I am really happy to purchased the Super Lux IPL machine from Global Beauty Group. I had received a lot help from the CEO Kane, and all his team, also recently Sam Do, one of the technical support who helped to fix my machine. Thank you for all your help and supported. Super Lux IPL is a good machine so far !

Needed Help with getting replacement or repair on item brought from Global beauty. I've purchased my item some years ago. The portalux machine. I've got a suspected blockage in the pipe of the hand piece. Have asked for repair but they dont do it as they don't have spare parts. Only offer is to purchase as new. I dont want to as I'm not even sure if my diagnosis if the problem is correct. I asked what their return policy is and they dont have one..... I cant replace this item anywhere as appears exclusive to global beauty. I have lost $1200 currently and will continue week by week until amended.
I purchased machine for over $20,000 and it is now useless.
Have tried to disuse with them over 1 week period. Via phone text and email. My husband also called. They are friendly but unhelpful and have left me with no choice but to take further. Will be seeking compensation in loss if earnings. Will take this as far as I need to.
Have just received my new home use Dermaroller purchased through The Global Beauty Group online shop. I spent a lot of time researching, as there are a lot on the market, it was really important to me to find a quality made product from a trusted brand and supplier. Being this product is German engineered, and combined with so many positive reviews on it, I decided to purchase from The Global Beauty Group. It is such a sleek and professional looking product and my skin feels incredible, especially when combining it with the Hyaluronic Acid Dispenser I also purchased. I am so happy with this product, the online shop experience was awesome too, so easy to navigate and my items arrived so fast. Always such incredible service from you guys, thank you Global Beauty Group, I can t wait to try some more from this beautiful range!
We used to love this company but I am sorry to say it has changed and we will never buy anything from them again. Our salons have a few of their devices and found that they have lied to us so many times, it is hard to understand how they are still in business.
Our most recent purchase was a dermal pen. We paid $2K and queried this with the sales person, because we saw the same one sold in China for $30 but their CEO Kane Hammond got on the phone and told me that theirs was a Swiss device and that the Chinese one I saw online was a cheap inferior version.
After having this pen for a short time, we needed to purchase another pack of disposable tips but were told they were out of stock but to sit tight because more were coming, The first time we were told they were held up in customs. We later found out this was not the case, the lies continued for 2 months with every excuse imaginable.
Eventually, I said I wanted a refund on the pen as it was the busiest time of year and we couldn't use their device. Because their delay tactics we kept having to re-book our clients appointments thinking they were coming and then nothing did so we would have cancel and postpone their bookings which made us look incompetent. This went on for 2 months!
I asked to speak to Kane their CEO, who dodged my staff for weeks. He was happy to take the call when he took our money but disappeared when being held to account. Shameful...
After refusing to refund our dermal pen, I found out that their pen and tips are not medically approved, this means that we were unknowingly jeopardising our business insurance if something went wrong! On top of this I was told their dermal pen was indeed a Chinese device, NOT Swiss. We can only guess now, that it is probably the Chinese pen that we saw for sale on Alibaba for $30, thats right $30 for a device that we paid $2000 + GST + Training costs for... It had become one lie after another.
Six months later with weeks of clients being booked and re-booked we stopped bothering with Global beauty and purchased another pen from a reputable company. The Global Beauty Group has now contacted us and offered a trade in for a new pen which is, wait for it, $4000 with a $2000 trade in. What a joke!
To boot we recently found out that their lovely staff that we have spoken to on the weekends for years don't actually get paid, they feel pressured to do do this to keep their jobs. Again this is plain shameful. It does explain why their staff leave so frequently, just when you get to know them you get some vague reason why they left.
It sounds like The Global Beauty Group is either poorly run and shonky, or in serious financial trouble. We are of the opinion that this company cannot be trusted and we'll never do business with them again in any of our salons. There seems to be NO accountability and NO integrity.
Poor customer service. My customers and business effected. Loss of earnings from Jayk body salon for men. Taking further to consumer affairs or whoever I need to to amend this and get my money back for the entire machine or loss of earnings. I'm confident . those who have had similar experience should look into this as it maybe a way to get your rights met And not waste time and money on these jokers

I am the owner and main operator of Jessicat's Medi-Spa in Perth WA. Six years ago I opened my business and purchased the Venus Swan, Bio-Synthesis LED Light and Bio-Ultimate Microcurrent devices. The team at Global Beauty are amazing, providing incredible service, support and training. They are also always available to ask questions and help overcome problems. I received a HUGE amount of resources with my devices, including marketing and research info which other companies do not provide. Six years on, my Bio-Synthesis LED Light and Bio-Ultimate Platinum Microcurrent devices are still going strong! Global Beauty is always there to help me with maintenance and repairs if needed, (although these devices have only needed a little repair work in the last year). I would not have a successful business without the help of Kane Hammond and the team at Global Beauty. Really not impressed with the lack of honesty and professionalism by this company.
We were pushed to leave a deposit before we saw the contract. After some research we decided not to proceed and have made huge efforts to have our deposit refunded.
Pretty sure these guys are a scam. They keep promising to pay the deposit back. Then at one stage said it was paid but could not provide proof of payment, now they are confirming it will be paid. No eta on payment. Just trying to stall us. They probably spent our money and are too broke to pay us back.
Information that was provided over the phone had discrepancies to other correspondence. There was no refund policy and no terms and conditions.
We have given them till the 25th of March to make payment. If not made then this review will stay here and we will be taking this further.

I can not recommend The Global Beauty Group enough, all staff have been so incredibly supportive and understanding of my position and remoteness. She listens and gives the correct advise and immediately reply's to all messages, which is vital to me being a sole trader and so far away from anyone. I initially enquired with this company via webchat where I spoke to someone about products and machines. Before I could start the chat I had to put in my details. I have no been harassed with calls for the last 3 months. I advise for them not to call only to receive a quite unpleasant message saying 'don't enquire unless you want to be contacted'. I know as a business owner I would never ever say such a thing to someone. Appalling customer service from Donna!

This has been the most professional and supportive I ve ever worked with. This includes sales Chris Nelson, finance team Paul and Senal, marketing team who will try and try and try until they are sure you are supported and the education trainers who will fly out to you to do their job. The whole company functions well, is polite and caring.
The team provided me with amazing & informative service, Nicole was amazing and made sure that I understood everything about the process and made sure that the machine I choose is perfect for me and my goals. Really professional company, starting from the CEO, Mr. Kane Hammond, to other members of the staff: Lisette, Lashana, Eliza, Nicole and Jason are the ones I talked mainly with. Each of them has a specific role and this helped communication, together with a great speed of response (despite the time zone, because I live in Rome!). Just received my bt-smartmask from The Global Beauty Group online retail store. I was desperately trying to find a mask during this pandemic that would give me and my family comfort that we were doing our best to protect ourselves and the community (whilst looking stylish of course!). This mask is as described fantastic quality, love that its reusable and so easy to use with the adjustable straps. This was my first time shopping with The Global Beauty Group. I really enjoyed the online shopping experience with an easy to navigate website, cart and pay process. My products were received so timely which is greatly appreciated given the lockdown situation. I've found The Global Beauty Group to be a horrible company to deal with. I always wondered why they seem to go through so many staff, I no longer wonder anymore. We purchased their dermal pen pro and was told that our pen was essentially rendered useless as we could no longer purchase their tips to perform treatments. The solution to the problem was to purchase their new one for $4k, at this point I was pretty upset, this turned to rage when I notices that the $2k dermal pen pro can be purchased on Wish for $75. Considering there is no included training included, we realised this is not even on the TGA. I realised we were simply paying the $1925 for their bad service. Dealing with their management team was infuriating. If had my time over I would AVOID THIS COMPANY.

From the first moment we spoke to Adrian Verde at the global beauty group we felt like we were already part of the GBG family. His knowledge, charismatic attitude and humour won us over. We were starting a home clinic and had serious doubts that we could make it work, however having Adrian involved meant that we had support and the push to take a leap of faith and boy has it paid off. We are now over 600 clients deep, booked out a week or two in advance and already looking to expand. We opened just shy of the emergence of COVID so it was extremely daunting, however GBG supported us throughout the entire time we were closed. The worst company I ever deal with they took my old machine very cheap and reduced that amount from the new led which cost too much besides they refer me to thief finance company which called grenke finance who charged me many extra unreasonable payments and silly excuses like machine insurance but I already have my clinic insurance why would I pay extra and all the team of global company not helpful at all please clients avoid this company when you think to get any machine to your clinic .
I would not recommend buying anything from this company they are dodgy and only want your money!!!
I purchased 3 machines from them spent well over $40,000 one of the machines i purchased the Hair Lase Machine has had ongoing issues since the first month I purchased it after 6 months plus of calling back and forth trying to get some help which i still did not get i i requested a full refund as the machine is still under warranty only to be called by the CEO Kane who tried to put it back on me saying it must be my technique of using. ( I have been a laser specialist for over 10 years ) and never had any issues with results untill i purchased this brand laser machine.

I bought their ultralux 4 machinne in 2018, and just one year it cant use any more such a disgusting thing and it cost me $45k, and it only $4k if you buy it in China,same machine!!!!!

We purchased an IPL machine approx 2 years ago and its been the worst decision we could've ever done. We opened a new beauty spa and were looking at IPL machine. Beauty global came around and we liked their machines. They made it seem it would be the best decision we could make for our business. We were new to the industry and very indecisive about the large purchase, but beauty global assured us if it didn't work out they would buy back the machine and help us out. Rest assured that didn't happen. The time came when it was time to close down our business and I emailed the owner regarding his promise back when we made the purchase. He said to me they could only help with the marketing of the sale, they don't buy back machines. Lies!!! Not only are we stuck with a 40K machine...we can't even sell it...not even worth half the amount I paid for it...or the payout owed...please when purchasing a machine look at its resell value. We have now lost lots of money because of this purchase. Not Happy!!
