Very nice hotel very nice staff the 1 point deduction is because we were waiting for 2 here because of alleged room cleaning and then again 30 minutes because it was still not ready

Today I visited your establishment and was sorely disappointed. My daughter and I went into the breakfast room to have coffee we waited and waited to be asked for our order but to no avail eventually my daughter had to go to the bar to give our order .It arrived OK but no one came near us despite lots of staff roaming about We had to shout to get someone's attention to get the bill and shout again for someone to actually take the cash which she did with No thank you or any other pleasentry. We had intended to come back for lunch but with the treatment we got we will not be returning. We had lunch in an establishment further up o connelly where our custom was really appreciated . Hopefully you will take this complaint on board and have a word with staff.

Hotel well located on the main street, attentive staff and at the reception there are Brazilians, spacious and comfortable facilities, good size and clean rooms.
Negative point: carpets in most of the hotel and in the room, which although clean leaves a strange smell.
Conclusion: it is worth it for the cost x benefits.

We stayed in the Gresham Hotel September 27 & 28, 2018. The hotel is very central in downtown Dublin. The exterior and public areas are beautiful and the front desk and restaurant staff was very friendly and competent. The hotel did provide free wifi and cable. However, our room was very small (we were in 528). This room had no bathtub only a very tiny shower. I would have liked some counter space to put our toiletries on as there was only a pedestal sink.

The location of this hotel is ideal in the centre of Dundee line city. However this means they charge a lot for a really small room. The hotel restaurant was ok, food was adequate nothing special but acceptable but made me want to eat somewhere else the second night of my stay. Nice selection of Irish ales though and the other bar had a good selection of Irish gin.

Had a meeting with a client who suggested we meet here. When entering, a young concierge stopped me entering and said "what do you want?". When I said I had a meeting in the bar he asked who it was with. It was at this point I ignored him and continued to the bar. Young, fair haired concierge needs a lesson in hospitality.

Excellent hotel, with attentive and accurate service. Perfect breakfast and dinner. Location more than good. Negative is the bathtub too high and dangerous to enter and exit and the location of the internal rooms that open onto poorly kept and dirty courtyards. These rooms would hardly satisfy people who pay a full price, while they may be ok or discounted for groups.

First time staying at Hotel Riu Plaza. Excellent service and friendly staff. A spacious room with a decent bathroom. As tends to be par for the course, you have to take shower in a bathtub which is not preferred. That said the shower quality itself was good. Interiour design can use some modernizing but overall happy with the room and the stay. Breakfast was also good.

I'll start with the pricing, very fair considering the location, staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was okay, bed was a bit hard and carpets a bit Dusty and the TV although branded as a smart TV was not very smart, the shower was amazing, could have stood in it for a whole day! Unfortunately room service was not an option which was wholeheartedly disappointing, I would stay again but probably just for a place to sleep not for a relaxing night away from the kids

Small aba clean rooms, TV with German channels :) at breakfast there's a small selection of sausage, more cheese, cereal, and hot there is. The hotel is centrally located, just a few meters away are buses and trams. Staff very friendly

What a lovely hotel. It had lost its way for a few years, but its back with a bang. Being on O'Connell street it must be Dublins most central hotel.
The reception is beautifully decorated and well staffed. The bar is very comfortable and staff very attentive and friendly.

Beds are fine. More than necessary, we had 3 for 2 people. The room was noisy, with a very thin door and ceiling and we could hear the horses upstairs. Worst part is the bathroom. Small, couldn't open the shower door completely because of a light bulb coming out of the wall. Water pressure very weak.

I only went in here to use the bathroom but everything about the hotel strikes me as being very high end. It's quite an expensive hotel but from what I saw from the lobby and bathrooms, it's probably worth whatever you pay. Feels more like an old style hotel but their standards are extremely high. Enjoy your stay if you ever get to stay there!

Located in the heart of the city, the location is great for exploring the city on foot. The hotel has everything you need, especially the breakfast buffet was excellent. Dublin is worth the trip and Ireland impressed us a lot, welcoming and helpful people.
