I initially enquired with this company via webchat...

I initially enquired with this company via webchat where I spoke to someone about products and machines. Before I could start the chat I had to put in my details. I have no been harassed with calls for the last 3 months. I advise for them not to call only to receive a quite unpleasant message saying 'don't enquire unless you want to be contacted'. I know as a business owner I would never ever say such a thing to someone. Appalling customer service from Donna!
