good hotel...excellent staff...great breakfast...great services...HORRIBLE WIFI....9/10 for everything but for Wifi 3/10...Recomending to Stay.

I have been staying at the Garden Hotel for a long time in the past ten years. I have not had the opportunity to stay in the hotel for nearly a year and a half. I have never lived in a suite before. I found a weekend stay in the hotel website and booked it. I booked it for three nights. The room is large and the equipment is sufficient and practical. The quality is better than the standard room. The check-in date is New Year's Eve + New Year's Day + Friday 6th, so the price is unexpected. After entering the hotel, I found that the place was old and broken. Some heartaches, the sauna in the fitness center was deactivated, some disappointment, and everything was fine. It was the reason why I would choose to stay at the Garden Hotel next time.

I was been in Garden for many year during the Canton fair. Up to one year ago the service and the hotel was not crazy, I staied there for the convinient corporate rate and for the position quite close to Pazhou complex.
Starting from October 2016 the situation change a lot and improve.
Now the service is good and the people there are very kind.
Special thanks to Daniel the bell boy that is really a nice guy.
I suggest to try this hotel to everybody that will stay in Guangzhou.
The only bad point is the food on buffet restaurant on the top that is too expensive and not on the level that we expect.

I have a special request to provid on breakfast at egg station a separate fry pan with spoon to allow eat fry eggs or omolets for all muslim guests as you know we can not eat pork meat by our religion .
We all muslims guests will appreciate if you follow this request.

from the time of arrival to departure I feel comfortable in this Hotel, the staff are generally helpfull and friendly but only critic I have is the Breakfast food quality and variety is not worthy for a 5 star Hotel. The other Restaurants are good with good service.

The hotel is really 5 stars !!!
There is everything that the soul desires:
Swimming pool, jacuzzi, excellent gym.
5 ++ numbers
A bath in the middle of the room, a Nespresso coffee machine, a portable speaker ...
Everything is clean, regular cleaning ...
Probably the only negative is breakfast:
1. The line is to go directly to breakfast and sit on a free table.
2. And the cook on the fried eggs was not very 5 stars
But this is if you really find fault ...

there is no peivacy at all . No wall between bathroom and the bedroom makes it too open for two adults living in the same room. room is sweet, new and special. Hardware is wonderful. Garden hotel is always my favorite hotel when i go to gz.

The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived. Naomi was the reception manager that was very friendly,helpful and efficient. She helped us as soon as we booked in to our room and she was there for us for our whole stay. The breakfast that the hotel provided was delicious and the outdoor area was so relaxing and enjoyable to be in that it made ou want to go back each day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be treated very special. The rooms, the restaurants, the staff and the convenience of public transport makes it the most wonderful hotel to stay in.

The hotel is just beside the train station which makes travelling very convenient . Hotel staff was friendly and always there when we are in need of help . Room was clean and spacious . There is alot of shopping malls and food all around the hotel .

Went here in December 2017 and I love the hotel its close to my moms sisters home and the KFC that s taste super super good nearby small a little but upgraded rooms are bigger washroom inside the hotel is clean. Also when you enter the hotel inside there s a smell that means really good!

The hotel is situated in one of the prime location in Guangzhou with markets and restro like Pizza Hut and KFC are nearby (for those who is worries about having Chinese foods). Nice hotel to stay and beautiful view of Guangzhou city from the rooms. Complementary breakfast is top class and other services too. Only one thing that the hotel is lacking is with reception and billing desk. They took approximately 1 hour per person for billing at the time of check out !! can you believe?

I spent a week in the best suite in the world . I was greeted by the best guest relation manager Mr Ivan who was more than accommodating and helpful all the way and made feel right at home and he even made an extra effort to see me off although it was his off day . THANKS IVAN .
Mr Kobe , the concierge was a good representative of the best hotel in town friendly and helpful .
I wish they have the extra option to remove the liqueurs from Muslim room upon requesting .
I enjoyed my stay and will do it again and again . Thanks ALL .

First encountered Garden Hotel while attending a GZ government event. I have since stayed there twice. The most recent I was given free upgrade to junior suite but its in the older wing compared to the newer standard rooms.
Rooms are spacious and not much to complain about. Hotel is located just next to Taojin Metro station and Starbucks for those that need their daily caffeine fix

Nice boss hotel. Great location and on-site event management pretty well handled. Breakfast was tidy. Very tidy and everything you could ask for in a Chinese business hotel.

The overall feeling is the most common, I am very surprised to upgrade the room for free, customer service is in place, super standard.

Staff is very helpful and can speak English very well! The moon cake they sell is very delicious

The Garden Hotel and it's team lead by Franco continues to lead service excellence and quality. The service level is unsurpassed and the rooms extremely comfortable.

My sugestion is to have one member ship card for the customer many time come to your hotel to have special price and special service.

appreciate Garden Hotel upgrade my room to a suite room as I'm a frequent guest of Garden Hotel.
Room is spacious and clean, details are perfect (L'Occitane cosmetics), bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is lovely and tasty.

I find The Garden Hotel Guangzhou as the my favorite place to stay whilst in Guangzhou.
Having stayed at the Four Seasons, The Sofitel and The W Hotel but find The Garden Hotel as the best overall solution.

Stayed at the hotel 15 times. After repair, the rooms have become much better, more modern. At the time of the exhibition, the hotel resembles a city. A lot of people! The hotel has three or four restaurants, I recommend Chinese, very tasty take the fish, (tangerine fish) for a couple, you will not regret. Very nice park at the hotel, although not large, especially nice to have breakfast on the street, in front of the waterfall. Near the hotel there are many full-time clubs, restaurants in the evening there is something to do ...

It was a good stay. However, I do have to say that breakfast should be a bit more concentrated on international clientelle, not so much asian food. Also the Angsana Spa is below Angsana standards in terms of overall ambience - it just didn't feel and smell fresh like a spa should - although the spa staff did a great job! The rooms are very nice and enjoyed the lobby bar in the evening hours.

Come here, eat farmhouse rice. The environment for eating is okay, and the service feels good. Roasted corn, I like it the most, said Baixianger, there are all kinds of coarse grains, cornmeal porridge, pastries, dumplings, etc., very simple coarse grain taste, definitely better than the restaurant in the city, Especially the dumplings, there are a lot of stuffing inside, but the stomach is not so big, eat more staple food.

In advising for good places when I asked their advise also for keeping my luggage for 3 days till I came back from business trip.in shanghai.
Also the fast and good service at restaurant in the ground floor.
Clean and comfortable room .everything was v.nice.
Just one thing I hope to offer me a good stay discount for my next visit in October so I caneed stay more days . ( normally I come twice a year around 7-10 days ) each stay.

Stayed there everytime I travel to Guangzhou, great place with lots of amenities. Near the wholesale district.the breakfast area is succulent

5* +. Use of technology in standard room is amazing. But I'm not a frequent traveler. Highend historic.

1. The executive room is the same as the 6-7 years ago. For example, the charging device provided in the office area does not support Apple's current lighting port. The TV is not high-definition. It should not be. It can be USB-charged compared to the ordinary room. But the executive room does not stay upgraded.
2. There is a towel in the bathroom that is dirty and somewhat disgusting.
3. The one-sided light in the bedroom is bad.
4. There is a problem with the sensitivity of the air conditioner button in the living room.

Overall, I was disappointed this time.

Very close to the metro. Spacious and welcoming rooms. Staff available. Restaurants a bit expensive. Excellent breakfasts

3) easy transportation

Staff are warm and friendly, the Bar team are "EXTRAORDINARY" they all remember me evert time and what i love to drink, to how much ice i like!

In the heart of Guangzhou City. Express buses from the Airport only $20 yen... Rail station outside. Very nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, located on a guest hotel. The location is considered to be in the center of town.

The hotel has nice and neat room, super comfortable bed, complete room service, healthy and good breakfast and, most importantly, professional and respected hotel staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from beginning to end.

The hotel is spectacular, well connected, well located, with an attention out of the ordinary, but with some error such as the connection to the internet that for those of us who need it to work, we can not afford not to have it with a decent speed, and some details that make the hotel is not 5 stars really in these areas.

I have made the reservation in advance almost a month ago but still cannot be assigned a proper room as I previously stayed.
I have always been staying in Garden Hotel while my trip in Guangzhou (you may check my record in your guest's database). I am a loyal guest in your hotel, however, every times when I book for my next stay, I cannot book the room directly at the check-in desk.
My thought is: you have my profile, my staying records (history) in Garden have already been over 10 years, why still setting much barriers for a loyal guest like me ? why your booking process still require an official fax of booking request from loyal guests ?
Such booking experience has happened to me many times and this had happened to put me off.
Please think about giving convenience to loyal guests when dealing with reservation process.

room was good, nicely done, only think i don't like are the sliding doors of the bath area and wc, as it is only one door and second half is open. which leaves to varnability that if both are in use one willl be left opne and since there are mirrors that one will be seen in whole area. room service choice for vegetarian is very small and cooking was horrible for margtitta pizza.

I enjoined the stay in this hotel the most... 5 star rooms, staff and atmosphere.

we have stay in the hotel for more than 8 days. and our experience that was very bad due to the in the same flour Room 1712 smoking all the time and we are in Room 1736

We have complained several time but there are no improvement.

Absolutely a jewel in the south of China. A well managed and maintained hotel with first class staff and service. Very good location with more food, shops, etc within walking distance.

Once into the room, a rotten taste, and later informed the room, the room was in close to 10 minutes before someone went to the room to check the problem, after that, the air conditioner automatically turned into heating mode, restarting the air conditioning system before starting to cool, why the air conditioning is so hot on hot days intelligent. I have been living in such a number of times for the first time and I feel very disappointed.

My room quite comfortable and comfortable, in general a hotel very sui generis .... I find it quite peculiar that allow the offer of sex service within the hotel facilities = 0

I had a very pleasant stay during a recent business trip. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, surrounding restaurants capable of accommodating English speakers were hard to find.

My stay at Garden Hotel in GZ recently during Canton Fair was very pleasant and will come back next time for sure. Little slow process during checkout in early morning. Other than that no complaints.

Cant find a better location in Gaungzhou than this, Ms Olive and Mr. Frencis were super friendly as were most of the staff. I have stayed at this hotel many times and each stay was superb to say the least. In my last visit I lost my mobile in one China's taxis and the hotel staff helped to get it back so for that I am really thankful.
