We thought we would go to the casino for a meal and have a nice night. Wrong it s dirty and no were decent to have a meal. What an embarrassment for Adelaide. It used to be great in the 80s and 90s WHAT happened. Won t be back

Went to have some lunch and the soup was horrible and my friend ordered Chiken wings and got dry tasteless drumettes

I found the casino very out dated. Queensland hotels, clubs and casinos have a far better systems with regards to how money is deposited and withdrawn from machines.

Hmmm, not really my style. I have seen many Casinos around the world. This one looks quite old and worn out. But the bar upstairs is nice if you want to have a drink with friends.

Good fun, nice hospitality and all staff like family members.

I enjoy the evenings at SkyCity. Great atmosphere, professional staff and great variety of games ;) The cafe inside is also a great spot for reasonably priced lunch and coffee.

Was looking for somewhere to take my daughter for her 18th birthday next year

The casino its self has a really nice building. Thats about all. The roulette tables are low and uncomfortable to bet on, the baccarat is a joke and rushed. Its honestly a terrible place.

Nice cosy place to spend some money or enjoy a great meal

Actually only went to the restaurant which was excellent. I'd rather spend money than just lose it!

My experience at the adelaide casino was most definitely the biggest disappointment and let down by a long long real far long way!! It was the most expensive beer prices ive been charged, not only i was charged $20 for 2 beers i put $450 into a cats n bats machine and my biggest credit win for the night was $9.37.....

Apart from the gambling there is music or drinks or something to eat. Something for everyone

Bustling, great live music and customer service! The toilets were disappointing though. Dirty and smelly. Ruins the grand vibe.

Kicked out of casino for no reason abused verbally by manager and other staff for no apparent reason...playing on table and having laugh with people on table...see your security cameras 30 december...husband was behind me . when security randomly came over and told my husband he had to leave...because he was looking at ceiling? .really??? I was perplexed Why,? Security calling me darl which angered me...condescending plus manager telling me i was swearing at him....i agree i said f .. at least 4 times mate...grow up mate you did not explain why we had to leave Mathew ..obviously i was upset as you would not give me a decent reason for telling us to leave.....i would of been happy to discuss with police that night.however was i able to find an officer......we will never recommend your casino to our famimy or friends

Just found out about the Happy Hour that is from 5-7pm everyday. Awesome way to catch up with friends :) Also, man at the cocktail bar was extremely nice and helpful.

Lovely staff. Very friendly but the place is little more than a big pokie venue with a couple of table games.

Ordered Scotch fillet steaks from the Barossa Bar and Grill, both medium. Steaks were tough and grissley. Looked like the outside had been microwaved and raw in parts on the inside. Very disappointing. Although the coffee and dessert deal for $7.50 was good value.

Nice at the sports bar restaurant are very busy but nice food and clean

Went to the bar at the main entrance. My friend had a Margaretta which was great. Place was a little untidy and one staff member a little rude. Others were full of knowledge and very helpful.

Most recently, a large group of friends and I spent New Year's Eve 2018 at the Adelaide Cas partying on, drinking, listening to live music, drinking, changing bars, drinking, chatting and agh would you believe drinking some more with the thousands of others that had come out to party for the night! Was an awesome night with a great atmosphere and plenty of NYE celebratory!! One down side.. Outside "Smokers" Bar thing.. $16 for a 375ml pre-mix J.B and Cola.. Yikes.. I'm either old or that's a pricey A.F drink!

My wife and I attended a pre-paid New Year's Eve party here years ago.The 80's era music was pathetic,the food on offer very poor and my Jack Daniels was served in plastic cups.What a disaster.We gave up before midnight and went home.

Brilliant. I received three best service from any casino I have ever been to . From when I walked in , the security guy was very helpful with my Covid check in which I had issues with , and then a young usher named Ben have me a tour of the facility which was a wonderful touch . Then I had a couple of sensational signature cocktails at the new rooftop bar , Sol which overlooks Adelaide Oval and had beautiful ambience. The new Casino has many more great bars and eateries to cater for all and I believe this will impress many especially the new section at the back of the old casino . The front section has just been touched up and the upstairs area which is called The District is where the live bands and brewery is but the only negative there is the 3 unisex toilets . They could have had more with the anticipated crowds in future. Overall, though the new Casino is cool and I will visit again during footy season next year .

You never become rich in casino but try you may be. GOOD PLACE to drink anyway

Its not that there is anything particularly wrong, its a nice building etc... Just not much of it!

Everything is so posh and welcoming, and if you do right by the staff they do right by you.

Food is awesome at Madame Hanoi restuarant and had a ball at the casino won a little bit of money which is always good! Good times to be had there

Almost too convenient a location. I enjoyed the free double and splits at one of the black jack tables. I will be playing here again. Kinda small.

Huge place, can spend a few hours playing and drinking. Beers are cheap

Steak was unbelievable, and they had a salmon for an entree marinated in beetroot which was so tasty

Casinos small. Plays terrible music . Not much tables doesn't even have casino wars. Left within 10min

I understand last night was extremely busy! Bar staff friendly but service an bar management could use a bit more training or experience, slow very slow.

The venue is fantastic however that's where it ends. The staff are so dull and unmotivated its depressing. Used the tables and had a couple of drinks, I was up beat and friendly but got absolutely nothing in return. You may be a casino but you are still a hospitality venue just smile a tad

I wanted to eat a steak. Terrible, Wrong meat and wrong done!
Perhaps for gambling a good place, but not for eatimg. Except you find a restaurant around the Casino.

Slow during the day if you don t like having to many people around you when you want to play at the gaming tables..So that s when I like to go.
To busy at night for me..
Great Atmosphere with good food and drinks available.
