I've found The Global Beauty Group to be a horrible company to deal with. I always wondered why they seem to go through so many staff, I no longer wonder anymore. We purchased their dermal pen pro and was told that our pen was essentially rendered useless as we could no longer purchase their tips to perform treatments. The solution to the problem was to purchase their new one for $4k, at this point I was pretty upset, this turned to rage when I notices that the $2k dermal pen pro can be purchased on Wish for $75. Considering there is no included training included, we realised this is not even on the TGA. I realised we were simply paying the $1925 for their bad service. Dealing with their management team was infuriating. If had my time over I would AVOID THIS COMPANY.
