are great toilets are spotless and the falls are lovely

I never pass it's fab great gift ideas restaurant amazing staff lovely but you need large wallet plenty parking and dog rest area too

Always love having lunch and a browse here. Good quality products and not always expensive.

Premium goods at premium prices.........and premium fish and chips!

Expensive but worth it fantastic setting, you must do the walk behind the building .if you like the country way then this is for you.

Great place to visit. You can almost get anything from a needle to an anchor, including food.

Great place to stop and shop and the waterfalls are beautifull aswell .fantastic scenery .allways clean in all the shops and tiolets .lots of choice when shopping .we allways stop there on the way up to nairn and on our way back home to england .

Good for knitwear, trousers, but no gents outfitters - better for ladies.

Stop if you are ever passing, have a coffee or a bite to eat. Good delicatessen but rather expensive for everything else.

One of the best shopping center with their own in-house brands of food and clothes.

The food here was excellent and the shopping experience was good. Free samples to try and lots of local produce to buy.

An upmarket shopping experience with everything Scottish. Expensive place though there is a sale warehouse with discounts to be found. Nearby are the Falls of Bruar - lovely waterfalls and stream walk.

Expensive but plush, fab loos. Very much aimed at foreign tourists and their money.

Lobster and chips is a bit overpriced but was tasty

Good, if slightly pricey, tourist stop for Scottish foods and quality cashmere or lambswool. Good souvenirs and we always stop in for a wander round when in the area.

Quite busy at this time, long queues for food, but overall a good shopping experience.

Too much to mention. Some good sale items , others I would need a mortgage.

Lol.... tourist hot spot. Don't think it's as giid as it's made out. Foodvis okay, nothing special for the price. Beautiful walks up the falls, take a picnic ans save money.

Rubbish , overpriced stuff , nothing special . Staff very pleasant . Place very clean. Food poor. Fish & chip shop outside looked and smelled lovely but the chips were rubbish rock hard and tasteless . Avoid at all costs . Looks a lovely place and probably could be but it's all fur coat and no knickers . Vastly overrated. Would never go there again

A gem on the road to the Highlands. Expensive but classy shopping experience with a wide choice of delicatessens, butcher, bakery products, clothing, haberdasherie and much much more. First class restaurant and a chip shop which sells lobster and chips just typifying this place. A 'Harrods' of the north well worth stopping for.

Harrods in the sky! Great place and setting. A bit pricy but where else might you find 12 hind quarters of Angus beef hung for 21 days. Well worth a stop, eat, shop.

Fantastic range of departments from fishing to farm shop. Great home selection and country fashion for all the family. Expensive products but very good quality. Food hall is fantastic. Would recommend the soup and the fish and chips! Beautiful setting

The falls are the best part, but the shops and cafe offer a good break on the A9

Strange place for the elite wealthy, really felt uncomfortable there

What is there not to like....? Huge parking area with designated shaded areas for cars with dogs, excellent restaurant, super clean toilets and so much to see and buy.

Staff were helpful and very polite. Great choices in restaurant, had a lovely lunch.

Nice stop over and a grand shopping place, enroute Inverness / Edinburgh on A9. Has a scenic falls, a small castle nearby. The ice cream there was particularly nice!

Lovely place to shop. Food hall has a great selection to choose from. Staff always very helpful and restaurant also has a good variety of meals, home made soup is delicious. Clothing area is superb.

Loads of stores, things to do in a lively location.

Toilets closed, staff misinformed, not a good experience.

Top quality Scottish produce as far as thee eye can see!

We just had a plate of soup and the biggest slice of bread ever, tea and cake before we went to do a bit of shopping. Nice place to spend a couple of hours.
