Nice hotel, pleasant enough. As usual for hotels nice entrance/reception area to "wow" you. Staff seemed pleasant. Room was clean. Bit noisy outside but that's not the hotel's fault. I'd stay here again without question.

Great hotel in a terrific city location. The breakfast buffet is for "Britsich / Irish" conditions very good and varied. The rooms are always clean and nicely decorated and all staff are (as all Irish) very friendly and helpful

Years since I was in Gresham. It's lovely. Great place to hook up with friends or have an informal meeting. Spacious, bright, staff friendly. Decor very nice. Definitely I'd go again. So central... in the Capital, luas, bus routes, taxi. An unexpected treat

Good location, the new rooms are clean and comfortable. The old rooms are missing air conditioning which, for most of the year, shouldn t be a problem. However once I was giving one of these older rooms during a heatwave and it became quite uncomfortable. Good Irish and continental breakfast

Nice hotel right in the middle.
Slightly small, old-fashioned rooms.
Large selection at breakfast.
Well stocked bar with good staff.

Luxurious hotel very, very close to the center, in a commercial environment within walking distance of Temple Bar or Trinity College. Full British or continental breakfast, with a good variety of tempting pastries. Clean spacious rooms and very good staff attention.

Lovely hotel in a central location.

Lovely hotel in a central location.
After 11 there were staff members at the door checking people as they come in to ensure you were a guest. This was reassuring but they didn t take our key card as proof they wanted our names and initially asked all party members for our card which we didn t have as we only took one card out between us.
Breakfast had a large selection and was nice.

Beautiful hotel! In a fantastic spot and plenty of public transport right outside. A little noisy but not too bad and to be expected on a main road. Breakfast was amazing! Fantastic choice and great times. The only downfall was no tea and coffee facilities at all! Staying 3 days with no drink facilities in the room was very annoying!! Having to go out to find coffee shops and its also not cheap! I understand we have Covid but every hotel I have stayed in has provided this still.

Being wary due to the current cov-19 I was a bit nervous about going anywhere. I have to commend the hotel and especially the staff for their first class care and friendliness. From the concierge guys to all the bar staff, really nice, pleasant, bubbly and helpful. Rooms where immaculate and sanitizer is placed all around the hotel. I felt comfortable and confident with the care and effort the hotel has made. Breakfast was good and very well organised. Definitely will go back, the staff made our stay.

Very good hotel - I regret one thing that makes me not to give the maximum score ... the decor and layout of the so-called standard rooms that dates from another time It is necessary that the owner renovates them (old radiator which does not work any more but remains in place, a reversible climate quite noisy, furniture of average range, ...)
However the hotel in its common areas is very well arranged and functional The service was impeccable The breakfast enough provided, correct in the standards In addition it is very well located just in front of a stop for the airport I recommend

at this stage it's as though we (Association of Tanzanians in Ireland) are share holders in this hotel. Most of our important meetings are held there, great space for whoever needs it. Great customer care. Bit pricey I must say. But I highly recommend for its location, space and customer care.

The place is very nice and clean, the rooms perfect, the bathrooms with bathtub and separate shower the ideal bar to have a cocktail that you prepare with much affection, in the restaurant you can enjoy a good menu. in short an ideal hotel ... and the best the invaluable help of the reception staff especially the Spanish Deborah since without your help and kindness our stay would not have been so wonderful

Brilliant. Our first time at the hotel, and we couldn't be happier. We received a warm welcome even though we arrived rather late in the evening, the staff was very accommodating, the suite was absolutely amazing. Will be back!

Okay hotel but could need refurbishment.

Okay hotel but could need refurbishment.
Large good rooms but sore pillows in bed.
Mid-morning breakfast.
But nice and good service!
If there were problems, they fixed it quickly!
Centrally located to Henry Street and Graffton Street and not far from the Temple Bar District with lots of cozy eateries.

Those who like a little luxury and would like to be pampered are in good hands at RIU PLAZA.
All of our questions were answered with a kindness, immediate help, and very good tips for the local area to be explored, all problem-free.
There is no question for me when I am in Dublin again that I will check in again at RIU PLAZA.
170 were gladly asked for the double room, but it is worth it because it is clean and the staff members comply with their wishes as far as possible

Historic hotel in Dublin managed since last year by the Spanish chain Riu. The quality of the rooms varies according to the wing (some older, others renovated and most with very ugly views of the inner courtyard). The breakfast is not worth it.

This place is huge and very nice. The staff are exceptionally helpful. Allowed us to check in early and the room accomodations are comfortable. We've been hotel hopping across Ireland for the past week and this one had the best shower by far. The continental breakfast is pretty standard fare - half expected more variety.

Parking is a separate fee but we suspect that has a lot to do with it's pretty centralized location. With very few exceptions it's an easy stroll to some of the more common tourist destinations. Failing that it's a short / cheap taxi ride away.

Finding the parking structure on our first day was a horror show. Some better signs out front would really make it less stressful on foreign visitors. The key is to go past the Burger King and turn into what doesn't even seem like a street because of the high volume of foot traffic. Large tour busses obstruct the view.
