Omg my Canadian Visitors had this place recommended to them as some place to go to for the views and roof top bar! It was fantastic! I've never been here before and I loved the atmosphere of this hotel, and different levels. If I lived in the city I'd visit this establishment frequently. Food was good but seriously you need to pick up on your customer service. I'm taking about the Servers (staff) mainly walking around and not really paying attention. Regardless great spot views for days & fantastic beers on tap!

Great vibe great views and great service - best exemplified by the fact that at first the girl behind the bar, obviously a traveller, got my order wrong - but, as with all errors, the strength of a venue is not whether errors happen - they happen everywhere - is how venue responds. These guys instantly did all the right things without being asked. Great job.

Fantastic location with a rooftop bar that looks out towards the Opera House, but sadly when we visited a huge cruise ship was blocking the view. Not the Hotel's fault, but it was a little disappointing, and is something out-of-towners should keep in mind when they visit.
Went with a family group of seven and the food and service was great. The kids loved their pulled pork sliders and chicken wings. And the adults were equally satiated with those options.
Recommended for the food and, when cruise ships are absent, the amazing view.

Even though I didn't have time to stop for anything to drink or eat, the friendly staff showed me where their clean retro loos where. A penny I needed to spend right away. I'll be back soon to spend some real currency!

An enjoyable evening until it rained and then due to reduced tables our large group were rudely asked to leave and pushed to leave out in the rain. It was quite disturbing. One staff in particular just said get out....

Awesome place!! The best views from the rooftop bar for a cheeky drink and feed. It's often crowded on weekends, for obvious reasons but well worth the visit. Sit back with friends, or on your own and soak up Sydney's iconic Circular Quay and Opera House with unobstructed views, turn around and get the towering Sydney Harbour Bridge views. Considering the location the prices are ok (well at least were when I visited last).

When I lived here, this was only a "locals" kind of pub. Now, it attracts a global, hip vibe - with a lovely roof deck overlooking the Rocks, the Harbour, and the Bridge. While I kind of miss the old nonchalance of the joint, I still loved its updated form. There's still plenty of vintage in the bones here.

Great view! Rooftop bad, great for Friday afternoon drinking. Food is quite good also, had the chicken schnitzel, the ribs looked pretty good also. Perfect for friends to gather on a sunny day or after work chilling

Cool place to grab a drink with a view. Headed up to the rooftop bar for a drink with some friends, no complaints on the service and facilities were pretty good. The staircase going up was pretty steep but the view was pretty cool and atmosphere was nice. Music wasn't too loud so our group could still manage to have a conversation which was a +

Table service with tap and pay available. Recommend the fish n chips, delicious and big enough for two to share. Gorgeous harbour views from the rooftop. Didn't need a booking on a Friday afternoon

Always a great place to bring family and friends for a great view of Sydney harbour on the rooftop or in one of the smaller private rooms. My friend and I had a whole dining room to ourselves, we sat on the armchairs for our cocktails and then at the dining table to eat our meals. Highly recommend the cocktail Lady Peachy and the pan-fried Barramundi for lunch or dinner

This place had small rooms, so if you wanted a cosy area to drink with friends (that's if you can get a seat) then visit the Glenmore Hotel. The beers were reasonably priced and if the conversations are flowing then sometimes you might find yourself leaving there in the wee early hours of the morning. Good memories.

We stopped off here for a lemonade on our walk to the Harbour Bridge. Fantastic variety of function rooms and little bars and a wonderful terrace with views of Circular Quay. Very nice.

The place is nice. Rooftop view is lovely. The service is HORRIBLE. Visited on 1/31/19 and the woman behind the bar was incredibly put out that she had to serve me for whatever reason. But didn't seem to have a problem with the man who ordered after me. She smiled and said how can I help you to him. To me...it was Yeah..what do you want. She was so rude that I almost asked to talk to Management, but just didn't see the point. I won't ever bother with this place again and certainly won't recommend it to anyone I know. If I could give it less stars I would with my experience.

The rooftop is unbeatable - really good yet a bit pricy, I think. Overall, excellent spot to catch up with friends or for after-work drinks, and absolutely fantastic when friends from overseas visit (just a suggestion!)

Great pub with harbour views at the Rocks. It took a lot to get the overhead heaters turned on but once that happened,we were all a bot warmer and happier. It is great place to bring out of towners to

If you're after a "wow" place to take your family or friends visiting Sydney for the 1st time, search no more, the Glenmore has the view to blow them away! The rooftop terrace has a unique vibe and certainly one of the best view in Sydney. Limit yourself to drinks and small snacks though if you want to avoid disappointment. The menu is interesting, and we've tried a few dishes over the past months, but sadly portion size are too small for the price.
PS: grab your free sunscreen tube from the bar...and if you fancy some sewing whilst waiting for your food, go check out this pretty sewing machine in the ladies bathroom !

Friendly staff everywhere. The amazing scenic view of course was lovely. Heaters downstairs for those by the street on ground level. We had a medium rare steak on a monday special, it was nice. Prices are abit high for me, but not too unreasonable considering the location. Go on a week night for a better spot.

There's only one pub in Sydney I know of where you can look out the window while taking a leak and have a view of the harbour bridge and the opera house. This is it! Something of an institution, once you've climbed up through the rocks to get here, you deserve a cold one and a great view.

The views are spectacular! We were there during vivid and the view of the opera house was to die for. Great drinks and food. They do a great job setting up private areas and events.

Last night my husband and i went to the Glenmore for dinner i highly recommend this lovely hotel for a drink but mostly for the food i had the salmon fillet cooked to perfection accompanied by a beautiful quinoa salad. my husband had the sirloin steak with mash and it was also lovely. The staff were very well dressed, friendly and helpful and carried out their jobs with poise and profession. Well done to all of you!!! We will be back..
