Really don't appreciate when I get lied to by casino staff. The only reason I gave a 2nd star is because they have less pokies than most casinos.

I came here to watch a rugby game! There are casinos and games, and if you go up to the escalator, you will find a mesh shop and a bar. There were lots of competition games on the wall, and there was rugby in the main! There are even paid seats.

Most times the meals are good, but the last two times they were a bit down. In the new eating place, that use to be the Barrosa Bar and Grill, I had the fish and chips which came out with oily tasting fish and no salad. Then I had the large roast of the day which tasted good but was quite small.

Too many pokie machines bring back the horse racing game and two up they were the most fun

Beautiful Casino, but not as big as Crown in Melbourne..

Decided to have lunch which was very reasonably priced and very delicious.

The building is one of the best looking in Australia, especially build over 100 years ago. " classic looking "

Its a Casino, same same as anywhere in the world, only a tad smaller.

Great food, and Sean's Kitchen is the best restaurant we go to for those special dinners.

I had my share of casinos I been to this place by far the most rude casino I have been to staff are really rude sorry to say they get very angry easy and ask u to leve for being bit to Lond my first visit back in February was good staff were really nice over time this casino falling apart in matter of few months there customer service is really bad from dealers to host to even the attendants food the only good thing it got going for it and the feeling as u walk is more like a depressed hotel.

Definitely not the best casino in Australia or anywhere close to it. It's all pretty bland and lifeless in terms of a casino. The rewards offered to members isn't all that amazing and the selection of tables is pretty average.

The mood around the tables was a bit low, but that happens when you loose money ;)
The ground floor bar at the rear of the casino is an amazing relaxed alfresco space.
The buffet was full of choice, loved it!
Loved the optional wine buffet too!!

Not interested in customer service at all. Sports bar had one person serving drinks and tab so had to keep waiting. Go downstairs to Chandelier bar and only one person serving but to busy doing table orders. No worries having multiple tables empty and paying staff t o stand there.

It was a hot night..yet no air conditioning...food was sub par...floor was covered with paper clips...no music entertainment...never will go back there...very disappointed...

The staff seemed reasonably friendly but the food was not impressive.

It's a very dirty out dated casino. You would think that being a smaller chain casino it would offer a cleaner happier vibe with a feel that welcomes you but it does far from that. Toilets that are filthy and machines that seem as though they have never been wiped down since the opening. A little goes a long way.

Asked the lady at the front reception area to recommend a steak preference dining area she recommend Robinson's best steak I have had for years 350 gram cooked exactly as requested melted in my mouth great service crew polite highly recommended casinos not a place I would normally visit but glad I did

Love the service the energised bubbly energy that flows the this Casino is like no other.. uplifting out going people. Wanna good time Adelaide Casino is the place to go. Feel down. Went in for a meal. Prices were OK meal was just ok nothing special.

Very good. Had a great steak and service was brilliant. We live in Barmera and will try to do it again.

Great place to hang out and enjoy with friends, but gamble responsibly

Being someone who's been working in gaming for most of their adult life, I was really looking forward to checking out the Adelaide Casino. Sadly I was extremely underwhelmed by the lack of atmosphere and the confusing nature of the layout of the rooms. I understand that being housed inside of a train station gives you limited space to work with, but I was there for about 2 hours and I don't think I got to see everything, simply because I was confused as to where I was and wasn't allowed to go. Staff were reasonable, but didn't seem all that approachable to ask questions. Also, as an avid poker player was extremely disappointed with the fact that the poker zone is only open on the evenings. I look forward to giving you guys another go once the redevelopment is completed.

It's a casino, not bad but it's open 24/7 so go here if you get locked out after 3pm lock out and your just not done building that drunken regret. Regret!

Whilst waiting for our train we had a little time to kill so we went to the casino. (prior to Covid19)
I don't particularly like casino's at all but the layout of the Adelaide casino has a nice atmosphere.
My husband played one machine and tripled the money he'd put in so in effect that paid for our dinner.
It's nice that there's multiple restaurants to choose from and live music if wanting to dance or simply enjoy the vibe.

Love this place. Didn't do a lot of gambling but went when my jetlag kept me up when everything else had closed or I wanted to watch British football at crazy times. The staff were super friendly. It's a shame it's so empty at night eh. I guess that's to be expected though. No idea what it's like busy, soz.

Not a bad place to hang out, but there's not so much for any of your group that doesn't gamble. If you get lost, which you well might, you can always ask security or other staff for help. Gamble responsibly folks

Had a blast of a night! Andrew the blackjack dealer was a cheeky little thang and took all my monies but apart from that outstanding service and excellent lighting

When the casino recently reopened me and some mates decided to visit the casino after dinner. Earlier that day we called to understand entry requirements and we were advised it was members only due to COVID-19 restrictions which is fair enough. The person advised us to register online to become members and that we could complete the registration upon arrival .. this was on Saturday night.

Sure enough once we got there on Saturday night we were denied entry and asked to complete membership during the week despite our earlier enquiry. That was very disappointing and to top it off the door man said they d turned away 1200 people that weekend for the same reason but he said it in way like he was proud of it .. very odd, I would think they d want to encourage people in not to turn them away. Oh well, we had fun elsewhere.

Very disappointing from what it once was.
All they have done is made it bigger and modernised it. What happened to the old chandelier?!!.
Not impressed with the new look at all.

A busy casino where you can give out your money in small and large denominations

Something for everyone here. If you're not a gambler can watch live sports or watch and listen to live music. Lots of different restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets. Right in the city so easily accessible.
