I have been going to Sheri-Lee for several years. She listens to what you want to achieve and always provides it, unless you want something that is not going to be good for your face. Then she will tell you her expert views! This is really important. The clinic is immaculately clean. The reception staff are friendly and professional (thanks Susan). Prices are competitive. Parking is easy. Thanks so much - you ways make me feel great - your work, and just how nice you are.

I've had botox and dysport over the years at different places and find its the skill of the injector that makes the difference and Sheri-Lee is the best. Occasionally I've had to wait but it's worth it as i only have to attend 2 or 3 times a year and I know Sheri- Lee would never rush my treatment if she is running behind.

I have seen Sheri-lee for over 8 years. Her knowledge, caring nature and professionalism are the reasons I highly recommend her to my friends. She is amazing.

I found sherrilee very knowledgeable and experienced but unfortunately in the areas where were ultimately more important like bedside manner , empathy and understanding ,
She s seriously lacking . If you re like me and you re insecure about the way you look , especially as I was aging , she was appalling in her approach to these issues . Not to mention she has a serious time management issue ... and god help you if you dare complain .

I had botox I've also been getting botox for the last 15 years I've had some not so good before were I've had to go back .. but after spend $600.00 I'm not seeing any results what so ever after 10 days I'm left to think that this place could be watering down the botox .My job is so bad I won't even be returning for a top up I'll be looking for another clinic and have just blown my money .after speaking to the receptionist who was no help nor did she care I'd avoid this place by all cost absolutely useless very very bad ...

The only place I allow to touch my face! Sheri-Lee s experience and expertise are outstanding. Also check out the skin products -Susan and the girls know their stuff! I regularly get positive comments on the condition of my skin.

Sherri-Lee is wonderful and very talented but reception staff unprofessional and rude.

Im a huge fan of this place and only recommend my clients to visit Cosmetic Images. In all my years in the beauty industry I have never met anyone as knowledgeable and a thorough as Scherri Lee! She is honestly a game changer to the industry and my favorite is that she honest! Not sure what the other comments are about rude receptionists, they've always been more than helpful. Highly recommend!

Wow, same here. Would highly recommend Sheri-Lee as I miss her expertise, but I couldn't take the rudeness of the reception staff.

I have always had a good skin. I go for regular facials and I am lucky to have good genetics. But at 51, and to achieve the look I wanted I needed the help of Sheri - Lee. Have been going here on and off for years. I don't believe the 2 people (same person?) who left terrible reviews have actually been there as i have always found Gemma and the team to be highly ethical and professional. And i always get great results. As there is a follow-up appointment, if you think you need a bit more, it's then done but that was only required on my first visit and first botox ever as they can refer to their notes and diagrams for future visits. I've been to several clinics, always for the budget, but always end up coming back to Cosmetic Images. Quality.

Be very aware that I had a very bad experience with the main injector in this business , the owner . Right off the bat I knew it wasn t going to end well , anyone that seems their time more important than their customers should not be in any customer service industry ... I was kept waiting an hour .on 2 separate occasions . She seemed to be very experienced however I will never go back because of her attitude . What these injectors do not realize is that this industry is all about trust and there s so many prima Donas out there who think they have the power over you coz they can I effect the way you look .... well she s just another one of the aforementioned ...

My experience here at this practice started well but it all went pear shaped when I complained that a wasn t happy with a particular result . Apparently , as I was to find out , when someone has the power to influence your appearance ... you do not express any form of criticism ... even if that criticism is perfectly reasonable and forget that your the PAYING customer ..and these treatment are not cheap ... it s expensive ... it s not a free service . Clearly these nurses think they are above any scrutiny ... because they feel they have all the power .. if only their ethics were as sound as their egos ...
