Travis Mueller with Blair & Kim proved to be an amazing attorney. Through the entire process he was professional, honest, reassuring and very knowledgeable in his craft. During the court hearing he presented our legal argument very clear and concise, sticking to the facts. He responded very intelligently to any claims the prosecuting attorney had made in his opening argument holding to the facts and evidence of the case. The case brought against our daughter was ultimately dismissed. Prior to hiring Blair & Kim, I researched who the best firm was to hire for the civil case brought against my daughter. I even asked a retired attorney of 30+ years and each answer revealed that Blair & Kim was the best in the area. The other party (the petitioner) hired an attorney that was very confusing in his legal arguments and didn't present well during the court hearing. Wonderful. Mr. Blair is a wonderful attorney. At first I was skeptical because this was my first ever trial and I didn t know what to expect. Mr. Blair was always calm and reassuring every time I talked to him and even when some things in the case didn t go our way, he didn t sugarcoat anything. Told me what would be worst case scenario and how he would fight to have a reduced sentence if found guilty. Long story short, I wasn t.

I was apprehensive because the amount of communication I suspected between lawyer and client wasn t present, but when Mr. Blair informed me that he doesn t like to over prepare his clients as that can cause them to overthink or get nervous, I understood the method.
