i have always enjoyed everything about this hotel. Until my last visit when i left my swimsuit and instead of staff turning it into lost/found they just threw it away.

The best hotel in Dearborn. Very impressed and once corona is over I'm coming back. That you for the excellent service

Very nice hotel, with interesting and varies artwork covering the walls (in collaboration with Park West). Helpful staff, nice beds and furniture.

From the second my husband locked his keys in the car and the front desk handled the issue to check out, we were treated like loved family. Great restaurant suggestions and tourist attractions to fit into a business visit Great location.

The beds are extremely comfortable. Beautiful lobby and ballrooms

Nice hotel for a stay. The staff, however, makes it feel like a much more expensive experience. The doormen know your name. The valets and porters assist in every way possible. It was a perfect night to start the holiday season. Great pool facility and restaurant. Good location. We will be back

This is a great hotel with wonderful service. They are able to handle any concern and questions with ease and efficiency.

Interesting and nice place to stay with a good bar and bar food. You could walk to the mall but it's a ways. On the concierge floor is a self service wine machine with four wines you pay for with your room card. That is convenient but gets expensive.

Hotel is amazing especially if you are into art. The rooms are kind of average though.

Rooms are beautiful, team is great, event rooms are lovely. The walls are a bit thin, but I will be happy to recommend to friends and family.

The place and only place to stay while in Dearborn. Love Ford.

Very classy hotel. Door man to greet you, nice art on various walls. Lots of presentation rooms for conventions. They have a nice members room for drinks, desserts, and nice views from the 10th floor. Beds are comfortable as well.

Very good hotel near Ford offices. They have a paintings galary where you can buy paintings . Good customer service. Considering it is Dearborn area you wont find any veg options for food in their restaurant TRIA. Nice rooms.

Was there for a wedding last month. Hotel was good, but the man that attended to us at the lobby had this snug attitude with us. Granted, I was tired after a 10 hour drive and didn't look my best, but as a paying customer, I expected more.

My daughter's friend had her reception there...everything was so nice and delicious !!!

Great venue for a conference. I appreciated the features art work from park west gallery as well.

One of the best hotels in Detroit by far. It made me feel like I was in the Queen's palace.The food was excellent I had the blackened duck. They had a very nice staff the place was very Clean and well ordered. I can't wait until I go back and see it again!

Beautiful Hotel in Dearborn with a lovelylovely staf. You find a art gallery inside the hotel with many wonderfulwonderful pictures Wich are displayed all over the hotel. It's just a bit far outside. You will need a car to get there. No shuttle busses.

I loved the location and the hotel, the staff was so rude I could not believe it. Save yourself the trouble and do not have your wedding here. I was made promises by my Event Manager and they were broken numerous times. Staff was very unprofessional.

Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary there. They went way out of there way to decorate the room!! The food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. Everyone was very nice. Had a great experience!

I was at The Henry for a conference. The staff were excellent in every way. It almost seemed like everything came from an endless pit. Food didn't seem to run out, beverage carts stayed full, and all amenities were top notch.

Gorgeous hotel! The artwork is amazing. The catering staff serving at the conference I attended were particularly friendly and helpful.

We visited the hotel for dinner at Tria. The restaurant is nice and has a menu without something for everybody. They have great specials, a nice wine & beer selection, and a laid back atmosphere. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area or staying at the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very supportive of our function. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate a large conference of over 300 people.

Awesome hotel to stay at. I love all the artwork on the walls as you walk through the hallways. Their breakfast is really good. From the top windows you have good views and can see Canada.

Very nice hotel from the moment that you pull up from check in to check out very accommodating. I had everything in the room that I had requested before arrival and I was obliged with early check-in. The room was nice and that is upscale as I thought it would be as a relates to the price I think you paid more for what's in the lobby and for the restaurant. I will go back....

Attended a Merit conference at this location. Staff was very friendly and the building was pristine.

The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower, juice stains on the chairs, garbage wasn t emptied. I use the room for about 2 hours. Called to speak to a manager (that was not very professional), when I told her we were only in the room for 2 hours she argued with me and told me I was there for 4 hours. Just because I checked in on the app prior to arrival doesn t me I was there at that time. I live in Buffalo NY, I know what time I left and how long it takes to get there. We didn t arrive to Michigan till around 4 and made a few stops before heading to the hotel. I arrive at the hotel between 5:15 and 5:30, we called the front desk around 7 and were out before 730. May we were there for 2 & 1/2 hours. Either way we were charged for a dirty room. Thanks for the 20% but that s not sufficient.

Beauitful hotel, only stayed one night and the concierge lounge was closed.

worst experience EVER!!!! as a Platinum elite member who spends thousands of dollars into the Marriott for business travel, I was out the room for a business meeting and after requesting late check-out I came back to my room and my things had been packed up by their housekeeping staff and moved out... Several items missing from my luggage when I checked it and they could care less. I have been calling them for a week about my missing shoes and other items. They couldn't check the room because someone had already checked in the room as soon as they kicked me out.... $100 shoes gone and they could careless after the loyalty I have given their company... very disappointed to feel robbed and kicked out of my hotel room. And no one has try to resolve this issue. I could barely get a call back... took 7 days for them to call me just to say oh well ... we can't help you. Very poor compassion and support from them after my shoes was stolen out of my hotel room.

I think it's goofy when hotels have your room's TV on to "greet" you, but this one was on and set to Fox News. Take that into account when you're deciding where to spend your money.

By far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at! Staff, to include the management were very rude! I have never been treated like this at any Marriott! There are many other hotel options in Dearborn. I highly recommend you try one of those!

I would not host any event here, nor would I use this facility ever again! The entire front office staff at this hotel needs replaced! What a disgrace to the Marriott name!

Very pretty, yet cluttered. I never have cell service after I enter the doors, though.

Stayed at the Henry while on a business trip to Detroit and was extremely satisfied. Welcoming and attentive staff, upscale luxury feel, well appointed room, and great dining at TRIA (the onsite restaurant). Every staff member I passed walking through the hotel greeted me with a genuine positive attitude. Should I return to the area I will ensure The Henry is apart of my stay.

Great staff and great food. I would recommend this hotel. The commute to Detroit is very easy. Also very easy drive to the airport.

Everything was very nice. My big gripe which is nothing is that the lobby can only be reached by the elevator. The stairs are strictly for emergency situations.
