The facility had a power outage and the check-in counter staff s method of dealing with, alleviating and communicating the issue was completely inappropriate for such a well recognized brand. They projected the issue onto the customer instead of taking responsibility for the situation. Check-in counter staff in general was poor with general service. It did not seem like they were happy to be there and provide what was expected from them - hospitality.
