They need static security staff posted on the balcony. Albeit it was after 3am, but shouldn't have to endure drunked load-mouthed louts, being abusive, looking for trouble. Duty of Care comes to mind!

An absolute dive during the day, a bit better at night but certainly not classy or anything synonymous of that. I'm not a fan of casinos but they usually have facilities for people who come and dont gamble. This place is just gaming machines, alcohol, crappy cafeteria type food, assaults and sticky floors

Always enjoy going here!! Sober or drunk. Play the pokies or have a go on the tables. Any table game you're unfamiliar with, the croupiers are always very descriptive on how to play! Always an enjoyable experience..5 stars!!

Pretty average casino, no where near the standards expected

Great venue however some staff are not friendly enough, however the girl on cashier was very friendly and polite.

The security here really let this place down. I have been in the industry for twenty plus years and I'd fire most of them in a heart beat. There is one muppet who stands out the front on the weekend asking people if they've had anything to drink tonight? Anyone that answers yes, even if it is one glass of wine is refused entry. He needs to read up on his laws, its refusal of intoxicated patrons, not someone whose had one drink. He should be refused entry to the casino for being power drunk.

Average casino with plenty of pokies. A fair few roulette and blackjack tables with a section dedicated to baccarat.
Located on North Terrace, it is easily accessible by public transport or walking distance from most city hotels. Limited parking.

This place is great, but in all honesty since I lived in Adelaide and visited regularly 15 years ago it's gone majorly down hill.
There used to be more area upstairs for gaming, there used to be a fake horse track where you could sit down and bet on plastic horse races around a big table that even had a button to press for drink service (this was crazy good). There was human double ups, where instead of a KENO screen a bloke would throw the coins up in the air, the crowd he brang in, you could hardly see him there was that many surrounding him. Last time I went in the pokies the atmosphere was nowhere near what it used to be. The service for a payout was extremely slow. I sat on my machine for over 20 minutes waiting.
I would of rated 5 stars if I didn't see it in all its glory. Bring it back to how it used to be

Average , I know no how blest I m with crown in Melbourne , this wannabe casino is basically a large police faculty , no life or atmosphere . Workers are not interested and look bored

We had lunch in the lucky noodle the staff were top notch and the food was brilliant too.

I have a shocking and horrific experience about this place. I had a couple of glasses of wine while playing blackjack and I couldn't remember a thing after the second glass. I was winning thousands of $ but I ended up waking up on the street with no money and memory. I don't normally get drunk with two bottles of wine. What could've happened?

Drab casino. Pokies are the worst paying I have ever encountered! Didn't see even 1 person win more than a few dollars. Machines don't take notes and you have to load up some ridiculous card or play with coins, absolute rubbish! Don't waste your money gambling here!

Went to the Barossa restaurant in here beautiful food and friendly service. I like all the different restaurants they've got here now

I enjoy an occasional game andcthis facility provides that pleasure. It is comfortable and buzzing.
