Very good all year round but especially good at Christmas
Nice pub. Fish was overcooked in my fish & chips though :(
Superb Guinness here. Always a good mood about the place after work on Friday. Great spot.
You gotta see it for yourself, absolutely fantastic!!
Can get very busy but when not this is a wonderful place to be with great service
Nice pub. Very good service. It can sometimes be hard to get a seat but we'll worth a visit.
Nice pub. Had a pint and a whiskey and enjoyed the staff.
Have been here a few times. Typical Irish Pub. Seems to be popular with tourists
Cozy pub, very good food and the best Christmas decorations.
Perfect place. Delicious food, large portions, and a good selection of beers. Very friendly staff. We went here all the time.
The food is good and their red ale is great, but the place can get a bit cramped and a bit loud.
A quaint bar. Good stop off on the walk to the aviva.
Great food, such friendly staff and just a great vibe in the place.
good pub near trinity college, different vibes downstairs and upstairs so something to suit most tastes.
usually a good crowd and mix of people, students, professionals etc.
standard prices for dublin pubs.
Nice cosy Irish pub. Bartenders are really good and drop your drinks over and remember your order if it's not busy.
County pub feel in the big smoke. Food is decent too and not over priced for what you're getting.
Went in here a while ago for a pint and loved it in here. Good prices for Dublin and love the signs in here.
Great pub and top food but on lunch today my colleague order a main and also wanted something extra as he wasn't going to make it home later for dinner. He asked for the chicken goujons and because he was not a kid nor had he a kid of his own she refused. She did however offer us an adult portion for an extra 5 euro and promised my colleague 6 goujons. Kyle and I reluctantly agreed as long as there was 6 goujons on the adult portion .... out came 5. Myself and Kyle exchanged a glance of despair, we had already exhausted all energy after a tough day on the phones. End result lead to one of us getting 3 goujons and another got 2. We sit here with our tummy's rumbling for justice. Just cause we arent kids doesnt mean we cant enjoy kids meals, would you say no to a kid who wanted a 12oz fillet steak. I think not. . #StopAgedBasedMeals
Decent bar, tends to be crowded especially with office workers after 5pm.
A cool place behind Trinity College Ideal for small or medium groups. Near to Art Galleries and Museams
The place is ok. But we got a terrible waitress who did everything she could possibly do wrong. First of all she was very rude, not giving even the tiniest smile. Then we ask which was the wine of the house to what she replied "I don't know. Red." showing she couldn't care less. When we asked her for a wine menu, she brought us the cocktails menu... that had no wine. When we paid, she attempted to take our debit card with her upstairs before we stopped her and explained to her she cannot so that.
The place could be grand, but they surely need to make sure their staff is well trained and is friendly towards the costumers. We are definitely not going back there, there are many other places around.
Irish traditional pub super nice to spend a good evening and drink a beer. But ... French people accustomed to good food go your way. The fish and chips made me want to throw up! Fish swimming in the oil. Hamburger overcooked. I do not recommend.
Traditional Irish pub. Plenty of space. Very nice staff. The price is very correct for the lunch and the sandwich was good.
Avoid the fries.
Decent pub with an authentic crowd. The food is fine but mostly deep fried.
The staff are very friendly and amazing at their job, myself and my friends felt very welcome and well taken care of, especially in this busy Christmas period! Great job and thank you!
Frequented by Trinity students. Irish pub. Burgers are delicious too
Great quiet bar where you can enjoy a pint and some wonderful conversation. Food is well above average pub food as well.
cool venue, great drinks. xmas decorations were stellar!
Cool Irish pub. The food is okay but nothing exceptional. Staff are pleasant and fast. Great place to have a few pints and a conversation in a busy atmosphere.
Great spot for a drink and a bite to eat I recommend the chicken wings are tops
Good food and great place to grab a pint. The atmosphere is pretty fantastic on a nice day, especially if there is a football game on. The outdoor benches are quite nice too!
Good atmosphere and service but the food is a bit dry and hard to chew.
good food. nice friendly staff. present surrounding.
Great pub. Good food, friendly staff, good drinks.
Lovely pub and a lovely pint. Can be very busy on a friday evening with the after work drinks crowd but a great atmosphere and friendly staff. best of all no wifi so you actually have to talk to whom ever you're with!
Always great atmosphere. Helpful staff. Anything you can expect from a good pub.
Good place for a drink and food for starting off your night out.
Great food, comfortable little spot, nice smoking area and the staff are pretty chill.
Truly outstanding and very traditional Irish pub. The atmosphere was great and the staff could not be more friendly. Best pub food I've had in a long time and there's a good range of local beers. Highly recommended!
One of my favourite pubs in Dublin. Wonderful atmosphere, funny staff, and conveniently located. Some nights you might even see Ireland's Taoiseach, Enda Kenny. Great decor during Christmas time, too!
Great atmosphere at Xmas Time with everyone in good spirits. Looks amazing with all of the Xmas decorations and most definitely worth a visit.
Classic Irish pub, but great ambience. There are different levels, but rather in the evening are used. The food was very good!
Great atmosphere.Tasty chicken wings.Good selection of craft beer.A little bid loud but Its a pub on Friday night that what to expect? Staff do there best to offer a good customer service
A great Dublin pud, service is excellent and the beer is good.
Great atmosphere, beer and some seriously hearty pub food! Busy as hell on Friday evenings. Mainly local crowd that is located a little away from the tour busses and madness of tourist Dublin.
Here for party at Christmas. Place was hopping with great energy. Friendly staff and try their own beer. Very nice blonde beer.
