THIS PLACE IS AWSOME! Am in Adelaide for the weekend and I was expecting some crappy old casino but it's definitely not that! Really nice layout and doesn't feel cramped. The Bars are really nice with different themes everywhere. Cool Pims courtyard. Nice tables to play on (still didn't win tho). You could go here and have a drink and not gamble. Heaps of places to eat with different food. Definitely check this place out if you're in Adelaide.

Disgusting and dangerous place with mostly rude and/or incompetent bar tenders. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Only redeeming factor is that there are a few regulars that drink and smoke in the back area who are incredibly friendly and wise in their own weird ways.

I've always had great times here, security staff are right on the money, especially when some clown threw drinks at the bar staff. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended if you want to relax for a couple of hours, have a coffee or beverage and absorb the atmosphere. Bring back the flamingo girls!

Worst Casino in Australia. Went to the casino tonight. Got a bad attitude from the security. A lady security let a group of Australians in without checking their identifications but decided to check mine and was denied entry on a wednesday morning just because my identification was in the process of renewal, which i had other identifications to show the validity of my identification. Got a rude comment from her saying that an identification recognised by the police is not valid at this casino. Remember to bring an identification that the casino recognised as they may not allow you entry even if you bring one that the police deem valid.

I went their tonight, as a customer it wasnt a fun or a nice experience, it was awkward and annoying. There was no identifiable staff to guide ur experience. I was thirsty nearly the whole time i was there, even tho i planed on spending a good amount on drinks , my only relief was when i stopped playing blackjack to go and get a drink myself on two occasions. Surely u make enough money that customers dont have to wait long for drinks. Anytime i won money in the pokies at the front i had to travel right to the back to get the cash, which was about 50m away. Not a good setup or enjoyable even tho i walked out several hundred dollars better off. i dont see a reason why id comeback

Whilst waiting for our train we had a little time to kill so we went to the casino. (prior to Covid19)
I don't particularly like casino's at all but the layout of the Adelaide casino has a nice atmosphere.
My husband played one machine and tripled the money he'd put in so in effect that paid for our dinner.
It's nice that there's multiple restaurants to choose from and live music if wanting to dance or simply enjoy the vibe.

I don't like the new pokie machines they would be better off having a series of live local bands of different genre of music, in different areas and concentrate on making it an all aussie themed venue. Like having a sports bar dedicated to Bradman for cricket, live music with Aussie greatest hits, a cafe with Aussie bbq, even crocodile Dundee bar... come on Aussie come on... we are not asia...boring...

Fantastic casino. The VIP section is amazing and so are the staff but sad to say down stairs needs a lot of work to bring it in line with other casinos in Australia. Over all it's a great casino.

When the casino was first opened it was a classy place with a strict dress code and a place to celebrate milestone life events with friends. You could also play 2-up, a uniquelly Australian game which is only legally able to be played on Anzac day each year. The restaurants and buffets were amazing

Fast forward to today, 2020, and it has become a bogan paradise; food is below par, no 2-up, a dress code for the greater unwashed, basically it has no redeeming features, my visit was a total let down and I suggest you walk past it and pay no attention as there are better places to visit in Adelaide.
